We loved our stay in the casita! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. Eric was a thoughtful, responsive host who even let us check in early as our trip got us into town early afternoon before 3. The surrounding area is beautiful and feels very safe. Everything was just as the listing said and we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay, we had a really nice time here. Tons of natural lighting, up on the mountain with all of the wildlife, and an amazing view. I was a bit worried when I realized how far the Airbnb was from our activities, but it was fairly easy to get around and there were actually plenty of places to eat nearby. The bathroom is very nice, very large tub and the shower head has many different settings- water warms up fast too. The kitchenette had everything we may need and the mini-fridge came supplied with ice trays (which you don’t always see and was VERY nice considering the heat)! Tons of pamphlets and resources for sight-seeing, food, and hikes. I particularly loved rock painting. Our host gave us really good recommendations and checked in with us to make sure our stay was great!

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

This place was TOP NOTCH! A+++ It is EXACTLY as described. It was gorgeous! Clean. Classy. Modern. The chickens out back were adorable. The bathtub was dreamy. We were in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place is very continently located to shops and restaurants. Beautiful home. Great Safe neighborhood. I asked the host a question and she immediately responded. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! We were sooo very pleased with everything about this experience.

Hosts went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Beautifully decorated, clean and I felt right at home. Very roomy for a single traveler- I loved that the kitchen had everything I would need and more!

Loved staying here! Would stay again, Ben was very responsive and helpful. Very close to town, walkable distance to food. Good spot for Ubers. Very clean and tidy space. Slept like a rock :)

Amazing hosts with a beautiful home. Highly recommend staying with Jolene and Joel if you are planning a trip to the Avondale area! They were helpful and kind.

Such a wonderful stay. Don was very helpful and directions were clear. Well maintained home with great amenities. We were in town for a wedding and the only thing that would have made it better is if there was a full length mirror for getting ready. We didn't end up using the hot tub, unfortunately, because it was unseasonable warm.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay at your air bnb! We came for a girls trip and it was exactly that! Host were so nice and you can tell they put so much time into making their place enjoyable for their guests!! We loved our nights sitting on the porch! We will be back!

This is a great place to stay for people who need a place to shower and sleep. It was in the perfect location for our stay in Gilbert. It is very clean.

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in town. lovely guest house with tranquil backyard and pool. Hosts are so friendly. Would stay here again. If this place is available just book it, you won't regret.

Sadly we weren't able to make it for our booking, but Gail was super accommodating and kept in communication with us while we tried to find out if our car would be ready in time. It wasn't, but we hope to get to visit soon

An incredible place to stay! Was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Jessica always responded immediately to my questions. There was a short power outage during my stay and when I reached out to Jessica, she immediately responded about there being a power outage in the area. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Our stay at Jean’s modern farmhouse cottage was perfect. She is an excellent host! We loved the information guide Jean prepared. Very helpful. The cottage matched the photos listed. The cleanliness, efforts, and amenities of the cottage were well noticed. This was the perfect location for us to visit my aunt in her memory facility. We are grateful for finding this beautiful farmhouse which made our stay most enjoyable.

This place never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and would definitely return. The casita offers many extras including a welcome basket filled with snacks and waters. There are condiments, cooking/storage supplies, shampoo/conditioner and lots of other thoughtful toiletries. The king size bed is very comfortable. The location is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs just steps from the door. We would highly recommend!

Great response time and the space was clean and comfortable!

Overall this was a great experience. We are grateful for the availability and nice place to stay. it was a bit disconcerting to get the check in info so last minute because this was a work trip and tight timing. One tiny problem arose with a breaker being tripped but Daniel handled it quickly, and was very kind. Highly recommended place to stay in the area.

Tom and Margie were awesome host and made you feel right at home. They are of a quality and character that made this country what it is. Also, many extras available.
