Overall I like to stay at Arymbi's place. The scenery from room is great because it's directing to Merapi mountain. The room is really comfortable and clean, and for a studio room it's really big room! Maybe there are some things in the room that is not working as expected such as wifi & the android box, but it's not a big deal for me personally since most of my activity is outside of the room. The security on the lobby is also really kind and it has a convenient store on the ground floor which it's a good point too.

Nice, no free snacks tho, thankgod lawson is near.

The whole experience is wonderful. Seamless check in and the host is very helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is so so.. the pool isn't the best, and the hallway into the room/unit is dark. But once I got to the room/unit, it's top! Clean, comfortable to stay, and tou'd get everything: tv, water heater, and quite enough appliances in the kitchen.

for the umpteenth time it invites here. the strategic location and comfortable residential atmosphere are the main reasons.

the location is close to various needs : restaurants, cafes, stalls and there is also laundry, minimarkets. in a crowded area, but the traffic is still ok, the unit is clean and well equipped. quiet, and comfortable. there are windows. reccomend 👍👍

Great unit, clean, fresh, and comfy. Wi-Fi and Netflix ran smoothly. Friendly lobby staff, they even kept my kid’s lost sandal safe. The pool was clean and quiet. Kids had fun and already want to come back! Thanks Kak Sarita & The Yudhistira Tower!

Very nice apartment unit, complete facilities and also a balcony with a very beautiful view of Mount Merapi. The cleanliness and comfort of the room are excellent with complete equipment, as well as a very strategic location. Owner was responsive and very easy to check in

mba Arifani is pro active about facilities, check in/out and access around the unit take the elevator access key to the unit floor with a very sensitive chip card with gem enter the room, very tidy and looks new, the mattress is even diplastic wkkwkw shower warm water available, mini washing machine and folding table to put laptops etc. seamless WiFi and GSM internet access snacks are available along with 1.5 liters bottled mineral water, some drink sachets and teabags the soundproofing of the room is also good, the noise is muffled many culinary and snack spots, two indomaret shops competing below, minang restaurants, klaten, suroboyoan to contemporary stalls such as coffee and juice also spread along the road who like to run towards campus, even though going up and down the hills is still comfortable and safe from passing vehicles proposal: you can provide an electric water boiler so that older guests like me don't mistakenly use cooking containers on an induction stove (excuse me...)

The location is still central, though it's a bit tucked into an alley. The room itself is clean, neat, and just as aesthetic as in the photos—I really liked it! However, the overall apartment building isn’t well-maintained and feels a bit dirty. That said, the service and hospitality from the tenants were top-notch. Lucia and her brother were super helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out. If she has another place in a better-managed apartment in Jogja, I’d definitely consider staying there for my next trip!

The building staff and security are friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and the place is quiet. the bed is comfortable and everything works well. The location isn't great, although the complex the building is in is nice and it was easy getting taxis. The only issues was there's not a proper chair for the desk so working was a bit uncomfortable, there's no microwave or oven or cooking oil, the morning call to prayer at 4am regularly woke me up, and it took a while to get check in instructions from the host the day of arrival. The internet was fast and mostly although there were slight problems with the network on a few days. Overall, this is a good place to stay and I would stay here again if you don't need to be in the centre of the city.

It's so good to check in it's not complicated, I really like it if you rent a rich room like this
