Kwabena is an excellent host. The apartment is so clean and well equipped and he’s so proactive that there’s very little else that you need once you get there. He also leave instructions with staff at the building who are always willing to help you with whatever you need from helping you move your bags, bringing up orders etc. Lastly, the location is perfect, I could walk to nice restaurants, Pharmacies, spas etc and an uber was never more than 3 minutes away. I’ve stayed here 3 times now over 2 years and will continue to come back :)

I stayed here for over a month and all was well, I have no complaints. The location is close to the airport and the apartments is very safe and secure 24/7. The room was as advertised. I had a small issue with a broken lock in the night however it was sorted very quickly the next morning and without fuss. Because the apartment is so secure, it was not a problem. Caroline is a good host, very kind and responsive. You can trust her. The cleaning service was also spotless each time. I would surely stay here again.

Our family enjoyed staying at Immaculate Oasis! Really nice and serene community. The hosts were very responsive and proactively shared information about their house and what to expect. The house is fully furnished and stocked with what guests need for a comfortable stay. During our stay, we experienced power outage which was experienced by other parts of Accra but the host reached out and offered rechargeable lamps for our use which was helpful. We highly recommend this house to other guests who are looking to visit Ghana. This is one of few planned communities in the area where you feel safe as a guest. Got some crafting help from my Wordsmith Sister: My family and I had a wonderful stay! Calvin was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out, which made a big difference to our trip. The property manager, William, was very welcoming and helpful—he even went out to get us more water when we ran out! The location wasn’t very close to our destinations, but we didn’t mind. Ordering a Bolt or Uber was easy, and most places were within 20–30 minutes. And we got to see more of the city this way! The WiFi had some intermittent issues, but cellular data worked fine in a pinch. The house was clean, beautiful, modern, and true to the pictures. Each room had its own A/C, and the bathroom was nicer than many hotels. Honestly, the whole place felt like a Nollywood movie set! Loved every minute of it. Overall, the peaceful location, beautiful house, and accommodating hosts made this stay fantastic. Highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Akua’s place is an excellent place to have. The environment is quiet and she and the caretaker are very responsive. The back-up generator is an excellent addition especially when there was power cut.

I felt safe and comfortable while staying in Sebastian Residence. Very clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Sebastian was great in responding to messages. We had a lovely time in Accra, staying at Ara’s apartment. This was an unforgettable trip for us and coming home to the apartment each day was always a great feeling. The building is very secure with a nice new restaurant that opened while we were there, a 24 hr gym, and 3 swimming pools. Oliver, the co-host, was very helpful at check in and responded quickly to messages. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beds were particularly extremely comfortable which we appreciated a lot. The kitchen was also well equipped. The location of the apartment is also great - it was easy to uber/bolt anywhere we needed to in a short amount of time.
