We had a fabulous stay at the Daisy Todd room in the cottage! Tina was so responsive and prepared lots of information upfront so that finding the place and check in was very easy. The house is very close to downtown, but was still nice and quiet. We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and it was so nice to have a full kitchen so we could make a dish to bring to dinner. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious for two people.

Brienne's place was perfect for my needs. it is very close to the USAFA north gate. She was very easy to work with when I wanted to extend my stay.

Our stay was PERFECT! Dorthy was super responsive and helpful. She even made accommodations for my father's disability which was super sweet of her! We felt very comfortable and at home and had total privacy. Beds, linens and pillows were comfortable and clean. Movie room was so nice! We really enjoyed movie nights. Games, puzzles, and all the extras were great. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Information book was thorough and extremely helpful.

Great stay in a great neighborhood! I stayed here while attending a conference at the Broadmoor and it was very convenient. I even felt safe enough to walk to the venue most days. I would definitely stay here again. It is a family's home, so if the sound of kids being kids would bother you, you might do better elsewhere. Otherwise, perfect location and beautiful, relaxing space.

It is a very nice, cozy place. Everything was very clean and well organized. It was exactly the place I needed for me and my son to give him the opportunity to rest for a few days. Communication was great and bunny very friendly ;-) We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Everything is very comfortable, and all the essentials, such as towels and tissue paper, are provided to meet your needs. However, in the morning, there might be some noise from upstairs, possibly from a washing machine, which can be heard from the bedroom where I stayed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Highly recommend this cozy 2 bdrm suite. It is separate from the main house and above the garage. It was quiet and we felt that we had privacy. It is in a good location in a residential area and close to old town, downtown, and other attractions. It has a full kitchen, which was great. We stayed during Thanksgiving week to visit our daughter who just moved to Colorado Springs. We had a nice Thanksgiving dinner meals from Sprouts that we were able to cook. We had breakfast and dinner at this place since it is convenient during winter. We were out and about during the day and it is nice to have a “home” to rest & relax at night. The hosts were thoughtful & had Keurig coffee pods and snacks for us to enjoy. They were also readily available to address our questions and requests. It is definitely a wonderful place to stay for a week since we had dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer to use. We also like having parking spots for 2 cars in the yard for security.

This space was the perfect landing spot for my husband and son on their weekend getaway. We love Colorado Springs and they took in some games at the AF academy this time. They loved having a comfortable space to come back to at night. Clean, quiet, and relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at John's suite. We felt right at home and felt like we had our own private space. John was attentive and available during our stay. The space was clean and spacious, and the hot tub was great. We were very close to all the attractions we wanted, and the location served as a central hub to Manitou Springs, Denver, Breckenridge and Cañon City. We will be coming back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for hosting us John!

Perfect accommodations for me and my adult son. Quiet residential location and quick drive to everything. Loved daily walk from apartment to Ute Valley Trail system. Was worried about kitchen, but had everything necessary to make a simple meal, have a cup of coffee/tea. Beds/linens top notch. Great hot water pressure. Cali was super responsive & accommodating. Will definitely return the next time visiting Springs. Thank you!

Rick's place was exactly what we needed for our week vacation, everything was nice and clean and the spot was extremely beautiful. We will definetly book again when coming back to colorado! Communication is key and rick was always on point with it !

This was a lovely home. An amazing view of the mountains and city while being able to soak an a very luxurious hot tub. I have never been in an Airbnb so nice. The pool table is great to play too! Only issues I had was the key holder was a little hard to open and the memory foam topper on the bed was a little stiff for our liking. Other than that would highly recommend staying here only 15 minutes away from anything. It was fun to meet Auggie the dog. Thank you!

This is a gorgeous, warm, quiet and peaceful place. A truly gorgeous space. Clean, private and beautifully adorned. We hope to come back for a serene and rejuvenating retreat from the city. I loved the heated floors! What a treat! Also only a 20-30 minute drive to Conifer or Evergreen for restaurants, goods and services. Clear directions and great care was taken by these detail-oriented homeowners, Keith & Aleah. Thank-you for sharing your gorgeous home! A true gem.

Overall, it was a great stay with nothing to complain about. Jonathan and Heather were very communicative and always willing to help in any way they could. The place was clean, and the interior was really nice. The location was also excellent, with all the places we wanted to visit in Springs being close by. You’d be amazed at how detailed they are when it comes to amenities and other details. My one-year-old baby loved it and slept well every night. There is some noise from upstairs, as the hosts would mention, but it wasn’t too much of a bother for us. The only downside was that the bathroom sink was a little too small to use comfortably. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely choose this house again if I visit Springs in the future.

Margaret's house is a really great place to stay if you're travelling to Castle Rock or one of the neighboring towns. It's in a great location that's not too far from everything the town has to offer. The getaway suite was really clean when we arrived, and had plenty of fun games to play in the downtime of our trip. She was friendly whenever we saw her and also provided some candies, snacks and water bottles which was a really nice touch. Overall, this was a great place to stay and if I ever book an airbnb in Castle Rock again, I would look here first!

Julie and Brian‘s place was the perfect spot for our Colorado getaway. The living quarters was nice and cozy, genuinely felt like home. She provides just about everything you might need and more :) The patio area has a relaxing, private vibe after a long day of exploring the city. Parking is private and tucked away behind the patio. We were due to leave during a winter storm and Julie was so thoughtful to reach out to let us know we could stay another day, if needed, and also provided information to help us get back home. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Julie and Brian!

We were extremely impressed with all aspects of Michelle's place! First of all she is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and from the start her home welcomed us with gorgeous roses and a carefully thought out walkway to the downstairs rental. Her garden is incredible with absolutely beautiful wildflowers and other whimsical art. She created such a peaceful and warm environment inside with her carefully designed colors amd artwork. Her place is so clean and fresh! Beds were clean and comfortable! We enjoyed the wonderful organic teas and coffee she provided. An added bonus was the pristine hot tub.. such a treat! Thank you Michelle!! We would rent again in a heartbeat!❤️
