The cabin is amazing. Clean and tidy and very tidy. Enjoyed this cottage very much. And the host was very helpful and responded to messages right away. Everything went perfectly with Pål without any nonsense. If you want to experience a proper cabin experiences, you have this cabin. Recommend

We had a wonderful 4 days here in the cabin. The hosts were extremely helpful, the area is stunning and the cabin is perfect. I truly cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, Ann went above and beyond to help us with transport and anything that we had questions on. Fantastic stay, we hope to come back in the future.

Rented this amazing holiday home for a weekend with family and friends. Cabin is amazing. There's so much to do there, that you never get bored. If I were to build a cabin for myself - it would be quite the same as this one. The place was very clean, with all necessary equipment. Leonard was friendly and helped with everything that was unclear. We also found a gift on the table. 🥰 Absolutely amazing! Would definitely consider visiting this cabin again in the summer, the location is very cozy, with plenty to do around. 11 out of 10 !

We highly recommend Dag-Willy's cabin at Lifjell. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains. The area is full of good hikes that are relatively easy with great views of Telemark. We hiked to Gleksefjell 1121 meters above sea level. The gygrestolen which is about 20 km from the cabin is also a recommendable hike. You can quickly get down to Bö by car in 15-20 minutes if you need shopping. I stayed in the same cabin as a child in 1972. The cottage has been modernized since. Fun to see the area that has a lot to offer. Very friendly and helpful cabin owner.

Great cabin/annex, perfect size for 2. Plus to be able to bring a dog. Clean, well equipped with everything you need for a cabin trip. Perfect location for hiking in the mountains and good hiking trails right outside the cabin. Peaceful area, undisturbed. Janne responds quickly and gave a good description before arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage which was very cozy and had a great view of the lake with great sunrise/ sun. You have plenty of space and everything necessary on site! The communication with Bjørg was great too!

The place was incredibly beautiful and cozy. We felt like at home. Shopping is only 10 minutes away. There are plenty of opportunities for activities. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a few nice days with Jacob on our round trip through Norway. The cabin is well located and easily accessible. The amenities are simple but more than sufficient. There's nothing missing. The cabin is very cozy and has a personal charm as much has been built/made. You also have beautiful views from the veranda.

Very nicely located house with stunning views of the gauze tips. Decorated with love with an eye for color and detail. Very comfortable and homely. Fully equipped. Beautiful terrace, comfortable beds and living room. We stayed there for 2 nights and were sorry to leave again. Both with nice and bad weather nice to stay there. Recommend everyone to stay here and go to the top of the mountain on foot or with the gazebos. What an incredibly beautiful area and house!

This was our first vacation where we used airbnb and are impressed by the possibilities offered. The booked holiday home has already impressed the listing with its seclusion and its natural location. On site, the experience was even more outstanding. The possibility to reach the cabin on foot was only possible with appropriate boots due to the weather. However, the arrival and transport of luggage is no problem with the rowing boat, which is available. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available in the charming cabin. In the end, we had way too much luggage with us. There is no boredom at the house and property. Whether you explore the lake by boat, fish, collect mushrooms or explore the nearby hiking trails. As day trips, we used hiking routes to the top of the highest mountains in southern Norway. Overall, we are 100% satisfied with the holiday. 👌🏻

Perfect fit for our stay in Kongsberg

We had a group of 10 people and we had plenty of room for everyone! It is high under the ceiling and lovely interior. Very tidy and easy to find equipment. Got a little docked with only one bathroom. Clear instructions and easy to communicate with the host. He sent photos on request when we were wondering what's in kitchen cabinets. Would definitely recommend the cabin to others and we would love to come again!

The stay at Eirik Jarl's cabin has been a pleasure. The cabin is very cozy, neat and tidy. It is located about 15 minutes in the mountains in a small cabin area that is far between the houses and the place feels very private. There are the nicest views of the mountains and it provides a cozy atmosphere with the free-range sheep in the area (they go very close to the house). There are great hiking opportunities right outside the door. We were there with a dog, and very much enjoyed the large enclosed terrace. We'd love to come again 😊

We have had a really good time. The cottage is secluded and you will not see many people. We (two girls from the city) found it quite exciting at night. But once you're used to the silence, it's very nice!
