Good location, 15 minutes from Golconda fort and tombs, private, guarded space! Has all the things you would need for a comfortable stay! Had even fever meds and mosquito repellent, which was very helpful! Has restaurants and a big supermarket nearby, quiet and good location. 30 minute drive from the airport, 15 minutes to Golconda fort and tombs, 20 minute drive to Charminar and Chowmahalla Palace Koppu was a very helpful host and helped us reach the location even if it was late at night. He was also very responsive and friendly!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was indeed a great experience. The property was clean and made us feel at home from the day one. The check-in was breeze as the caretaker, who is such a happy, smiling and ready to help person, was on site and waiting for our early check-in. This is spacious accommodation providing ample room to relax and unwind after a long flight. The host is quick to any queries and made sure that was stay was well assisted. The house caretaker is well mannered, attentive person, ensuring that all is in order and cleaned as quickly as possible. Clean bed sheets, towels provided. Overall, this is a great place, however, there is always room for improvements. It would be great to have tea/coffee mugs or cups that are chipped replaced with clean, latest trendy designs. As this is a large place that can accommodate eight people, more utensils are needed, such as cereal and curry bowls. The bathroom fixtures upgraded and AC in ground floor fixed.

Amar uncle was an amazing host, we rented the place for around 4 days and it was clean and so much peaceful, felt right at home. He was very responsive and understanding. He made our trip to hyderabad a memorable one. Best decision to book his place. My recommendation would be go for it, the place is cosy, nice and clean

Stayed for 6 days and vacated today. Pros Good place for family. peaceful and safe area, responsive host made our stay feel comfortable. The villa matches the description on the site. Most important thing is building has surveillance cameras and we feel safe instantly. Cons Had an incident of strangers sitting in the living area when we came back from work . Since the main door lock was not available it was left open in our absence after the cleaning lady left. when brought to notice of host Mr Prabhakar, he immediately arranged to check the CCTV and identified them as friends. Later he arranged for lock as well. But they shouldn't be sitting in an occupied place. Host should take care of this in future. Second thing is Bathrooms though clean, they look old and need some repairs. Except these two , nothing is bad about that place. Have given 5 star rating and will definitely come back for another stay.

His attentive service made our stay extra special. The farmhouse is impressively clean and well-maintained. We loved the facilities, especially the clean pool and sports activities like badminton. Place was really peaceful, private and safe. However had an issue with the wifi and games rest all was really good. Would like to selec the place for our next stay. Host was really helpful, felt the place was welcoming and comfortable

great place to stay but you need to follow some rules and regulations. For the pool you need to have some costume and 🧢 for swimming.host is super and responsive .

Our stay at Meharunissa’s place was fantastic! The house was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family.
