Spacious home with everything we needed as a family of four. Close to town and amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. It felt private and secure. Overall, a lovely stay!

Lovely large space with lots of room and nice outside area. Toys and highchair was also nice to have. Close to lots of attractions and about 10 minutes to the centre of town. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the treats :).

Ru's place was a great find for us. It fit well with our plans and budget, and was close to town and amenities as well. The photos don't do justice to the place, as was the case with us where we felt like the place wouldn't be good after looking at photos but still took a chance. Beautiful garden, peaceful place and a great place altogether. Ru is a wonderful host, always ready to help and making sure we are finding ourself at home. The place had everything but we felt that an electric stove or a stovetop would have made it complete. Final verdict - Perfect in every possible way. Thanks Ru for everything.

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place. It is such a peaceful place and we loved the stunning view from the deck and beautiful surroundings. We had everything we needed for a great long weekend to switch off and relax. Would recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! Perfect for two families with young children, the fully fenced property gave us peace of mind, and the playground right next door was a huge bonus. The spacious deck with a BBQ made outdoor dinners a highlight of our trip. The walk to the beach was about 10-15 minutes with kids, but could easily be done faster. We also appreciated the extra lounge space, which was perfect for the kids to relax and watch TV. Ya, the host was great at communicating and kept us well-informed with all the details we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for families!

A second fabulous stay in 2 months. We're so happy to have found Island Breeze! Once again, we were treated to peace and quiet, bird song (including Kaka fly-pasts again!), plus beautiful weather, easy access to beaches and townships - what more could we ask! Island Breeze is spotlessly clean, private, on a bus route if you need it, and just right! Thanks again!

Aimee is a fabulous host! Her instructions were brilliant, including photos and she even went out and bought a coffee plunger for us. The accomodation is right in the middle of town, we didn't use the car at all. We will be back!

If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway to beautiful Tairua, here are our reasons why Paradise on Pine should be at the top of your list: Hosts Julia and Doug made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. They were helpful and attentive without being intrusive, which added to the comfort of our stay. We were delightfully surprised by the breakfast supplies waiting for us—bacon, eggs, bread, butter, juice, cereal, milk, and even fresh tomatoes from their garden! It was a thoughtful touch that made our first morning so easy. The sea views from the property are magical. Sitting on the deck with a drink and some cheese and crackers (again, kindly provided by the hosts) enjoying the vista was one of the highlights of our stay. The accommodation had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. It’s cosy and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel comfortable. Considering all the little touches and the beautiful setting, this stay offers excellent value.

Wendy's place was lovely! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication was great, check in instructions very clear and easy to follow. The view was amazing!! A great central location to explore the Bay of Islands. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again :)

Exactly as pictured and described- had everything we needed & more for our short stay in Tauranga. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, neighbourhood is quiet and location is convenient. Clint had great communication from the start and we felt comfortable and welcome from check in to checkout☺️

Had a great stay at Barbara’s. Beautiful neighborhood and outdoor area. Was nice to wash our clothes on our roadtrip. We enjoyed the Redwood night walk and food at the Pig and Whistle. Barbara was extremely friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.

This place was ideal for us as it was walking distance to our NZ friends place, our very friendly host greeted us on arrival with milk & supplies to get started, our bed was comfy. the shower was hot & it was spacious with a pleasant outdoor area. We would happily stay there again on our next visit to NZ.

Katharine's place is lovely - comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and set in beautiful gardens. It was one of the accommodation highlights of our trip to the North Island of New Zealand. The house was very conveniently located in a charming semi-rural area within easy striking distance of Havelock North, Hastings and Napier. Katharine was a helpful and generous host, providing breakfast foods including croissants and cereals. We experienced some very hot days so the a/c was welcome in the late afternoon. Good wifi, lots of hot water. Check in was easy; clear instructions as well as some photos. The noise from the sometimes busy road that runs in front of the property died down at night so didn't disturb our sleep. Unfortunately, time spent in the otherwise peaceful garden was impacted from time to time by the barking of neighbours’ dogs. Highly recommended. We would happily stay again.

We can thoroughly recommend this place. It is centrally located to everything and easy walking distance to most things including Cuba Street, Te Papa and Oriental Bay. The only transport we got was an Uber from the Airport to the apartment ($14). We also liked being close to Moore Wilson a fantastic upmarket grocery store for our daily supplies. The apartment is bright, airy and spacious. The queen bed is so comfortable! Emily the host was very accommodating and was prompt to respond. We would like to stay again

Great place to stay, ideal for people travelling and sightseeing. Apartment had everything you could ask for away from your own home. Clean and tidy and in my opinion very good value for your money. Excellent communication from Shane who recommended a few places to us.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

This is the best point. - Location is good if you want to enjoy suburb area. Need to rent a car, but worth to visit beautiful Clevedon town. You can walk to forest. Nice playground is in a walking distance. - Enough personal space with good facility. Clean.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The unit is new and clean. The location is beach front and beautiful. You can hear the waves all day and night. The night sky is very dark so the stars are breathtaking!! Thank you Jo for a wonderful stay. We hope to stay again soon.
