Great location with easy walk to restaurants, coastal walks. Nice view of Wellington city from apartment.

Don’t look at any more places, this must be one of the best in wellington! Photos don’t do justice do the aesthetic and quality of this lovely home. George was also fantastically proactive and if we ever come back to Wellington, we will be surely staying again.

Jane has invested a lot of warmth and energy in building this place. Everything is so thougtful - makes you feel right at home. We had one of our nicest evenings in NZ at her terrace. The surreal sunset views almost got tears in my eyes. The location is a peaceful residential area and with a short walk, you can reach the harbour. Overall, it was an immaculate stay. If I ever come back to NZ, I am definitely staying again!

Great location, close to everything you’d possibly need. Laurice was a responsive and helpful host and the flat was exactly as described. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a base to explore Wellington.

This is a lovely fully self contained apartment in a really cool location. A short walk away is Kelburn Village and a bit beyond is the top of the Wellington Cable Car. The off street parking is a plus although the extensive Wellington bus network offers many route options passing the apartment. Walking into town is easy and the walk home doable but a bit more challenging. The apartment gets a bit of traffic noise from Kelburn Road but nothing excessive. We would happily return. And Wellington has now become one of my favorite cities ever experienced-it’s visually spectacular, chilled and charming and offers so many attractions and activities.

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

What a charming place!! It’s got a small footprint but it is very cleverly laid out so it feels very spacious. And it is well appointed with anything one might need, even a washer/dryer (better to use for washing only and then use the rack to dry). And the location is simply *outstanding*!!! It is right in the middle of the Cuba street area, barely a stone’s throw from dozens of restaurants, yet feels private in the balcony of the side arcade. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Wellington!!

AMAZING!! perfectly describes this Airbnb. I booked this wonderful home for my family visiting over from Australia for 2 nights. It's much better in person, than in the listing photos. They loved it and wished it was available for another night. It was spacious and comfortable for 6 persons. Other than the dishwasher being out of order, everything else they needed was there to use. There's also a downstairs area where family can hang out. Prem and Sneh are excellent hosts. Can definitely recommend.

Jamie's place is a hidden paradise. It's ideally located and you would never think that there could be such a beautiful place hidden at the end of this street. The communication with Jamie was easy and he provided me with a lot of useful information for things to do around the area. The drive to Wellington is just 15 minutes and therefore this place is ideally located. I would for sure book it again. The interior design of Jamie's house is really esthetic and there is a lot of love to details. You will directly feel at home, once you arrive.

House was spotless and amenities were in great condition. Location was great as it is only a few minutes away from Queensgate shopping centre which has everything you could need. Richard was amazing as a host and was very responsive to our queries. I’ll be sure to book with Richard again for all of my future trips to Wellington

I would highly recommend anyone who’s visiting wellington to stay here, it is the perfect modern apartment in the heart of wellington, we loved our stay here!

Adam’s place was just lovely, we felt right at home, and had all the amenities we needed. Clean and very comfortable. The view and surroundings are stunning. Adam communicated well and went the extra mile with an early check in and some goodies as well. Highly recommend staying here, loved it. Just need to be aware that the on street parking has restrictions, we had no problem with this and Adam provided clear information about it.

Brilliant location on The Terrace, easy walk to elevators down to Lambton Quay. Very well thought out amenities at the apartment including kitchen scissors, shampoo etc in the bathroom and even a first aid kit. Lovely towels and linens, and an excellent selection of hot drinks too. Grace kindly let us leave our luggage to pick up later before our flight home which was super kind of her and so helpful. We stayed with our 2 sons and with the fold out bed in the lounge there was plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Wellington. Thank you Grace for your superb hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse in Wellington. It has a nice location, with beautiful views just around each corner. The neighborhood is walkable and has great access to public transportation, which we used to avoid the tiny streets of Wellington! We were able to take a nice long walk down to the CBD via the botanical gardens, and catch the cable car and a bus back home. The home is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. We made good use of the washing machine also, as full time travelers this was nice to have. Wayne was a welcoming and helpful host, and left us a nice array of breakfast treats. This home felt like authentic Wellington, and we would stay again.

Great place to stay, up a hill but pretty close to town and right near Botanic Gardens. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful renovations.

A perfect, central base for a trip to Wellington. Really helpful and responsive hosts. We felt right at home and had everything we could have needed , from coffee to washing liquid for the washing machine . An amazing place to stay. Thanks Jason and Stephanie :)

The perfect location for our 2 night stay in Wgtn - and what a view! Craig was a great host, excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless with everything we needed. Walking distance to town along the waterfront. Also walked up the lane beside the apartment to the streets behind which gave another fab view of the city. Double glazing meant the apartment was extremely quiet. Wgtn put on a perfect summer weekend so we had the slider door pulled open. The view was ever-changing with swimmers, kayakers, boat races, guys fishing, joggers, walkers, pets, cyclists. We loved it. We would most definitely book Craig’s place again next time we are in Wgtn.

Fabulous apartment right in the centre of the great eateries restaurants things to do! Minutes walk to boutique supermarket in sand street, great cafes (L’affaré and Prefab our repeat favourites!) Apartment super modern and well stocked with plates glassware and towels. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and the great selection of teas was really appreciated, along with an excellent bottle of Pinot noir! Thanks Blair for accomodating a later check out with your cleaner. The pictures don’t actually show it justice! The sofa is actually a nice tan (looks like a maroon russet colour on our devices) and the dining table while dark is super modern while to us the way it’s photographed it makes the table look a heavy set older style. Only real issue was the constant strong gas like smell in the ground floor lobby (residents told us it can vary and it’s a permanent feature as the huge air conditioning vents expel the conditioned air out right next to the lobby entrance.)
