Great location at head of Oriental Bay. Handy for local beach and facilities nearby. About 25 mins flat walk into town for major supermarkets and huge range of bars and restaurants. Nice cosy apartment with stunning views from floor to ceiling window. Everything as described.

The stay was as described. Location was fantastic with walkable places to eat and things to do. It was a great stay for us, group of 3!

I can’t rave enough about Jenny’s Nestpod! This was the most organized, well thought-out, guest oriented Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Not only was everything very nicely designed, we felt like Jenny thought of everything we could possibly need, from perfectly measured out laundry detergent, to quality kitchen appliances, and a superior lighting system, Jenny’s apt was very comfortable and easy to navigate and live in. Truly, a home away from home. Thank you, Jenny!

The apartment is very well positioned for walking into town and catching the early morning ferry. Jane was super friendly and available for any questions. The apartment is well furnished, clean and welcoming: just like home. The view from the living room is stunning and the patio perfect for coffee in the sun. We recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit windy, beautiful Wellington :)

Gavin's place is in a great neighborhood in Kelburn - coffee shops and restaurants right down the street, and walkable to Zealandia! We did a night tour there which got you admission also in the daytime plus the next day. I'm a bird lover and went there 3 different times! The unit is also walkable to downtown Wellington with even more restaurant and bars to choose from, and to get back if you don't walk to walk back up the hill it's very close to the cable car. We really enjoyed our stay at Gavin's place!

Modern 2-storey apartment with fun interior design and quirky bathroom features. Bedrooms were spacious and living/dining had a nice view to the hillside. Excellent location being near airport, regular Bus no. 2 to city and Zealandia, supermarkets, Lyall Bay/Cafe and Weta workshop a must. Although kitchenette is downstairs would suggest serving trays be provided to carry cutleries with food/drinks. I'm a light sleeper so planes and wind a bit noisy. Otherwise we had a most enjoyable stay from a wonderful friendly and helpful host.

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

My husband and I both really enjoyed Martine's place. It's very cute and comfortable, and located in a very hip little neighborhood that reminded me in some ways of the Mission District in San Francisco, where I lived for many years. If you like urban environs with coffee shops, used book stores and ethnic restaurants, you'll love it. We did have a bit of difficulty finding and getting into Martine's place, although it was late and we were exhausted from a long day of travel so I'm sure that contributed to our confusion. And I will say that throughout, Martine and her co-host were communicating with us, which did the trick. The location is not inherently hard to find and Martine could easily simplify the instructions so that it would be super easy -- I'll send her some suggestions. Lastly, I put in ear-plugs and slept great; my husband, who is very noise-sensitive, put in ear-plugs and still did not sleep well (it was a little noisy). But he was still glad we stayed there!

A stunning and beautiful house! We hosted our senior leadership planning session here, and the venue exceeded our expectations. It created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged meaningful connections, ultimately helping us achieve all of our team’s goals. Highly recommended!

There was plenty of space for 5 adults, a toddler and a baby. We were down from Auckland for a wedding and its location was good for the venue and our visit to Te Papa. We were delighted to find a coffee machine and already filled with coffee beans. Love the 2-drawer dishwasher which is like the one we have at home. The bathrooms are big and the showerheads were a good size. We didn't spend time on the patio as our toddler just loved being chased inside the house which had great layout. It was a very comfortable stay for all of us and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous house in great walkable location to so many cafes, restaurants and sights to see. Hosts were fantastic, proactive and the treats upon arrival were very well received.

AMAZING!! perfectly describes this Airbnb. I booked this wonderful home for my family visiting over from Australia for 2 nights. It's much better in person, than in the listing photos. They loved it and wished it was available for another night. It was spacious and comfortable for 6 persons. Other than the dishwasher being out of order, everything else they needed was there to use. There's also a downstairs area where family can hang out. Prem and Sneh are excellent hosts. Can definitely recommend.

It is a beautiful, modern house with comfortable beds and our stay was amazing. The weather in Wellington wasn't great, so we had to stay inside a lot, but it was a nice and cozy place to spend time in. Would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful home! We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again when we come back Wellington way. The house was lovely and open, the beds were super comfortable. We stayed with a toddler and is was easily proofed to make him safe. Jamie answered my only question really quickly which was helpful. The off street parking was great as theres a lot of places who don't offer this.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Hosts had really thought of all the small details making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Walking distance to many great Wellington attractions and bus stops. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend if looking for a place to stay in Wellington cbd if your planning on being out and about.

Nice spot in Wellington, thought initially it might be too far out to walk everywhere but it was only ten minutes' walk to Thorndon New World and fifteen to the Beehive end of Lambton Quay which was fine. Lovely view, good little kitchen, bed comfy, shower decent. Very happy.

It was a lovely apartment right in the middle of Wellington with a private car parking space and next to Clifton car park (which is convenient if you're taking more than just 1 car). However, the hot water cylinder made a bit of noise. We didn't mind it that much after full days of exploring the city. Grace and Sarah were very responsive and helpful.

This place was ideal for us as it was walking distance to our NZ friends place, our very friendly host greeted us on arrival with milk & supplies to get started, our bed was comfy. the shower was hot & it was spacious with a pleasant outdoor area. We would happily stay there again on our next visit to NZ.

Great place to stay, up a hill but pretty close to town and right near Botanic Gardens. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful renovations.

Nice location near lots of restaurants, yet still quiet. Clean and full of amenities, felt right at home. Stephanie provided excellent instructions on how to access the unit. A great find!

The host was very responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had a good experience.
