We absolutely loved this house! It was amazing! It is new, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. The 5 bedrooms are huge with plenty of room for everyone. Four of five bedrooms have large private bathrooms. We had seven adults and four young children, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, including beautiful high-end appliances. The owners provide so many extra things like outside toys and tennis rackets. There’s also a beautiful pool table, foosball table, and corn hole game. Lots of fun activities for the adults and kids! The entire Steinhatchee Landing Resort Community is nice and had all the amenities mentioned on the airbnb website (too many to list) The house sits nextdoor to the playground, which was very convenient. The house is also convenient to the pool, work out room, and shuffleboard area. The petting zoo was cute and the walk to the river was beautiful! We were so happy that we found this house!

I would highly recommend staying at Woody's Bungalow. It truly exceeded our expectations. It was homey, had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need as a cook, including small appliances (blender, etc.) The location was great for us (and pups) and the dock worked perfectly for our boat. It's really convenient to quickly get out to the ocean as well. Kathy's Krab's is super close as well as every other store you would need, including the Marina's. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spacious and clean as well. It's a great spot to come fishing or just to visit. Michael was more than responsive to any questions we had. Can't go wrong with this home away from home. Thanks Michael!!

The house has an incredible view of the river, is comfortable, and is nicely out in the woods. Kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Nicole was great, we had a group of lineman who stayed at the house while working from Hurricane Helene and they enjoyed the house very much.

We love this place. It is very convenient for scalloping and we stayed twice within a month because of that. We usually go with a group of people and we all had a blast!

Such an amazing place. Great location with a spacious, welcoming home. Things were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. we ordered groceries for delivery and the cleaner was sweet enough to go ahead and put them in for us. we appreciate all of her help. if you have a large family or group traveling definitely book this place

it's hard to find good accommodations, especially when traveling with dogs. We had a really nice time at The Holy Mackerel in Perry, FL. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to the Gulf and local attractions—but still quiet and peaceful. The space felt welcoming, and it was great to have a pet-friendly option. The hosts clearly put effort into making it a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend The Holy Mackerel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Perry. safe neighborhood.

Was perfect place to relax and slow down. Nap in hammock, fire in pit w new friends next door, screen porch w lots of room. Bed slept good, everything was nice

The tiny house was beautiful exactly as described. The only concern was that there was sand spurs in the yard my sweet pups got them when they went out. The area is very remote nothing around for about 15 miles but very great and quiet place otherwise perfect tiny house to stay in.

We enjoyed a short family vacation at this cute house on the river in Steinhatchee! The house is great, the location is a little farther up river than we normally stayed. Very peaceful. I would verify docking arrangements with the host before you make a reservation. Steinhatchee is a wonderful little old Florida playground, I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at this property, with only one exception. The kitchen and bathroom floors needed to be mopped. Everything else was great.
