We absolutely loved this house! It was amazing! It is new, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. The 5 bedrooms are huge with plenty of room for everyone. Four of five bedrooms have large private bathrooms. We had seven adults and four young children, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, including beautiful high-end appliances. The owners provide so many extra things like outside toys and tennis rackets. There’s also a beautiful pool table, foosball table, and corn hole game. Lots of fun activities for the adults and kids! The entire Steinhatchee Landing Resort Community is nice and had all the amenities mentioned on the airbnb website (too many to list) The house sits nextdoor to the playground, which was very convenient. The house is also convenient to the pool, work out room, and shuffleboard area. The petting zoo was cute and the walk to the river was beautiful! We were so happy that we found this house!

Our long term stay was fabulous. The property was exactly as described. Danielle was an amazing host and communicated was fast and easy. My thoughts and prayers are with the people of Keaton Beach as they recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene.

The place was very clean and quiet! Our family of 10 enjoyed renting both places!

Nicole was great, we had a group of lineman who stayed at the house while working from Hurricane Helene and they enjoyed the house very much.

Would absolutely recommend this place! Everything I’d brand new, clean, and cozy. This was probably one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. It also has a fenced backyard which is convenient for your pup. The listing states the property has 1.5 bathrooms, however there is only 1 bathroom. Everything else is as described. We love this place. It is very convenient for scalloping and we stayed twice within a month because of that. We usually go with a group of people and we all had a blast!

Such an amazing place. Great location with a spacious, welcoming home. Things were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. we ordered groceries for delivery and the cleaner was sweet enough to go ahead and put them in for us. we appreciate all of her help. if you have a large family or group traveling definitely book this place

This place is absolutely beautiful, Stephanie is very attentive and proactive with responding. The house is beautiful, spotless, and close to entertainment. I can’t wait to come back with my friends, family, and bulldog.

Tammy’s spot was fantastic for our scalloping trip to steinhatchee! Her outdoor area with the grill and the games was awesome to use when cooking out catch in the evening. We rented golf carts and everything was within a 5 minute ride! She gave us lots of recommendations to restaurants, where to put our boat in, and to get some bait. It was so helpful! We can’t wait to be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our cozy tiny house stay in Perry, FL. The house looked exactly like the pictures and was fully stocked. The house was nicely decorated and not cluttered at all. We’ll definitely be returning for future visits to Perry or Steinhatchee.

We enjoyed a short family vacation at this cute house on the river in Steinhatchee! The house is great, the location is a little farther up river than we normally stayed. Very peaceful. I would verify docking arrangements with the host before you make a reservation. Steinhatchee is a wonderful little old Florida playground, I highly recommend it!

Perfect place and location. Steinhatchee is our favorite getaway destination and this place was 2 mins away from the marina and restaurants. Comfy bed with clean sheets, clean bathroom, and the kids loved staying in the loft. The only downside was no wifi but the service on our phones still worked perfect. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
