What an outstanding place! Far bigger than anticipated. Wonderful light and art filled spaces over several floors, with everything you need. Excellent location, Saturday markets at the front door, Christmas markets a few minutes walk away. Parking an easy walk and no trouble to load and unload just outside apartment. Excellent communication from Anna and thoughtful touches throughout. Love, love, loved this special place.

The place is great - clean, cozily furnished and great views of the valley. I felt very comfortable. In addition, you are in a few steps in nature, perfect if you are looking for a quiet place.

We had a very nice time in Steinsfeld. The surrounding fields are ideal for walks with dogs. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Our children also felt very comfortable. Rothenburg takes about 10 minutes by car, which is definitely worth a trip. The wildlife park in Bad Mergentheim is also highly recommended for a family trip.

Beautiful townhouse, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The bedding was comfortable and the city was nice and within walking distance. Recommended!

Very spacious and well furnished apartment. We found everything we needed to spend two nights at its best. We stayed in two families with children and everything was very comfortable.

We stayed here over New Year's Eve to get away from the big city a bit, and are more than happy with our decision! The house is super equipped and homely, from foosball table, to board games to four TVs, there is something for every group constellation. There are not many attractions nearby, but there are countless hiking routes. Hermann is a great host who always answered our questions quickly. He was very accommodating with his tips, so we could also get bread and go for coffee on New Year's Eve. Thanks for a great stay in Hardheim!

The two of us felt really comfortable in the small apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. The upstairs bedroom was huge and the double bed very comfortable. The fact that the toilet, sink and new shower were distributed individually in the hallway did not bother us. We were with us and we knew that from the description of the apartment. We and our dog were enthusiastic about the small fenced garden, as well as the very large orchard, which borders the forest. If you're planning a hiking holiday, this is the place to be. The communication with Paul was friendly and familiar. He was immediately available and responded immediately to any questions. Upon your arrival, check-in was super easy and everything prepared for our stay. The accommodation was as described, simply equipped and still has everything you need. For a short stay with hikes in the great surroundings absolutely recommended. The possibility to go to the cozy very lovingly furnished sauna in the evening has been a very special highlight after our hiking tours. But all in all, we will come back to Paul and Anne in the small cabin.

We had a great vacation! The apartment was very well equipped, clean and there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The surroundings are quiet and just a short walk to the charming old village of Dettelbach, where we even found Doggie ice cream for our pooch, awesome !!!! Louie is very nice and helpful and communication was excellent. But the icing on the cake was the heated pool which is very clean and well maintained . We very much recommend this place for short or longer stays. Thanks Louie :-)

Beautiful extraordinary place to stay in the countryside. We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. A great location in the countryside.

The start was a bit tedious, with Melanie we had agreed an arrival time 3-4pm, as she was on vacation, a deputy was organized. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding there, the key was deposited in the key safe, but we had not received a code. On site, we waited for 2 hours without a response from the deputy / as well as Melanie . In the meantime, Airbnb support was contacted and a replacement hotel booked. Shortly before the waiting time set by the support service expired, the deputy came back and we were able to enter the apartment... PHUU... so support contacted and replacement hotel canceled. NEVERTHELESS: We now also want to write about our positives, because in addition to our miserable check IN, the apartment was in PERFECT condition. A FEEL-GOOD OASIS when entering the garden and the possibilities that can be used on the terrain are simply great! We would love to come back

Everything was really as described online in the place. All rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, foosball and darts make even the longest stay super pleasant and varied. The sauna and pool can be used completely unrestricted was a huge plus for our group. The outdoor area is equipped with enough furniture and there is enough space to arrange it as you want. A little thing that needs a little extra effort is the seclusion to shopping. There is no supermarket within walking distance. But that was also known from the start and also nothing Jürgen can do. Conclusion: Any time again! Was definitely worth its price (6.).

Very nice place to stay, I would definitely come again. Hopefully the COVID restrictions will be lifted soon and the swim area can be used by multiple families again, it would be a great place to hang out in the evenings for some social gatherings.

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

It was a really nice experience, the house is well furnished and there's really everything. Instructions for anything are everywhere in the house, it is impossible not to feel well since there is really everything. We stayed with our 17-month-old daughter and it felt like we were at home, there was a crib and everything you need for a toddler, even the bathtub. It is rare to find a well-decorated home in this way, Monika is super responsive to answer your questions, it was a fantastic experience! The artist's house is one of a kind and will make you feel at home, all three of us will carry this experience in our hearts forever! Thank you!

We were warmly welcomed and were even able to charge the electric car in the parking lot. A lot of information about things to do was provided in the form of brochures. We cooked in the kitchen and found everything necessary. There is even a small closet with treats and drinks. This place and the beautiful area are worth another trip, gladly again.

Beautiful and also quiet apartment. Bedroom = good mattresses. We slept very well. The photos correspond to the apartment. Attention, difficult parking situation and the APARTMENT is not easy to find and badly signposted from the city of Wertheim (Halbbrunnenweg) (attention cul-de-sac).

The small fine apartment with parking was great. There was nothing missing, and everything was well thought out. Everything was very clean and looked pretty new and modern. We were already in the small hunting lodge for the 2nd time and felt completely comfortable again. It all worked out. We really appreciate the secluded location on the edge of the forest and the possibility to start long walks directly from the house. Also ideal for a holiday with a dog.
