The location of the great house with easy access to the beaches of the north, able to ad everything straight and facing the sea only cross by the sea !! Very considerate Gabriel!! I'll be back soon !!!

The place is very nice and we had incredible times there. The weekend we rented was rainy and Valter promptly helped us with a tent that enlarged the covered space. We managed to have a very pleasant party for my daughter with comfort for the guests.

Andrea and Ademir were great hosts. The house has everything you need for the stay, complete! Balanda with nets, pimbolim, and the birds that are a show apart.. The House is airy, well maintained swimming pool and backyard, a highlight for cleaning, all very clean and organized.. the location is very close to the city and quiet neighborhood, a paradise for those who like nature and comfort, recommend and intend to return.

Very hospitable hosts. My family felt at home. The house is great, many rooms and bathrooms, all as the pictures show. Everything was clean and organized, had bed/bath linen for everyone, good mattresses, equipped kitchen, great furniture… During the stay we commented with Pedro that there was a lack of pots and he promptly decided to bring a brand-new game during the stay. The children had fun in the pool, in the treehouse, with the games and books of the house and also with the super cute puppies of Pedro and Márcia. It was very enjoyable. I recommend and we will certainly return. Ah and the condominium is great and quiet!

I made my daughter's birthday party and loved the place, the house is very beautiful and the pictures don't show well. We had a lot of guests and yet it was up to everyone in a lot of comfort. The house is all equipped and very clean, I have never seen a pool as clean as this and the whirlpool is great. It was warm but in the living room there is air conditioning and in the rooms there is a fan on the ceiling so it was 100/10.

I was extremely happy from the first contact. Mabel told us about who to rent bedding with, helped us with a website to check the beach itself for bathing. Super new apartment, I went with my family and felt at home. Cozinhamos, we take advantage of the utensils. Nice and comfortable beds. All new furniture. Wonderful place especially for those with a child. Great location, to enjoy several beaches. The neighborhood beach is improper for bathing, but it is great for walking and arrives very fast in other places and downtown. If you return to Ubatuba, you would be in the same place for sure.

The apartment is exactly as it is described, all clean, organized. Kitchen Complete provided the need for my family. The condominium is facing the beach, close to everything. Neighborhood very quiet, we rent a bike and enjoy a lot. The host was kind and gave us all necessary support. I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Hosts Gisele and André are very caring and kind. From the first contact we answered our questions and were helpful to our needs. The house was properly organized and clean, everything we needed for a stay of 8 adults and 1 child for 4 days was available and the improvement points informed by us were promptly heard and made available to improve for the next stays. The location of the property is easy to walk to Pereque Acu beach (15 minutes walk) and by car easy access to the beachfront (route used to access the other beaches).

Hi guys, I highly recommend, Fábio was very attentive with us, responded quickly and everything was clean and tidy, great facilities, and super comfortable, can go without fear, it's close to the main beaches.

The stay was great, everything according to the listing. It was only on the first day that we had a problem of lack of water, which was not the fault of the host, but a problem that you had in the region. We went to the turn of the year and already knew that the apartment was far from the beaches, so we ended up catching a bit of traffic due to the large number of people in the city, but this did not interfere in any way the trip, I believe that out of season is even more peaceful. Paula was always very attentive and friendly, nothing to complain about, I will definitely return!

The apartment has everything as advertised, and is very well located, in a comfortable condominium with a swimming pool, not far from the beach. Unfortunately our trip had to be closed early because of serious water supply problems in Ubatuba in the new year. The hosts, however, were very attentive and cooperative.
