This is such a special place. We loved the fact that it is a proper family home - proper bach. Filled with love. Absolutely amazing view. We would come again, in a heartbeat.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Beautiful and peaceful spot! Private guest suite with great amenities. Location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore Abel Tasman and the Coast Track. Brenda provided great recommendations for how to enjoy the area and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Love the views and nice house with good amenities but just fyi the location is hard for Uber drivers and taxis to drive up so they will drop you off at the bottom of the hill. As long as you don’t mind a walk for the beautiful views that the Airbnb it’s a perfect place to stay.

I have been using AirBnB since 2015 and this is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Villa 10 is nearly perfect: comfortable, quiet, well-located, well equipped, and spacious. The views are amazing, and the sea air is delightful. Great kitchen. Jenny even provides fine china for tea. Fantastic place.

Beatrice was very friendly and helpful! She was very welcoming and cheerful. Her place was very clean. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Little coffee corner for an afternoon tea. Beautiful night sky, we sat outside to stargaze! Very hearty morning breakfast prepared by Beatrice. Yummy bread/pastries and jam made by her. Really heart-warming stay!! Will definitely come back again!! Thank you Beatrice!!!

Absolutey stunning house, beautiful views, spacious garden amd fully equiped, we had an amazing week.

The home is located minutes from the main town of Nelson, close to restaurants, art galleries and beautiful walks. You can hear the Maitai River while enjoying your morning coffee in the garden. Trudy was very helpful and responsive to our questions regarding the local area. She was very flexible in our checkout time. We highly recommend this clean and well stocked home for your stay in Nelson, NZ.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing; loved the walking path access and water view! Being so close to Abel Tasman is an advantage. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, great outdoor space on both patios, and a nice hot tub! We highly recommend the Hi-Tide to all!

fabulous location, so much to do and explore. Hiking along the beach to Collingwood and the Farewell Spit tour were amazing things to do. The home was private and the views of the estuary were always changing and beautiful. It was very windy a few days but it didn't curtail our activities. The home stays warm when sunny and there are a few sand flies that like to bite but again, nothing too annoying! A well equipped kitchen, great comfortable beds, and clean overall made it a very pleasant place to be. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing house with a million dollar view. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards to play in the bay. Coffee machine was an amazing bonus. This house was a dream and we WILL return. Thankyou for a wonderful family holiday
