Stayed at the apartment for almost a month. The location is quite convenient – there is almost everything you need in walking distance or in a few minutes by taxi. The staff was very responsive, for which they were grateful. We tried to help at any request. The martial arts hall is a bomb.

Our trip to Tashkent was wonderful! The apartment is located in a convenient building, just a short walk from the Buyuk Ipak Yuli metro station, which makes it easy to travel anywhere in the city. There is a delicious restaurant,coffee places and a local cuisine spot nearby. Check-in was smooth, the bed was clean, and everything matched the photos. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. We will definitely visit again! Kamola was always in touch with us, for which we are very grateful. Tashkent won us over with its cleanliness and hospitality. ❤️❤️

Convenient location near the metro. A few small shops nearby. easy to walk or metro to most attractions. Yand- taxi is also a good option. Host was responsive and quickly helped when we had internet trouble. I work online and internet was fine. Bed was comfortable and washer was great to have.

Nematjon's house is located in a peaceful time of the city, 5 min drive from the Subway. From there, it is only 3 stations to city center. The house is located on a quite street surrounded by trees. Inside there a garden and lots of space to accommodate a family. We had 2 little girls with us and it was most amazing setting as they could run around the house which is well protected, and very safe inside so you wouldn't worry. We loved the touch of waterfall in the garden, its so nice to sit in the morning with coffee, freshly baked bread and sour cream from local venders. We already miss the place and I will always recommend it to our friends and families. Its a gem and very affordable. The owner takes care of everything upon first demand. He even brought us baby chair and did additional clearning mid-way of our trip. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a brand new and smart looking apartment by the Tashkent City park. It was very clean with a comfortable interior with a minimalist flavour (eg no clutter or excessive colours). It has all the essential equipment and arrangements for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience for me. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall, and a park that’s popular with the locals. The neighbourhood is considered an elite part of the city with a light gated community feel. It’s located a walking distance to metro stations and easy to order a taxi using an app. The host was very responsive and, while I didn’t meet her in person, was friendly in communication. My only reservation was that because it is a brand new apartment there was some work going on in the apartments next door, and the new block being built across the road created some noise. However, it appears to be a temporary concern which probably won’t be an issue in a few months or so.
