Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Tarrazu

Beautiful place, the pictures don’t do it justice, way nicer than we anticipated. The view of the mountains was amazing, very peaceful place to relax. The house was well equipped, clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The pool and porch were fantastic, when we were at the house we spent most of our time enjoying the views from the beautiful porch. Plenty of things to do within a short drive, groceries and restaurants nearby. Checkin was easy, Maria is very nice and Kent was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place. The house was immaculately clean and decorated with exquisite taste, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and super markets. Especially the Kokys restaurant, an excellent option to dine delicious pork. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

A lovely spacious house, great for sharing precious moments with family and friends. The kids had so much fun in the pool and the ranch area was great to have a bbq and relax. We will definitely be recommending this place to other friends.

This is now part of our portfolio to go as a couple and Family. Is a beautiful house with EVERYTHING you need, the hosts are AMAZING and the location on the DOTA Valley is amazing. Close to the Dota center, the coffee tour, restaurants and more. Also you can take a quick walk and sit above the little river that goes thru the property and meditate, read, picnic, sleep, just enjoy the soynd and the green. I totally recommend this place for a couple getaway, any tourist looking to spend time in the area or for a WFM weekly stay in couple or with tghe Family.

It was such a lovely and relaxing stay! It was very private with a beautiful view. Rick and Laura are great host with great communication, so grateful to have gotten the privilege to stay with them!

The house is beautiful, tall ceilings, large doors and lots of space to enjoy. The upstairs terrace is perfect for watching birds from a higher view point. Ismael, the ground keeper, was there when you needed him but kept to himself when you didn't. He was helpful with opening and closing the gate for our car when he was out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the villa, amenities are great, place is huge and furniture very comfy. Air conditioner in every room which is highly appreciated, very nice second floor bathroom with hot water. Great communication and Kathia is very nice and supportive. Would come back for sure!

Charming rustic place surrounded by coffee fields only 20 minutes walk from downtown San Marcos. The cabin with the bed- and bathroom is quiet and private. The kitchen/dining room building is very spacious and well equipped. Secure parking for our motorcycles. José and his parents were wonderful hosts who did everything to accommodate our needs and make us fell welcome. There is a good supermarket, bakery, cafe, restaurant and even a big gym only 10 minutes walk from the property. The area is perfect for hiking, biking and local exploration - this is the heart of Costa Rica's coffee country!

I stayed at Susan's place for a month with my younger brother and my two little kids, one- and four-years old. The place is a gem in the midst of the tropical forest. It was very special for us. Kids enjoyed the pool (it was perfect size for them), the monkeys, the outdoors space, summer kitchen. I was blessed to have a perfect wooden deck overlooking the river for my early morning yoga. I am wishing to come back again soon. Susan is a beautiful person; very warm, authentic and overall nice. I would highly recommend her place for those, looking to recharge, re-think or forget something. It is also conveniently located: away from everything but only 20 mins to Quepos, 25 mins to the beaches and Manuel Antonio by car. Thank you, Susan, for having us! We had a blissful journey.

The flat from Carmen and the warm welcoming from her were really nice. The view from the balcony/bedroom is just outstanding. We had a great night there

I was very pleased with Albins Airbnb. him and his family was very attentive and caring. we truly enjoyed our stay.

Positive points: very clean accommodation, great pool, extraordinary host. The accommodation is in a quiet and secluded area, no restaurants nearby so you have to want to cook and be autonomous. That suited us perfectly. My only negative point is that in the title of the listing, it says that it is 15 min from Manuel Antonio when this is not the case (unless you are on a motorbike and surpassing everyone). It takes more (at least) 25 minutes by car to get there if there is no traffic.

Alonso was a spectacular host, I was very attentive, always available, he collaborated on every thing I need with a fantastic sense of urgency. The place is quite spacious, comfortable, tidy, has toiletries and loved the availability of clean cloths. Would really come back !!!!

Lorenzo was so communicative and gave very clear directions! His recommendations for a fishing guide and local restaurants were amazing and did not disappoint! Not mentioned in the listing, he has a housekeeping service that will come clean and tidy your room daily. What a treat! I would recommend to fill and start the jacuzzi as soon as you arrive as it takes quite a bit to get warm. In the mornings it is to peaceful and you can clearly hear all of the sounds of the jungle with no road noise. We had squirrel and white faced monkeys who visited us on the balcony. They were very cute but I would not leave any clothes out to dry when they are around. The clothes ended up in the yard but were unharmed! lol definitely 5 stars

Marcos and Yesi’s place is an absolute find. The apartment itself is really comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. The view from the huge terrace is really lovely. Yesi and Marcos are really friendly and very helpful but very boundaried and although we shared a entrance and parking with them our apartment felt really private. The icing on the cake is that a troop of squirrel monkeys arrive in the garden on a regular basis. Yesi helped us feed them bananas on one occasion. We saw more monkeys in the garden there and up closer than we did at the national park! Staying there is a very special experience. I’d like to return and would love to stay there again! 100% recommended!

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s a perfect location close to major restaurants and shopping. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Great facilities, gym and the pool were a great addition. Definitely coming back here again!

I have stayed in many places during my visits to CR. I found this property to be extremely nice, conveniently located, comfortable. It has the best amenities I have seen. The kitchen was well equipped. I stayed for a month and felt right at home. I plan to stay again if it is available for my next trip.
