Impeccable apartment we had a lovely stay

We had an incredible month-long stay at Montse's beautiful home, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. October was the perfect time to visit, with fantastic weather that allowed us to swim often and fully enjoy the surrounding area. The house itself is a gem—spacious, well-equipped, and designed for comfort. I especially loved working from the porch with views of the lovely garden, and starting my mornings with coffee on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. Montse's attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beachside retreat!

We had a fantastic time with the family, at first we had plans to go to the beach and excuse, but for the comfort of the house and how pleasant it is we stayed in it enjoying the garden several times. And Luis as a host, I'm always attentive and responding quickly. I recommend it a lot to come back.

During the last 10 years, we stayed 6 times in Cornudella, for at least a couple of weeks at a time. Each time we ended up using a different accomodation. This was without a doubt the most confortable of them all. The house is beautifully positioned on the outskirts of the village, up on the southern side of Montsant. It displays a beautiful view of the surrounding area and receives plenty of sunshine. The hydronic floor heating system is, as usual, very pleasant to use once set to the optimal temperature. The large triple-pane windows assure good thermal and acoustic insulation. The bathroom offers a very spacious shower cabin which is quite enjoyable to use. The bed mattresses were in good state, which is not often the case. The parking possibility in front of the house is another rare thing to have in Cornudella. We have found the owners friendly and well-intentioned. All in all, we had a nice stay with pleasant memories.

Lluisa's house is very nice and right on the beach. Although we were not lucky with the weather, we felt very comfortable.

From the moment we booked online, Juan has been an excellent host, extremely responsive when I had questions before our visit. The day before we were due to arrive, I received a booklet with more information about the house as well as instructions on how to get inside. The house was spotless, in a beautiful location, steps away from the beach (you can hear the sea from the balcony). On the day we were leaving, Juan and his wife came to introduce themselves and it was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you Juan and family 😊 Highly recommended.

Really lovely stay. such a historic and beautiful part of Spain. the hosts were super lovely and accommodating. Ability to use garage to store bikes was amazing for us.

Good things: The house is very well conditioned and equipped. Its location in front of the sea is excellent. Communication, always virtual, with Pilar has been fast, clear, friendly and very fluid. Our stay at the Alcanar Houses was very pleasant. Not so good things - the back rooms are not as quiet as the rest of the house as they face the road.

As a family of 5 with three teenagers, this house was perfect. Plenty of space in the house, lovely pool at the end of the private garden and an easy walk to the beach. The supermarket is very convenient and it's an easy walk to the train station for a visit to Barcelona. Georgina was the perfect host, always responding to messages and she had plenty of recommendations for our stay. Her housekeeper Claudia was also lovely, available and accommodating. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing week.

I booked the place for my family (two sisters with husband and their children). They had a very nice vacation. They enjoyed the accommodation very much. Kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were well furnished and everything was clean. The terrace with the garden and pool was just perfect. The beach is super close and you have a beautiful sunset from the garden. Clara is a great hostess. Very friendly, helpful and always available. Even if she was not on site, we were always able to contact her. She immediately took care of the broken dishwasher and sent the caretaker over. He was also very friendly and helpful. The dishwasher was switched after a few days. The only negative thing: the home doesn't have air conditioning. Otherwise, my family would highly recommend Clara's place.

The place is spectacular, very cozy and excellent to go with children and as a family. Quiet and safe area and with the beach almost in front of the complex. Cathy is the excellent person and attentive to everything. Its owners are always aware that everything is fine and take great care of the place. We were really looking forward to coming back next summer!!

I felt like I was at home because it's very nice a few minutes from the beach

It was a lovely spacious holiday home with a beautiful pool area. It was great being able to use the chairs and umbrellas for the beach, which was just a 10 minute walk, it is a steep hill so not ideal for everyone but well worth it. We loved the Jungle Trek across the road, my son in law and grand children all went on the zip wires etc. Carlos and his management team were quick to respond to any queries and very helpful

We were pleasantly surprised by this air-conditioned accommodation, rather large, accessible and central. The tip top solar shower, you can walk to the beach and access to all shops without moving the car there are hospital emergencies next to the studio if needed. The street where the accommodation is located is quiet and peaceful. If you have an animal for example a dog, there is enough to walk it nearby. Finally, Nathalie is a very welcoming, friendly host who offered us a bottle of cava, olive oil and a small flask of saffron grown by her brother when we arrived. So I would not recommend Nathalie's place so we can have it for us the following year. No, no, I highly recommend Nathalie's place. We wanted to say thank YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay in Spain despite the October rain, we were able to climb, walk and finish a great concert in Barcelona. I subscribe all previous reviews about this house and the host. Everything was wonderful: the house, the hostess and how we were received. Outside it was very hot, and we asked for an umbrella for the terrace. Marta organized this for us right away, and everything was great. The only thing that clouded our vacation was the neighbors from house number 13. Her shouting, the scream of the adults and the children, was unbearable. They screamed in the pool, in the house and when closing doors. Since the neighbors lived right next door, we heard this scream constantly, which made sleeping very difficult. This has affected our holiday. But it looks like we were just unlucky. Marta can't do anything about it, we understand. That's why we wish the next guests better neighbors.

Wonderful stay! The apartment is a quick walk to the metro that takes you right into Barcelona. Amazing food, friendly locals and beautiful buildings. This apartment is on a tranquil street, even in the middle of a busy day you don’t hear any noise. Beautiful decorated and everything g is sparkling clean. Love the layout of the place as well. Would definitely book this place again if I’m ever in Rubi! Everything from shopping, food, salons, supermarket, bars is within 5 min or less walking. Thank you so much Gemma!🥰

The personal treatment with Simona Maria is very easy and very easy. The house is a practically new, modern and quiet property, located in an urbanization quite far from everything. Inside the property, everything is in perfect condition. If possible, emphasize that the neighbor's dogs have been quite heavy even at night but otherwise we would definitely recommend it. We have stayed 6 nights, as a couple and with our baby almost 2 years old. Overall enjoyment.

Everything was fine, just as we expected without ever having been in the area ; The owners were very kind, very easy to communicate with them and helped us get to know the area of the Ebro Delta better. Highly recommended

Excellent house facing the sea. I have been summering in the same Port Romà for 10 years and clearly this is one of the best houses in the area. Frontline of the sea, great views, supertranquilo environment, no cars or people on the beach. The house has all the necessary amenities for a week of vacation. We were 5 people, comfortable at all times. Mar has been very attentive from the first contact. Always willing to help us with everything. We had a few small problems when entering the house and both Mar and Angel (maintenance) took care of fixing them immediately. 100% recommended
