We had a lovely 15 days at Ronald's. The house is ideally located, perfect for small children, it feels like in a family holiday home, bicycles and games with free access, large garden, large bedrooms. And Ronald very considerate and responsive!

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

The kitchen was a dream kitchen! We were a group of friends who wanted to stay at home and cook together and the kitchen was perfect for that. The entire place was perfect with different spaces for spending time together with friends as well as being able to peel off and be alone. The pool was awesome with lots of toys to play with! The house also has excellent parking. We spent a fantastic week in the house, it was perfect for our group reunion.

Bad weather is no longer such a big handicap in this listing The bedding was great Ability to park 2 cars easily 2 sets of keys for more autonomy Lots of cooking amenities In short, if you are between 8 and 10 you will be perfectly comfortable and will make the most of your time on site.

We had a company team retreat at Marie's place with 13 people. The house is really nice and spacious, with a big common area and dining room that is great for activities together. And I particularly have to highlight how helpful and supportive Marie was - she went way above and beyond expected to help with all our questions and find a cook for us during our stay. Beyond that, the location is fantastic! Very nice garden, the place feels private and calm, and the beach and the beautiful center of Saint Jean de Luz is only 15 minutes of walk away. Our team loved it!

Nice discovery!!! The house matches in every way with the description. A haven of peace and quiet for a family weekend. This villa is very well suited to accommodate young and old with living and night spaces where everyone feels comfortable. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to come back soon.

Group of 20 people, we had a great three-day stay at Thomas's! The pictures don't do the house justice-it's even more beautiful and spacious in real life. The indoor and outdoor spaces are very pleasant, and the welcome by Laëtitia was flexible according to our constraints and very pleasant. Thomas was available and responsive throughout the stay to answer our questions: everything was perfect. Thanks again!

The environment is pleasant . Spacious house, nice and generous pool. André's very nice . Access to lake , city center, covered market, beaches are simple and direct. Small loop of 8km from the villa 👍 to walk or run around the lake.

We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

Thanks for a great week. Very nice hosts & great location close to Seignosse Ocean. You get everything you need as a family... and on top a pool weich our kids used every day :)

My stay with Franck in Azur, France, was just great! The house was beautiful and just like in the description – quiet, clean and very cozy. The location is perfect to enjoy the natural beauty of the region, and there are many beautiful places to discover nearby. The communication was always quick and easy. I would recommend this house at any time.

Very nice house, well decorated and tidy. Everything was provided (bed linen, towels, plaid, soaps). Spacious for a group of 13 friends. Check-in and checkout with schedules not flexible but explained in advance. Small downsides: many ants and unheated pool (we were not able to enjoy it and we were not notified in advance)

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!

Very nice villa. Great location. Teddy is an accommodating and responsive host! The pool is really great with the heat and the house is perfectly arranged. I recommend it and I'll go back again. (the only small downside, which I notified Teddy are the empty garbage cans, the barbecue clean and the lack of space in the dressing room and fridge because the house is usually inhabited by the host). We will definitely return if we go through Dax!
