You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Completely renovated in june 2022. Cottage located at the entrance of the domain "La Rousserie". You will be seduced by the calm and tranquility of the place. THe swimming pool is actually in construction. it will open the 01/06/2024. You will probably see some derrs, pheasants and storks. From there, you can visit St Emilion and the vineyard (18 km), the Dune of Pyla (70 km), ocean beaches (53 km), the city of Bordeaux (23 km) and the périgord (50 km).
