You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

This place was just as advertised; we had a great time! If you are looking for a hopping nightlife and the bustle of town, this rental might not be right for you. If you are looking for a beautiful private secluded beach with easy access to kayak to the motu or snorkel the reef right out your front door, then this is the place for you. We had a great time snorkeling, kayaking, visiting the motu, watching the sun set and lightning strike when it was raining, and generally enjoyed the privacy and natural beauty Raiatea has to offer. We rented a car for some of our stay and crused the island to find a short hike here and there and we visited the pearl farm on the other side of the island. I recommend this site without any reservations as long as a quiet get away is your goal.

One of those places where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. An unforgettable stay for the whole family that will remain long as oustanding souvenir. Kids loved jumping in the water from the pier just across the road, easy ride to the shop by bike to get a fresh baguette in the morning, and so much to see and do around the island! You can go there eyes closed for a great stay, we would love to come back some time in the future!

Le Noha: Poe Beachfront Bungalow.

My wife and I spent two weeks in French Polynesia, and visited four islands. Raiatea was our favourite and Thierry and his place are what truly made the difference. The location is stunning, with a beautiful deck right on the ocean, and the possibility to snorkel or kayak in the lagoon. The bungalow is exactly as described, it has a tropical and authentic vibe and has everything you need for a lovely stay. But the best thing was Thierry himself. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to share his culture and his knowledge of the place. He took us to a nearby motu for a fantastic morning of snorkelling and spearfishing, and made us some lovely meals. During our stay, we were also lucky to meet his family, and he invited us to join them for dinner as if we were part of them. Should we go back to Raiatea in the future, we have no doubt we will be staying at Le Noha again!

We had an incredible stay in Taha'a! The house is simply superb, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly located on the waterfront. Waking up every morning facing the lagoon was such a joy. The setting is peaceful, ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying the beauty of the island. The welcome was warm and everything was perfectly clean and well-equipped. We recommend this Airbnb without a second thought to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Taha'a. Big thanks for a wonderful stay!

RAIATEA / Beachfront / Studio of "Fare Rêvé"

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

Impeccable, new, clean and very well-equipped accommodation, the bedding is more than comfortable, worthy of a luxury hotel, we slept like babies, the linens smelled so good. Tastefully decorated, the little details that make all the difference and justify its price, everything came together for a great stay despite the bad weather. Small plus for the Polynesian welcome, you immediately feel very comfortable. We also have an Airbnb on Raiatea, we highly recommend this listing. If we had to find something to say, it would be the orientation of the bungalow towards the mountain instead of the sea. But we'll be back with the family this time. All the best to Kelly and her campaign. John

the place is incredibly well furnished and situated in a great neighborhood that is both private and peaceful, yet within walking distance of wonderful casual restaurants. don't sleep on chili grill, it's an unassuming roadside stand but the food is excellent. the pizza shop was great as well. I took a short paddle to the public motu, using the provided kayak and it was an amazing experience. I cannot recommend this place enough. a true gem. the host has taken great care in the upkeep of this little bungalow. it is immaculately maintained with lovely decorations. easily my favorite abnb experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends and I hope to come stay here again someday.

The house and location are excellent. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Vatea was extremely responsive, helpful and proactive. It felt good knowing that we had someone on the island who we could count on should we need a little help.

What can I say! Everything was perfect from the welcome on Moeana's arrival to our departure. The site is beautiful. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Moeana's husband who, with his mother, concocted a delicious meal for us, and introduced us to Polynesian cuisine. We recommend without moderation! A little hello to Bubble their adorable dog.

This was a beautiful setting and exactly as listed. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend staying here and doing the tour of Tahaa. Only word of advice is that the Wi-Fi is not consistent enough to enable much work if you are a remote worker.

I had a great time with Nasha and André despite 3 days of rain, the house is super spacious, the bedrooms and bathroom too, there is access to the pontoon with a magnificent view of the bay, a great snack bar not far away. Nasha and André are super welcoming and generous, great times spent together at breakfast and even several shared meals! Great to meet you. Mauruuru!

Idyllic location, quiet and very close to the city. Charming welcome. The private dock is a real plus, what a pleasure to swim among the fish. We really had a very pleasant stay with a special mention for Sam the cat, so sweet and so cuddly.

Superb stay, beautiful location, very beautiful farm, perfectly equipped, the owners who live next door are adorable. A stone's throw from the Fish and Blue restaurant, incredible spot for sunsets :) Car rental with Up & Go impeccable, great excursion to Taha'a with Flo and Teva, fishing trip with Kenzo from Catch and Cook, everything contributed to a dream stay.

This place was wonderful. Well stocked and well laid out. Very relaxing and the pool made for quick cool-offs in the warm weather. Having AC in all the bedrooms made sleeping a pleasure. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the island!

The terrace of the home overlooks the water! Superb views of Bora! Possibility to rent a car as soon as you arrive at the dock so it's really too convenient. Comfortable rooms and beds. Beautiful environment. Close to the pearl farms and the rum cellar.
