This place is a must stay if you are visiting Melaka. The view from the balcony is serene. The house had all the amenities it needed for an Airbnb and it felt like home. I will recommend this place to stay for anyone in town.

I bring along with my mum and aunt. Boon place was very nice and clean listing and it look just alike as the picture. We have a wonderful stay and time spend in the unit with Netflix and also Game console provided. You will able to see the sunrise from the unit as well. Most important, water dispenser was provided. Highly recommended

The place is reasonably clean. Great view of the ocean, although not that close to the sea. Beds are ok, mattresses provided is of those you normally get in a cheap hotel, which were priced way lower than this property. Overall is a pleasant experience. Unfortunately will not return unless host willing to invest to buy more comfortable mattresses.

The place was nice, clean and easy to find.. all good, the host quite responsive.. if i may suggest, only for changing the kitchenware to more proper with electric stove and microwave.. that’s all.. we having best time at sebastian’s place 😊

Everything is great. The kids mini water park is awesome 👍. My kids love it. The adult swimming pool also got kids area so we all can play and swim together. They also have mini restaurant besides the swimming pool area that selling breakfast. Overall nice stay and worth the money paid. The host also very responsive to our questions and very helpful.

So nice place to visit. Very accurate as shown in photos. The owner also respond very well and patient. Can negotiate. The room is so clean and decorated so beautifully. Location is the best. Near has many local restaurants to eat. And , mainly near with Jonker walk. Easy to take grab about 7 - 10 minutes. Next time also, I wanna choose this one again.

Owner is super-friendly,house is perfect for all 25 of us.The price is also cheap relative to other houses .Very very recommended for a stay.Have many facilities such as mini gym,swimming pool,pool table,board games(chess) and more.We had so much fun here,definitely will repeat 👍🏻

This stay is located quite faraway from Melaka town. Nevertheless it's a huge apartment complex with proper facilities. However, the lifts can be troublesome so watch out for that. To describe the unit, it was simple and clean. Since it's located near the sea, it tends to get hot in the afternoon. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

Despite of all the hiccups, I would still recommend this place to my everyone especially those who wish to organize events consisting big number of people. Everything is so convenient. You could have your food prepared by the caterer for the entire stay, and you wouldn't have to worry whether or not you'll feel comfortable as the house is so spacious and well-equipped.
