We loved our stay at Tan’s place. After traveling nearly a month, this place felt like being home. Plenty of good space, and so comfortable. Can walk to the night market and so much else. Highly recommend!

The location is good, there is a mall across the road, dining and shopping are very convenient, from the mall to Heroes Square, very close to the scenic area, about 10 minutes on foot.The host is very enthusiastic, and the stay is very convenient!

I bring along with my mum and aunt. Boon place was very nice and clean listing and it look just alike as the picture. We have a wonderful stay and time spend in the unit with Netflix and also Game console provided. You will able to see the sunrise from the unit as well. Most important, water dispenser was provided. Highly recommended

Quiet area and quite close to amenities (by car). Close to encore so you can see their performance lights at night. Apartment was squeaky clean. Had all what we wanted. Host was super proactive. Would attend again

The place was nice, clean and easy to find.. all good, the host quite responsive.. if i may suggest, only for changing the kitchenware to more proper with electric stove and microwave.. that’s all.. we having best time at sebastian’s place 😊

nice, clean and comfortable house

- we stay here for 4 days 3 night. the location is very strategic all place is just few km away (except u will be stuck in traffic) - the convinient store has many things sold. there is no need to go outside. - the place is neat and all necessary basic item is prepared. - parking is easy and the lift is plenty and fast.. almost no waiting for lift. - pool was great and easy to access. overall was a pleasant stay and i enjoy the stay!

Sunset Place is very comfortable and beautiful. Suitable for 2-3 families, the house is all enough, the host is responsive. Just 2 minutes to the beach and the decorative fish center. God willing, will come again. All the best Sunset PD Homestay!

Despite of all the hiccups, I would still recommend this place to my everyone especially those who wish to organize events consisting big number of people. Everything is so convenient. You could have your food prepared by the caterer for the entire stay, and you wouldn't have to worry whether or not you'll feel comfortable as the house is so spacious and well-equipped.

The accommodation is consistent with the pictures and will repeat the reservation for this room.
