charmant chalet très bien situé au fond d une allée du camping. chalet bien équipé, moderne. idéale en famille. très bonne communication avec turid. Seul bémol, le wifi du camping est quasi inexistant à cette époque de l année. idem quasi pas de réseau même avec la carte 4G. donc pas possible de teletravailler.

We had a pleasant stay at Carine’s place. Beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable floor heating keeping us warm in the winter. Easy driving. Carine is very helpful and responsive. The welcome cake and jam was a sweet surprise. We couldn’t have asked for more. The only thing to note is that the unit is up one level of stairs. So be prepared if you have lots of luggages. I will recommend staying at Carine’s place if you are in the area.

our first impression was that the house was even better than the pictures. we liked the layout and we had plenty of sleeping and living space. It is a short walk to the lake and about 15 minutes walk to town. We loved the location for our Xmas holiday and we visited Xmas markets and ski slopes and the Chateau du Menthon plus Annecy and some recommended restaurants.. Danny and Caro's instructions, responsiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness were wonderful. The house is very clean with all the amenities we needed. Thank you.

Toutes les bonnes conditions pour passer un agréable moment et se ressourcer au pied des montagnes et au bord du lac (et y piquer une tête tous les jours évidemment). Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war ungezwungen und sehr freundlich. Herzlichen Dank dafür ! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum: Ruhig, wunderbare Aussicht, sehr geschmackvoll sowie einladend eingerichtet und mit allem Praktischen ausgestattet. Durch die Helligkeit entsteht selbst im Winter eine cosy Atmosphäre. Zu unterstreichen ist, dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Wer gerne kocht, findet eine komplett ausgestattete und grosse Küche vor. Wir haben uns sogleich wie zu Hause gefühlt!

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

Sehr nette Unterkunft. Das Haus ist direkt an der Hauptstraße und somit nicht besonders ruhig gelegen. Das wird jedoch mit dem Blick auf den See absolut kompensiert. Die Küche bietet alles nötige und funktioniert ohne Probleme. Der Preis wäre bei vollem Haus super und auch in kleineren Gruppen noch immer sehr fair. Die Einfahrt ist etwas schwer zu erwischen (Sehr breite Autos könnten da Probleme kriegen) und durch die Lage in der Natur sind auch Insekten im Haus anzutreffen. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt überwiegen die Vorteile gut, wir würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sabine et Patrick, ils ont été très accueillants et disponibles. Le logement est parfaitement bien situé, juste derrière la plage du lac. Nous avons aimé le calme hivernal et la proximité avec de nombreux départs de randonnée.

Appartements impeccables, bien équipé nous avons loué les 3 appartement pour 10 personnes. Idéalement situé à Proximité D'ANNECY , du Lac et des commerces. Lieu calme à cette periode. Hôte très reactif, Le bémol : le stationnement payant et pas forcément à proximité. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

This was such a stylish property, we loved our stay! It had been newly renovated so was in very good condition and really tastefully decorated. The views from the sitting room at the back of the flat looked right over the valley, and the balcony was a real sun trap. It was convenient to be in Montriond for the lake and access to the mountains, although there was a bit of road noise (but that must be the case for most places in the area). The Airbnb fee struck me as high compared to the Vrbo fee we rented elsewhere, but this was no reflection on Andrew or the welcome he gave us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
