We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cottage! It matches the photos, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. Every detail has been designed for our comfort, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Plus, the host was incredibly accommodating and proactive, answering any questions we had and making sure everything went smoothly. Beautiful, comfortable chalet with gorgeous interiors. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were spacious. We loved the sauna and the hot tub. The views from the chalet are wonderful and the position excellent. We woukd love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Adrian’s beautiful home. It was modern, updated, comfortable and close to town. The air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms was an added bonus - we all slept wonderfully. It had everything we could have possibly needed, and then some! Our girls especially loved the great supply of games and puzzles. It was our first time in Châtel and will not be our last. If you’ve never been, we highly recommend visiting and staying at Adrian’s place. Thank you for a relaxing and lovely vacation! We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

Theresa is a super host. She got back to our every need she help us with all our needs and requests to make the holiday special. She gave us Cassie too who made beautiful cakes and delivered them. She supported our late check out which really helped. The place was tidy the beds and bedding super comfortable and a really well stocked Chalet. Lots of lovely touches which were a surprise but appreciated. We’d happily come back.

Toby’s place was top notch. The house looked fantastic and everything was clean and well designed. The view is second to none. The appliances, beddings and furniture was all high quality, and we even got to use the spa for free. We particularly loved our checkin where the house had all the accent lights turned on and made us felt right at home at the cozy chalet. Toby was the most responsive host I’ve ever had. He replied quickly with recommendations and was always very friendly and informative. He even had a local guide prepped. Really couldn’t have asked for much more. Thank you Toby!

We were a group of thirteen friends with a toddler and we did not lack anything, we had room for everyone. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are cozy. We particularly appreciated the warmth of the place and the connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The Nordic bath is a real plus for relaxing after dark. Finally, Clovis was a thoughtful host, always available to inquire or help us in the cottage. In short, an early Christmas stay with all its fairytale. Thank you

The Villa was lovely and the rooms have been finished to a high standard and were well equiped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and there were plenty of areas in the villa to socialise. It was also great to have the hotel next door, so we could use the restaurants and bar. We had an issue with spilt food in the fridge that had not been cleaned when we arrived. clearly it had been forgotten by housekeeping, and although we raised it with the hotel, housekeeping never came to clean it. When you have paid this much, you expect everything to be perfect! Also the walk to the lake is either along a busy road or down a steep woodland path - no good for small children or older people.

Great house with everything provided what you need. Vincent was a great host. He showed us the house and responded quickly to my questions. the private area us huge and we really enjoyed our stay!

** Exceptional stay!** I had a lovely stay at this villa with my friends. The place was even better than the photos, very clean and well maintained. The decor is neat and you feel at home quickly. The accommodation is well equipped, everything is designed for us to lack nothing, special mention for the Nordic bath and the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, close to local shops and attractions. Nelly was very responsive and thoughtful, giving us valuable tips for exploring the area. Communication was seamless from beginning to end. I highly recommend this rental and hope to return there the next time I visit the area. A big thank you to Nelly for his warm welcome!

The chalet is superb, very functional, well appointed, well decorated and the view is incredible! We had a lovely stay. The only downside, check-in at 3 p.m. and checkout at 10 a.m.

It was in a real haven of peace that you had this short stay. Everything is done to relax and enjoy the place perched in the heights of Lake Annecy. Bernard and Ta are exceptional kindness and hospitality.... We hope to be able to return soon .

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan

Our five-day stay at The Barn for my birthday was truly remarkable. Nestled in the charming area of Saint Jean D’Aulps, the location offered serene surroundings with convenient access to the nearby town. The ample space allowed everyone to unwind comfortably, while the hot tub and fire added a luxurious touch to our evenings. Emma and Sam were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make the most of our time there. Plus, being just a short drive away from Morzine and Avoriaz, we were able to explore the surrounding area effortlessly. Suffice it to say, we fell in love with the house and can't wait to return. Thanks for the unforgettable experience!

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect spot for us while we were in town for an anniversary trip. The place was beautiful and the hot tub /outdoor space was so lovely. Highly recommend, the host was responsive and very kind when they needed to adjust the reservation. Easy access to public transportation but also walkable to downtown! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin in a lovely location just a short drive from the lake, Montriond and Morzine. The hot tub and fire were great and we were very impressed with how well kitted out the place was. We only used the upstairs part of the house, but it’s a big property ideal for groups as there is a second kitchen with the two bedrooms on the lower floor.
