Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tanhyeon-myeon

I came here with my wife and 3 year old daughter, and they provided a crib for us. Heated floors, laundry, comfortable beds, full kitchen, great view of the surrouding area. We really enjoyed our stay. The central location is easy walkable to the subway and if you're jet lagged there are 24 hours convenience stores and a few 24hr restaurants nearby. The unit has a really good bakery and another amazing coffee shop on the ground floor and very affordable and delicious restaurants in the lower levels. If you're driving in or have visitors, the private parking is super convenient. This far exceeded my expectations and so thankful they were able to host us.

Where to begin…Sowol’s Hanok had all the modern comforts you could want, inside a traditional Hanok. We got the best of both worlds. As we stayed in winter, we appreciated the warm floorboards, cedar wood bathtub and extra warm bed and duvet. The tea and traditional sweet upon entering was a special gesture, it made us feel especially welcome ❤️ the Hanok is tucked away on the outskirts of the village so it’s super peaceful and quiet, away from the crowds. And finally- thank you Sowol for your exceptional hospitality and being so accommodating when we had to leave our suitcases for a few extra hours. Highly recommended, book and you won’t be disappointed!

Modern, beautiful, quiet and super clean hanok accomodation. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Responsive host. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended !!!

Lovely and cozy hanok in a peaceful neighborhood near cute shops. The main subway station we went to was about a 10 min walk away. As other reviewers noted, the second bedroom is separate from the rest of the space but we didn’t find it to be too much of an inconvenience. The bathroom smelled slightly of sewage at times but was avoided by running the vent often. Loved just hanging out in the space — the large dining table is perfect for just snacking and chatting 은수 was really responsive and thoughtful and also offered to send over fried chicken for dinner one night, which was delicious. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful homes in a quiet neighborhood

This is an accommodation that I found while traveling with two families and Ganghwa, and it was so clean and comfortable with all white. I was very satisfied with the outdoor barbecue and the fire pit. It's a great place to see the night view.

The location is quite private, not too far from Gyeongbok Palace. The facilities of the Hanok are quite good. Unfortunately, there is no heating in another private room, and it is a little sad to go outside the toilet.If any kids are harder to use at the dining table

It was literally the most perfect place to stay, especially for first time visitors in Korea who wish to fulfill a fantasy of staying at a traditional home. Even as Korean, it was the first time for me to properly explore the Bukchon and I didn’t know how lovely it is. The accommodation is suited well for two couples. It might be very slightly small for those who have large luggage but otherwise overall pleasant and very neat. Most importantly, the water and heating system are absolutely fine, which had originallly been our main concern. The location couldn’t be better, the entire surroundings is charming and so many places to grab a nice coffee or meal and plenty to look around. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always responded within 10-20minutes of any text. They made us feel very warmly welcomed with a very nice gift on arrival. Strongly recommend!!

It was really just like the picture, and it was a great impression to see the sunset through the living room window. I was worried that it would be cold because there were many windows and the floor was high, but the sun came in well and the heating was good, so I've been warm enough to the point that it was hot. It was a great place to stay that my whole family wanted to come back. Thank you.
