Great room, although not new, and aircon is very cold! The breakfast is ok, there isn't a kitchen as listed in the room, just a very small fridge and kettle, there is a circle k next to the hotel so you can buy drinking water. The room is on the top floor of the hotel, parking is free. Check in and out is very fast and easy, make sure you go to the hotel and not the apartment building next door! Joddy made my month-long stay in Jakarta incredibly welcoming and seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to handle any challenges or last-minute requests that came up during my stay. The weekday cleaning service and quick response to any issues made everything so convenient. Gusti is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, we really enjoyed meeting her. Pick up and drop off are easy to arrange, and Gusti also has a car and driver available for rent (and a scooter if you want!). The apartment was perfect for our needs - it is spacious for a studio (bigger than the photos) and we didn't feel cramped as a family of three (2 year old daughter), staying for a month. Well furnished, it had everything we needed. Gardenia Boulevard has a nice feel, it is nicely located near Kemang and on one of the main roads leading to the CBD. South Jakarta is easy to access. There is a gigantic pool and the minimart (Foodhall) is a better standard than most apartment minimarts. All the lifts work! A minigolf course, tennis courts and some nice walking areas are out the back. Cleaning service efficient and friendly, as are staff in general and taxis simple to organise. Very close to busway as well for CBD access, and 10min walk to Pejaten Village shopping mall which has Hypermart and plenty of shops/restaurants. Wifi access was good, it dropped out a few times but Gusti quickly organised someone to repair it. Thank you bu Gusti!

Lutfie’s place is comfortable and ample with amenities. The master bedroom is on the hook of the building so you can get more sky view. The apartment are quite and calm. It has foldable chair that can be turned into a bed!! All the rooms are clean and the appliances working well. Lutfie also a kind host and thorough with the information, provided us with all the necessary details. Thank you for having us and the family there. Definetly going to be back there again when my family is in town!

The unit was tiny but comfortable. you got all the amenities you need. The location was very convenient, easy access to all public transportation. The hosts put so much effort to make your stay comfortable. Definetely will come back again whenever I visit north jakarta

Highly recommend, Josmar is an amazing host and super helpful. All queries were answered very quickly. The apartment is exactly as described and a great location. The gym and pool are really good and a great bonus to the apartment

We chose the area because we wanted to be away from central Jakarta and in a residential neighbourhood. Approx 30mins by taxi to central Jakarta depending on traffic. Its is Jakarta, there is always traffic. Mostly houses, less towers and beautiful and green. The house is very quiet, like a green and stylish sanctuary behind closed gates. The staff on the gate were very friendly helpful and of course made us feel very secure. The area is a short walk to a shopping mall with restuarants, supermarket and specialty shops. The house is purpose built for guests each to have a large room with bathroom, the ground floor rooms each had a private courtyard, there is a communal kitchen, reading room, laundry and pool. The house was stylishly designed and the rooms had lots of power points, small fridge, desk and t.v. The communal kitchen had everything you could need, so you could dine at the communal dinning table or the table and chairs in your courtyard.

Amazing host and an awesome place to stay. Will definitely come back when visiting Jakarta
