Great room, although not new, and aircon is very cold! The breakfast is ok, there isn't a kitchen as listed in the room, just a very small fridge and kettle, there is a circle k next to the hotel so you can buy drinking water. The room is on the top floor of the hotel, parking is free. Check in and out is very fast and easy, make sure you go to the hotel and not the apartment building next door! This is the epitome of a five star stay. Everything exceeded expectations, from the first moment to the last everything was wonderful. Spacious apartment, clean, comfortable beds, good lighting, amazing views. A kind and responsive host. If I ever wanted to live in Jakarta, this is the place I would want to buy. Everything from the television to the refrigerator to the elevator was noteworthy. The apartment much more spacious than anticipated and the balcony, quite large… with breathtaking views of central Jakarta and beyond. Direct access to the mall is just icing on the cake. Of course I’m going to return, and I encourage anyone reading this review to book this unit if it’s available. I give it 6/5 stars

Joddy made my month-long stay in Jakarta incredibly welcoming and seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to handle any challenges or last-minute requests that came up during my stay. The weekday cleaning service and quick response to any issues made everything so convenient. Joddy was always available via message, which was especially helpful as a foreigner navigating the city, whether for local recommendations or any other needs. Gusti is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, we really enjoyed meeting her. Pick up and drop off are easy to arrange, and Gusti also has a car and driver available for rent (and a scooter if you want!). The apartment was perfect for our needs - it is spacious for a studio (bigger than the photos) and we didn't feel cramped as a family of three (2 year old daughter), staying for a month. Well furnished, it had everything we needed. Gardenia Boulevard has a nice feel, it is nicely located near Kemang and on one of the main roads leading to the CBD. South Jakarta is easy to access. There is a gigantic pool and the minimart (Foodhall) is a better standard than most apartment minimarts. All the lifts work! A minigolf course, tennis courts and some nice walking areas are out the back. Cleaning service efficient and friendly, as are staff in general and taxis simple to organise. Very close to busway as well for CBD access, and 10min walk to Pejaten Village shopping mall which has Hypermart and plenty of shops/restaurants. Wifi access was good, it dropped out a few times but Gusti quickly organised someone to repair it. Thank you bu Gusti!

The unit was tiny but comfortable. you got all the amenities you need. The location was very convenient, easy access to all public transportation. The hosts put so much effort to make your stay comfortable. Definetely will come back again whenever I visit north jakarta

Highly recommend, Josmar is an amazing host and super helpful. All queries were answered very quickly. The apartment is exactly as described and a great location. The gym and pool are really good and a great bonus to the apartment

A nice apartment at a convenient location.

Very satisfied to stay here. The first time I entered the unit was surprised because the facilities were very complete, the room was clean, tidy and fragrant. There arethings that are also available in other places, here are available (mukena, room slippers, flip-flops for the bathroom). Provided books, instant drinks (coffee, tea and kyk drinks for a practical breakfast are also available🥹). Tv has connected to netflix just watch without having to log in using our account. The owner, Gina is very responsive and kind. The location is also the same as pakuwon mall. Overall i am very happy. And In syaa Allah will definitely stay here if there is a duty to bekasi lg or right to play here🥰 Thank you sis

Strategic location (10-15 mins from the nearest train station); clean, comfy, and cozy; a lot of food tenants and convenience stores around (open 24h); Kak Lily is very helpful and responsive and gave clear directions✨🎀

Same as my expectation. Good communication and fast feedback. If you pay golf like me in Imperia golf resort , you can consider about it.

This is an apartment according to the existing description, clean, quiet, privacy is maintained. I'm here for the first time I feel comfortable, maybe the next time I'll stay here often.
