Great room, although not new, and aircon is very cold! The breakfast is ok, there isn't a kitchen as listed in the room, just a very small fridge and kettle, there is a circle k next to the hotel so you can buy drinking water. The room is on the top floor of the hotel, parking is free. Check in and out is very fast and easy, make sure you go to the hotel and not the apartment building next door! The appartment is next to the shopping mall and a lots of great restaurants. It is easy to find and we felt like at home immediately. The support from Fabyanie is really great, she response immediately if needed. A great host. We are looking forward to come again. Joddy made my month-long stay in Jakarta incredibly welcoming and seamless. Gusti is a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive, we really enjoyed meeting her. Pick up and drop off are easy to arrange, and Gusti also has a car and driver available for rent (and a scooter if you want!). The apartment was perfect for our needs - it is spacious for a studio (bigger than the photos) and we didn't feel cramped as a family of three (2 year old daughter), staying for a month. Well furnished, it had everything we needed. Gardenia Boulevard has a nice feel, it is nicely located near Kemang and on one of the main roads leading to the CBD. South Jakarta is easy to access. There is a gigantic pool and the minimart (Foodhall) is a better standard than most apartment minimarts. All the lifts work! A minigolf course, tennis courts and some nice walking areas are out the back. Cleaning service efficient and friendly, as are staff in general and taxis simple to organise. Very close to busway as well for CBD access, and 10min walk to Pejaten Village shopping mall which has Hypermart and plenty of shops/restaurants. Wifi access was good, it dropped out a few times but Gusti quickly organised someone to repair it. Thank you bu Gusti!

Hestri is the best! And her place is wonderful!

Lutfie’s place is comfortable and ample with amenities. The master bedroom is on the hook of the building so you can get more sky view. The apartment are quite and calm. It has foldable chair that can be turned into a bed!! All the rooms are clean and the appliances working well. Lutfie also a kind host and thorough with the information, provided us with all the necessary details. Thank you for having us and the family there. Definetly going to be back there again when my family is in town!

The unit was tiny but comfortable. you got all the amenities you need. The location was very convenient, easy access to all public transportation. The hosts put so much effort to make your stay comfortable. Definetely will come back again whenever I visit north jakarta

Great place and location one of the top airbnbs I stayed at, and appreciated Niken adding extras in the room such as juices, and yogurts as well as toiletries.

Highly recommend, Josmar is an amazing host and super helpful. All queries were answered very quickly. The apartment is exactly as described and a great location. The gym and pool are really good and a great bonus to the apartment

Love this AirBnB! It’s super clean, chill, chick and quiet place. Just like the name of accommodation, Tentrem Rogo, we found the accommodation relaxing. Especially after a long flight with 6 months old baby, my husband and I could sleep well since the 1st night. I would love to stay here again if I travel to Jakarta. Really recommended!
