Alen‘s Place is a great stay. The windows are a little bit old on the street side (2 of 3 rooms). So it can be quite loud in the room. I would recommend oear plugs ;) The location is great, it is couple of minutes walk from Taipei 101 and the subway station.

The host was very kind to check us in and had an immediate response and attention to issues.The house is fully equipped, transportation.Shopping and more are convenient

Staying here was such a blessing for this family trip. It was my husband and kids first time in Taiwan and having this place made our time so much more enjoyable. The convenience of walking to get coffee and eating spots was perfect. 7 min walk to the MRT. Alex was easy to communicate with and very inviting when he met us. The house is clean! Has all amenities we needed. We will be staying here again for our next travel to Taipei. I ❤️ TW.

The location is convenient downstairs is the night market, but the house itself is soundproofing is not very clean and acceptable, but the owner is good to improve the homeowner has a problem immediately resolved the response information is also very quick

I thought I was lucky to be able to use a tidy place in the city center at an affordable rate. Even though I checked in after 12:00 p.m., he kindly guided me. I asked for more towels and they brought them quickly! The only regret was that there were two bathrooms, but one was a little narrow for a shower. However, there are so many advantages, so if I visit Taiwan again next time, this is the place to stay again.

This was my first Airbnb booking for an overseas stay and although I was nervous at first I soon felt at eased as the hosts were very welcoming from the time of booking until the day we are due to checkin by messaging us, updating and providing clear instructions. All questions were answered in a timely manner and I never felt bad to message for any small help. The place itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. Big enough for 3 people with a lot of suitcases. Host was very thoughtful to have universal plugs so we had no issues to charge our electronics. Location itself was the best, we were right ontop of the famous milk donuts so Ximen was just around the corner. We never needed to look for public bathrooms as we can always drop by home. Station was only 10min walk and we were literally in food heaven. Will book again if I travel to Taipei and will highly recommend to others!!

What an amazing night trip we had! Everything was according to the photos and description. Had no problem with hot water at all. Host paid a lot of attention to small details inside the unit. Living in the city, sometimes you want to go sit in the nature and not think about anything else, this is the perfect place to go! We had 2 little dogs with us, and they had so much fun too! Will definitely visit again.

We were upgraded to rooms that were larger than originally booked.The location is more secluded, you can see the sea from the room, there is a small yard in front of the house, although the road is small and not easy to open, there is an open parking area.The room is very clean, with fruits, snacks, noodles, drinks, etc. in the refrigerator and cabinet.The owner is very enthusiastic to recommend nearby attractions and trips, and it is only 5 minutes by car from Jiu.Great place to stay.

Good location, friendly host even recommend restaurants around the stay. Thanks host for changing date due to typhoon. Overall all good about the stay , only the humidity need to control and there is water blockage after bath in the ground floor toilet. But host immediately solve the problem

The accommodation is easy to find, the location is too convenient, the transportation is convenient, the metro/train is very convenient to go there, the communication with the host is very clear, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, because when you go, the flight is at 9:45 pm, the host is very nesty and can give me a late check-out, this is the best for me, because I don't have to walk with my luggage to the night, thank you🙏

This was the cheapest Airbnb when I was booking for our accommodation in Taiwan, I was a bit hesitant at first since it's cheaper compared to others but we still decided to push through considering our budget. Even before we got to Taiwan, the Host was very responsive, and all of our questions were well accommodated so it lessened our worries. Once we got in the place, it was actually good considering its price. Our expectations are met when it comes to the room like size wise and inclusions. However, the only reason why I would not rate this as perfect 5 star is the smell of tbe flooring, it smells foot odor, we are not sure if it was mapped before we came in but the strong smell is not good. I would recommend this place because of its price and location, plus the host is very responsive. 谢谢 Host! 🇹🇼💙

in strategic central location, yet very peaceful and quiet at night. walkable to everywhere in Ximen and near MRT. the house got all facilities u need and plus balcony (if you smoke, can smoke outdoor). very responsive and fast reply host. recommend! 💪
