I had a wonderful stay at this lovely place right across from Rock Beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was an absolute highlight—just like the view in the photo! The location is perfect, with the beach promenade just steps away and plenty of cafés, shops, and local attractions within walking distance. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Pondicherry’s charm, especially for the unbeatable sea view!

We had a marriage function to attend in Muvattupuzha, as a family with a small kid we opted to stay here because we wanted to have a home like atmosphere with kitchen to prepare baby food. Flat is opposite to the River with river view balcony, its well ventilated with river breeze coming inside from all directions, Good kitchen with all amenities, dedicated parking space, location is near to the main road with all major shops and commercial places nearby, convention hall was just a drive away, food can be easily ordered through zomato, major highlight was the beautiful municipal park adjacent to the apartment, great place for a walk. Overall we felt like home and our kid enjoyed it well. Owner was very prompt in communicating and helping us. I would suggest to stay in a homely place like this rather than hotels especially for family traveller’s.

The serenity of the place and the host's responsiveness made it a memorable stay. The view and the silence are tough to beat. Mr. Joseph is very friendly and responsive. We would also recommend a houseboat tour in Kadamakudy.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

We chose to stay at Ajith's place for 3 nights. It exceeded our expectations of an AirBnB tremendously. The amenities were lavish yet need based, the rooms were very comfortable. Felt like a homely hotel. The care taken to make sure we made it to the house without any difficulty was much appreciated. As a host Mr Ajith was very flexible with our entry and exit since our purpose of visit sometimes lead to late nights. If you are planning to be around angamally for a visit, this homestay is your go to! 10/10.

It was a peaceful outing with my family. There was privacy and the property was really clean. Well managed and well maintained property with supportive staff.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had! The place was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed. But what really made it special was the host—they were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help if needed. It felt less like just a stay and more like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

This apartment is comfortable, spotless, has a well-equipped kitchen, several balconies with great views, good showers with shower doors, a washing machine with a quality drying rack, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and lots of fans. Basically it is just what you are hoping to find when you arrive. The location is a little peninsula - you can easily get an Uber about 15 min one direction to Ernakulam, and 15 min the other direction to Fort Kochi/Mattancherry, and we used Zomato to order food a couple of times. If you put the apartment and building number they will bring the food right to your door. This is one of several apartment buildings in a quiet & peaceful spot with lots of beautiful plants and trees. The gatekeeper at the apartment complex let us in very late at night and watched out for us. We communicated easily with our host with airbnb messages, and he was very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with this stay and would happily stay here again.

"A Home Away from Home" From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home. The way the apartment was arranged showed so much care—everything was in place, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved the added air cooler in hall,it really made relaxing in Kerala’s heat manageable. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful balcony—the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy the clouds rolling by. The big-screen TV with great internet and extra speakers made our cricket match and movie nights extra special! It truly meant a great deal to us. The prayer space with a very beautiful English Bible and a small book collection for all age groups added to the cozy vibe.The well-stocked essentials and every little detail made it feel as if we were never away from our home. A huge thank you to Mr.Terry for creating such a warm and thoughtful space. If you’re looking for comfortable and a truly homely experience, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back❤️
