Amazing place for a home away from home getaway/vacay💓 The place had everything we needed. We didn't even feel like leaving the house, that's how cosy it was. A beautiful, relaxed and peaceful place which my family and I enjoyed our time there. Kids even asked if we can extend our stay, that's how much they loved it. The house was spotless, pool and spa were easy to access and the host was always responsive if or when needed. Definitely recommend and my family and I will book here again in the future.

A beautifully presented home. It was well furnished, everything was amazing and well set out. Everything in the house was top tier from the layout, right down to the towels and cutlery. The space was open, yet the rooms were private for when you needed to have some time out. It was close to town and in a location that was quiet aswell. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here to anyone! Very lucky to have found this diamond accommodation 😊

Caroline and Andy were fantastic hosts right from when I booked their home. They were very accommodating and fast at responding. Their home was clean and had a lot of space for my friends and I. The pool/spa and outdoor space was awesome. The location is ideal as it is close to the supermarkets/eating places. Overall, this home would be awesome for big groups.

This is house is AMAZING! Its big and was perfect for our group! Heaps of space, a pool, a mini golf! I have no words to describe the house! It’s so beautiful and amazing! It has all the things you need and i cant forget all the beautiful decor in the house. Despite it being so big, we still felt like we were at home and Rhonda and Dean made us feel very welcome. If you are ever needing a home for a big group or even just a family get away! I totally recommend this home to everyone!!!

We had a wonderful time in Alexandra's beautiful home. One of the best Airibnbs we have stayed in. Finished to a very high standard and super cosy. The property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

This spot was exactly what we needed as three friends looking for a place to stay overnight. Communication was clear and regular. All three of us slept comfortably. Clean and tidy. The heat pump was a godsend as it was a hot weekend. Thank you for letting us stay.

Mary-Ellen's place was wonderful! The place was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, very close to the town centre. The house itself was extremely nice and cosy. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! Would highly recommend Mary-Ellen's place if you're in town visiting!

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Modern with excellent layout for two couples having seperate ensuites. Very comfy beds. Lovely and clean. Jacqui was great to deal with giving us early check in when we arrived earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Great house, clean and tidy with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Walking distance to town. secure parking with the gates closed I would highly recommend to others.

It was the perfect stay. We did a lot of things outside Hamilton, so it was the best homebase.

Tom's place was lovely and very peaceful, a great little space to get away from it all. His recommendations of places to eat was wonderful, I suggest giving Jaipur a go if you enjoy Indian food. Thank you so much for having us, we would definitely want to come back again the next time we are in Hamilton.

This is such a beautifully appointed, spacious modern home. Great for small group or families. Open plan lounge / dining with a separate media room caters for everyone. It’s a perfect location to access Hobbiton. Nicole is a very supportive and considerate host. 5+stars all around.

Great stay, amazing peaceful location, very cozy place. Everything was pretty much as described. Only small issue would be the lack of privacy/lock in the only bathroom, but apart from that it was lovely!

Megan’s home was beautiful! We spent three nights there and were very sad to leave. The house was spotless, rooms spacious, hot tub was nice and warm, plus the view was amazing! Megan had fresh bread, eggs, milk and chocolate for us! We used this as a home base for Hobbiton, Arapuni Suspension Bridge, and Rotorua (Mitai Moari experience, Skyline Luging, plus Rotorua White Water Rafting). The Rhubarb Cafe was a great place for breakfast and was in walking distance. Can’t beat this AirBnB!
