Very clean, functional, pleasant apartment with its terrace, great location, close to the thalasso center. Great communication with Frédérique! Only small downside: wifi a little weak.

Coming for the Vendee globe, accommodation close to the port so very convenient. Free parking nearby (5/10 minutes walk). Small but convenient and more than enough for the weekend. It would have just been missing a small soap in the bathroom to wash your hands and a towel in the kitchen to wipe down dishes.

Very good stay with Suzanna who was able to meet our expectations and do everything to accommodate us, especially in terms of the garage and access to the parking for our car. The same goes for check-in and checkout in terms of schedules.

Very pleasant stay in Diana and Maxime's home. Very nice tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Address that we will keep for a future stay.

The accommodation was spotless and superb, located 10 min from La Rochelle! relaxing and peaceful setting! Our host was very responsive and the instructions were clear clear A stay at the top!!

Our stay went perfectly well. Alain and Syvia are very responsive and accommodating. The space was spotlessly tidy and cleaned. Everything you need is there and more. The instructions were accurate and the kids enjoyed the toys and books on site as well as the garden. We'll be there again.

Cathy and her husband, were very friendly and welcoming and were very available! The place is tastefully decorated, the place is superb and peaceful! We didn't end up using the hot tub but we soaked our hand in it and the water was very hot. It was missing a little suction but frankly it was pretty clean overall. Thanks again for this stay, we had a good time =)

Lovely apartment with huge balcony overlooking golf course. 10 minute walk to local shops and port with small grocery store and a few restaurants. Definitely need a car or bike to get around as no buses serving this area which made it difficult to get to nearest towns and train station and taxis were very expensive.

Very good welcome at check-in and check-out. Very well located studio in quiet residence, close to sea, amenities and activities. Clean studio, nice bedding. Balcony full sun, pleasant to eat meals with a small sea view.

welcoming hosts, home at the foot of the beach . Very quiet accommodation.

Bernard is a very friendly host we came to 3 as a couple with a 7-year-old child and the accommodation is bigger than in the photos. We're a 10-minute walk from the beach. Bernard is a very pleasant and funny host, his very competent studio with his balcony where we settled in the evening. The location of the listing is in a quiet place so no problem in the evening if you want to snore, there are 2 beds and it is suitable for 4 people. Recommended

The accommodation is great, clean and good surface area for 2 people. Its proximity to the beach and the small activities in the city center is really great. Jacques hosted us very warmly, with advice on the surroundings as well as nice restaurants, with very good responsiveness on my questions before coming. I would recommend it and would go back there without hesitating.

Great apartment, very well located in the residence with a magnificent view nearby and shops (from the city and the residence) are a stone's throw away. The apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed.
