The apartment was a great size and the full kitchen and laundry made for a great stay. The pools were so good for the kids, they swam the whole time. The heated indoor pool was the highlight and the two spas. Thanks for a great stay!

Exactly what we wanted for our holiday. Perfect location near the beach and kids activities. Despite 10am checkout, Dick let us use the car park until we were ready to leave meaning we could make the most of our last day

This was the perfect spot for our Australia Day weekend stay. There was everything we needed - and a bottle of bubbly & chocolates! The complex has a gorgeous pool & spa with views across the coast and is a short walk to restaurants and the beach

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was beautifully designed. The living room was spacious and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a long day of competing. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was stocked with everything we could have needed for our 3 days stay. The bedrooms were equally comfortable. One of the standout features was the beautiful large balcony which accommodated all our guests. Overall, this property was absolutely perfect for our trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully appointed home with tons of room all within walking distance to the beach. Great access to local shops, the pool was an added bonus. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Easiest 5 stars ever. Gail’s listing is underselling how sick this place is. Not only is it built for holidaying - lovely flow, so many options for quality time inside and outside - it’s beautifully decorated, seriously well-appointed, and is in one of the best locations in Byron. When I say well-appointed btw, Gail has spared no time and expense ensuring guests have everything they need. Barista coffee machine, stocked kitchen, *endless* beach towels, bikes, surfboards, milk for every preference, lovely sustainable toiletries, the list goes on. It’s definitely nicer than the photos and was such a peaceful place to sleep in. AC and fans everywhere - best sleep I’ve had in months 😂 Location is hard to beat - near the 3 best cafes, less than 10mins to Tallow, ~15mins or so to the centre & main beach, easy access to lighthouse route. Gail was a generous, thoughtful host who went out of our way to make the trip unforgettable. Thanks so much Gail!

Raymond House is an absolutely beautiful cottage. We were so impressed with everything for our weekend away with our best friends. We enjoyed the walk to restaurants and shops. The cottage is also perfectly located for a short drive to other park walks and vineyards and the Gallery Walk.

A beautiful villa, very private. Comfortable beds and well resourced kitchen. Everything is very well maintained and thought out. The pool is deep, good for swimming laps but not so much for children. It is a quiet suburban st, there is much emphasis on making little noise and an interesting note on the fridge regarding this. There is one lady across the rd who appears to have designated herself 'Captain Community' but appart from that the neighbours were lovely. All in all we had a lovely stay. Thanks Elaine.

Without a doubt, simply the best Airbnb experience. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, although compact it delivers on a clever layout with quality and with design details that any design lover would appreciate. The high-quality furnishings and fixtures create a unique space, and the spectacular view is the perfect backdrop to the sound of the sea. What also sets this place apart is Jason, the host, who goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, comfortable and nothing is ever too much trouble. The space was exactly as described—even better in person—and well-stocked with everything I needed. Traveling solo, the entire experience was heaven and completely seamless! I will definitely be a frequent return guest.

I took my wife & daughter to the Gold Coast & we stayed in this central 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located within the Avani building for 1 week. We were extremely happy with this choice, and would highly recommend this to others looking for a comfortable home away from home. This was our first time booking and staying in an Air BnB, and it was as nice as the photos and description was accurate. The host gave clear instructions for smooth check-in & check-out, good communication, and overall excellent experience. Attention to detail & little extras really made this a comfortable holiday stay. We would happily stay here again. PROS: - Convenient location (short walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, shops) - Parking spot included in secure carpark - Apartment was spacious, clean & modern (very comfortable & homely) - Equipped with everything we needed & more (we loved the coffee pod machine) - Cleaned to a very high standard - Airconditioned - Great pool - Amazing views - XMAS tree

This is the 2nd time staying at Scott’s place because we love it so much. Perfectly located in Currumbin with uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast. The unit itself is clean and modern and is perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend!
