So many good things to say about this Villa. Bob and the rest of staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond with everything we needed. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lovely island. The Villa was kept very clean as cleaning services were provided everyday which was lovely and helpful. All the bedrooms were good sized with lovely bathrooms. We couldn’t find anything to fault this Villa and would definitely revisit if going to Koh Samui. Thank you Bob, Tee & Meow for hosting us!

From start to finish everything was amazing! Highly recommend. We had 7 people and the space was perfect…the best beach was right here where we stayed. We went to other beaches and nothing really compared. The beach club and the Shi Shi restaurant both amazing! The spa services the best! I’m very picky about places to stay and would definitely come back.

Thomas and Prae are amazing hosts. We were added to a group which made checking in very smooth and any questions were answered quickly 🙌🏻 They helped us with arranging taxis and also hiring scooters. I would highly recommend staying here, especially with the amazing pool and views of the jungle. I hope to be back again soon.

We chose the place for a final few days of rest during our two-week trip to Thailand, where we were well cared for by the host, all our wishes were fulfilled at an express pace. We really appreciate the possibility of washing and ironing, a delicious dinner and breakfast, and the opportunity to take advantage of the on-site massage. Thank you so much, it's a pity our stay was so short.

We are a family of eight (age 16-46) who stayed in Villa Vimana during Christmas 2022, and what a fantastic vacation it was! Andreas was the perfect host and there was no issue too trivial for him to help with, whether recommending restaurants, arranging airport pick-up, having groceries bought before arrival, assisting with renting scooters, or suggesting things to do on the island. The housekeeper is also a wonderful person and always willing to help. The house is lovely, clean and well kept, even better than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and all with en-suite bathrooms, which we thought was a big advantage. The pool area is very nice and we spent long hours lazing by the pool, both day and evening. Electricity is paid for by usage and just to give an idea, we paid approx. 5.500 Baht (150 USD) for a 10-day stay. An absolutely amazing and completely unforgettable vacation, big thanks to Andreas for all the assistance. We definitely give our best recommendation.

Probably our favorite holiday rental ever. The care, warmth and very attentive service from Watt and Khung was incredible. Delicious breakfast prepared every day and we quickly figured out that it was far more relaxing to stay in for dinner and have our hosts prepare delicious fresh meals than go out. The house is stunning - both inside and out (view of the ocean never gets old) and very tastefully decorated. Great communication from Martin throughout as well, with helpful local recommendations

The owner was super friendly, she was very kind to let us early checkin, always online in case of any questions. She also provided us all advised and recommendation. Her guest house was very roomy, very nice and private terrace, bed and linens fresh and clean. The furniture and the kitchen appliances are not new but in very acceptable condition, AC in every room which is also very nice. Upon our request, she helped us with the transfer on fair price. Overall I can highly recommend this place to stay for more than 3 nights (that’s our stay). Please be informed that it will be an additional charge for electricity (we were charged for 85 kilowatts for 3 nights barely using AC) for about 500 baht. In general, great place, great owner, quiet neighbors and wonderful Koh Samui. Thank you, Ying !!!

We stayed in this property for my brothers 21st birthday and from start to finish we had an amazing experience, we were greeted by the most helpful staff member, Aung who was responsive 24/7 for any needs or questions as well as recommendations of the area. He helped plan and deliver decorations and a cake with no hassle and much more. The villa was spotless and modern and had the most beautiful views of the sea which can be seen from the infinity pool. Although the mountain and driveway is steep it can be accessed by a vehicle and grabs are very easy to get to and from. Fisherman’s village is a 7-10 minute drive and has everything you need! Overall, I would 100% recommend this villa to any family’s or friends visiting Koh Samui.

The stay from start to finish was perfect. The Villa organised the transfer and we arrived at the villa to the most amazing sunset. Jim gave us a helpful check in and is very friendly. The Villa was perfect, private, modern and was like a home from home with all the comforts. We had a few rainy days but the Villa caters for that. We made use of the gym and the projector cinema screen. Chada who did the breakfast every morning were unbelievable. We asked them to do a private dinner two of the nights, one of the menus was the best Thai food we have ever had. I would highly recommend doing this if you stay here. We still think talk about that meal.

We had a group of six friends stay here and it was perfect. The view with the infinity pool is incredible, and Theresa and her team were so communicative and accomodating. The location is up mountain/hill of sorts, and so there isn’t much in walking distance, which was peaceful and fine for us but worth flagging. Overall, I can’t recommend the place enough and we are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Having just returned from our stay in Villa Roxanne (two families of four), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was exactly what we after to allow us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Ko Samui. The villa itself is well stocked with things and we used the local delivery service to get certain food and drink delivered. The views were stunning from the sun loungers and whilst we didn’t use the rooftop terrace on an evening, no doubt others will. Having read the latest description of the place, it’s quite accurate and Cindy was very helpful with questions we had before booking and after as the listing had no reviews, and was helpful during stay.

There is a lot to love about Sukkho Samui Estate - beautiful furnishes, spectacular view, well equipped kitchen, the daily delivery of croissants, etc. Régis and Monica are phenomenal hosts - always ready to assist. I found them easy to communicate with. The unit is within equal traveling distance between Chaweng and Lamai. You will need access to some form of transport while you are here. Highly recommend this spot!

This Airbnb is exactly as pictured, stunning villa with amazing views. It was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily, pool and outdoor area was the highlight for us. The Staylar team communication was perfect and they gave us recommendations of things to do during our stay, and helped organise bikes to be delivered on arrival. Would recommend!

Had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this villa, despite the daily rain! Plenty of space; wonderful salt pool; strong wifi + Netflix on smart TVs; amazing, breezy views over Thongson Beach; and a friendly, accommodating host. Be sure to stock up on groceries (recommend Tops at Central for extensive choice) and/or install Grab for food delivery. Would definitely come again!

Super nice host, was always helpful and responded to all questions! The villa is super nice and quiet, has a beautiful garden that is super beautifully landscaped and maintained! Otherwise, you can get to Lamai in 6 minutes by scooter from there. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have it quiet but wants to get to the hustle and bustle without much effort.

There were two of us there for 8 days and were very satisfied. The house is fully equipped except for a hair dryer, which you should bring yourself, the TV you can only look at Thai a bit unfortunate. The accommodation has two great pools and you can play billiards this offer we gladly used. Communication was actually a bit difficult because one didn't know what the other was doing but we mastered it. All in all, the accommodation was beautiful and very homely, but we felt the bed was too hard.

Chawana, was very friendly and always helped us with everything! The villa is very nice with a great view.

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

My stay at Audrey's place was completely pleasant. The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. Audrey was very friendly, helpful and quickly available for questions. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you very much!
