The pool is very big and the neighborhood is very quiet.This is a quiet area, a few friends came to play together, the house is very well decorated and very comfortable to live in, the host is also very nice, 24-hour message reply.

Host was excellent in terms of comms. Very clean and tidy and very spacious. No negatives to state about the place. Location very close to overground trains and Starbucks/7-11 within 2 mins walking.

It’s one of a kind experience that we had. Napa’s place brought us back in time. We felt like home. The house is very uniquely beautiful. I hope we could get back again. Thank you ka Napa

We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

Every interaction with her was smooth, warm, and helpful—she gave super clear instructions and was always just a message away if we needed anything. Good stay, safe and clean. Bed is comfortable

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

There's no problem with Airbnb in Thailand!! If you're coming with your family, I highly recommend Airbnb! The soundproofing wasn't great, but if you're coming with your family, you can understand. There are also many restaurants around the accommodation, so I hope you can stop by Kkotok!! This is a listing that satisfies J itself.

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Benyada's house is like an oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle of the city, beautiful, clean spacious, we felt at home in it and if we still go to Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again

We had a great stay overall! There were plenty of beds, so it was super convenient for a group, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The only downside was that the first floor had quite a bit of hair and dust. We tried to use the vacuum, but it didn't quite work. If that gets fixed, we’d totally stay here again!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

Perfect homestay, perfect, great in every way, the best homestay in Bangkok, or the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in.The bedside table can charge your phone wirelessly, projector TV, massage chair, sauna room, living room sofa also has a leg massager, garage, detached villa, 2 floors 4 bedrooms, latex mattress, latex quilt, latex pillow, coffee machine water dispenser air purifier, dishwasher fan, 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens, large living room and balcony, it's a really comfortable Bangkok vacation home, even a 5-star hotel can't compare, Bangkok 5-star hotels are more expensive than Shanghai and Beijing.The best homestay I have ever stayed in Bangkok, the location is also very central, easy to go anywhere, most importantly, it's very quiet at night, I hate the sound of motorcycles and tuk-tuks in Bangkok.There is even a sauna. The hardware and software are really good. The materials used for the renovation are all good. The layout is also very good. It's super ventilated. Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

The first day we didn’t like the small living room and want to switch to a different Airbnb, but the owner was very kind and understood our situation, even willing to refund the rest of the stay. We ended up staying. And liked the place more and more each day. The place is very charming and the location is very convenient. We had a great time. And recommend to whoever traveling to Bangkok.
