Aidas place is one of the best air b n b I have stayed. The place was super clean loaded with all the amenities. The surroundings were quite and the view was a nice park facing one. She was super responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this air b n b anytime it was just such a an amazing and Cosy place to enjoy with your loved ones indoors. Thanks Aida for making our stay worth remembering :)

Very communicative cohost Julia! She was patient in responding to my questions about surrounding and helpful. Just a note to all future visitors that the location is little far away from city centre like Arbat Street and it might take 40 mins taxi rides one way, so plan your daily schedules accordingly. Avoid commuting between 7:30-9 am and 4:30-7 pm as it can take up to 1:15 mins. Rest, I recommend the Airbnb for its upstate ambience and well maintained property. Thanks for hosting me Julia and Igor. Will return if I come the next time.

Great location. Near to sayran metro station, 5 mins walkable distance. It was a self checkin and the instructions were accurate, i could check in without any difficulty. The house is nice warm and cosy. Nice Mountain View from the house.

The apartment location is convenient. There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks all in walking distance. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, while being not too far from the botanical garden and KazNU. Azamat was always responsive and willing to resolve any issues that came up. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment, and I want to share my impressions! The interior was decorated with impeccable taste: every detail, from soft lighting to stylish furniture, created a feeling of home comfort. I felt at home here, and it was incredibly pleasant. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary, which allowed me to cook my favorite food. The bedroom is simply charming. A comfortable bed with soft pillows and high-quality bed linen provided me with a deep and restful sleep. The location of the apartment was also ideal. Cozy cafes, shops and attractions were within walking distance, which made my stay even more rich and interesting. I was able to enjoy walks around the city without wasting time on long trips. I would also like to note the friendliness and responsiveness of the hosts. They were always in touch and ready to help with any questions, which added peace to my trip. Overall, I was completely delighted with my stay.
