Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.

A gorgeous house with a fantastic pool and excellent wifi coverage. I booked this house for me and my family so that we can spend Christmas altogether and in luxury. Florinda was extremely flexible and able to accommodate all our requests. I hope to stay again in the near future. The pool is excellent and well maintained. The house is spacious, all rooms have en suites and the TV area and couch is extremely comfortable. None of my family wanted to leave!

My family and I had a very positive experience with this company, we found that the property was exactly as described and the images of the property displayed on the website was also very accurate. When we arrived we found that the pool was not usable due to some issues, however this issue was resolved the very next day. (The swimming pool is clean and well maintained although we didn’t get to use it much due to other activities we planned) The management team were very responsive and also contacted us from time to time making sure that everything was working properly within the property. (We felt welcomed and at home at all times) They have an amazing cleaning lady who cleans the property every couple of days she does her job very well and is polite , they also have a security guard in front of the building at night. (Which made us feel extra safe) Overall we are glad we chose this property to spend our time in Luanda and we would definitely use their services for our next visit.

Fantastic place for my first visit to Angola. Francisco,the assistant, was there upon my arrival. Apartment was brilliant with it looking as wonderful as it does in the photos. Abdul always was responding to me within minutes from the beginning at booking to the end when I departed for the airport. Fantastic experience.Place is close to stores and restaurants and an uncomplicated walk down to the waterfront. I felt safe in strolling around the neighbourhood. AC in the bedroom pleasant. Hot water for shower worked immediately each time.I am recommending Abdul 's place for friends planning to visit Luanda.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. It had a high class feeling, a top location at the beach and the pool on the roof of the building was amazing (especially when ligthened in the evening). We can only recommend staying there. The communication with the host was also super.

All was good, Mostly very safe district by night, and very fast access (just in front) to breakfast, lunch and diner. If you are European and come for business, it is a good place to be. Nota:As well safe access to the bank even by night with men in arms for protection. Be carefull some time they are empty of money.

I really like the apartment I rented in Luanda. Well-equipped and well-located. Luanda is a wonderful town. Hugo was a perfect host, very available. Note 10. I'll definitely be back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described and perfectly located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. For the price, the quality was excellent. The building itself is a bit old, but it is very safe and clean, which added to our comfort. The apartment features two bedrooms and a spacious living room, providing plenty of space. Unfortunately there wasn't a view of the bay. The internet connection was adequate for our needs. The owner Eugenia is very responsive and always ready to help. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Beautifully decorated apartment! The view to the bay is amazing! The area feels very safe, there are always security guards at all time in the surroundings. The host are also great communicator and prompt to work with you to fix any issue you may have. I highly recommend Minor power outages issues from time to time. There’s a generator as a back up power source when it gets dark. Overall I had a great experience.
