We were very pleased with the property. It has a great location, as it is close to a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and best of all, a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we found everything we needed, including pots, glasses, cutlery, cups and more. We felt at home during the stay. We plan to come back the next few times.

It's a good house, but what made a difference was the host's support. Very attentive, easy to communicate and met all of our requests promptly. Some house faults follow: 1 - no box has a door, after the bath the floor is wet and has no floor towel or floor cloth. 2 - there is a room that is an office that is adapted with a mini double bed with a hard mattress. 3 - suite with a very small double bed. 4 - a few utensils are missing in the kitchen. 5 - single beds are uncomfortable bikes (host provided us with mattresses). 6 - we stayed for 12 days and there was no linen and bath linen for change. 7 - the house has photovoltaic power generation but the owner charges the energy consumption. There everything is electric including the stove in addition to 15 lamps that are accessed all night and there is no way to disconnect. 8 - guests do not have access to the gym. 9 - house for 10 people and 1 space per car. Casa with great potential but lacks attention to these observations

Amazing Beach House close to everything

The space, accommodations, condominium structure and nature are the highlights of the place. But what made everything even more special was the presence of Dé (house employee who can be hired separately to make meals). She was extremely attentive and helpful, made us very comfortable and prepared our breakfasts and lunch with great affection, not to mention the wonderful seasoning. Check-in and check-out were super easy, the space was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos, communication was agile and efficient before and during the stay and the location and amenities of the condominium are great. I would certainly stay at the same property again.

Our stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos — well equipped and very cozy. The location is great, on a quiet street and close to Taperapuã Beach. We were made to feel very welcome, with the host's attention and cordiality. We felt at home every day of the trip. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

I would like to start by highlighting the reception and availability of Marta, who always responds in an agile and attentive way. The house corresponds exactly to the ad: it is new, very well decorated, comfortable and in great shape. It is in a more secluded area, which may make locomotion difficult for those who are not by car. However, the site is extremely quiet, wooded and quiet, providing a very pleasant stay.

The accommodation was perfect. The "Casa Tico" is as shown in the photos. Impeccable in every way, we were very well received by Nara who gave us all the support during the stay, including the organization of the house. The mimes at our front desk delighted us. We will refer all couples who want to enjoy trancoso. Congratulations and thank you for everything!

Close to the beach!

Cozy condo, good location (close to the ferry, shops, laundry, bakery). Surrounded by woods, very good pool, sun loungers, barbecue area. It has no ocean view (as stated in the listing). Beach access is across the avenue and walking ~100 meters, through a community entrance. House with great structure, newly built, 4 large en-suites (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor). Comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens. It has a great private pool and private barbecue area. The host sent us all the guidelines and suggestions about Arraial. She was attentive and responded to all requests that arose. Points to consider: > Stairs to the upper floor are VERY dangerous for children and the elderly. > Pots in poor condition (handles breaking, impregnated with grease). > To be perfect, some accessories are missing: washing machine, freezer for drinks, electric oven. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. We would definitely come back.

Great accommodation, wonderful home.. I recommend it to everyone! Very kind and friendly Brenna, Fernando welcomed us very well and was at the disposal of us all the time. I recommend and will be back as soon as possible! The house is beautiful, comfortable to the extreme and much more beautiful than in the photos!

Super recommend, the apartment is extremely clean and organized, everything new, everything was very well thought for the guest to have a comfort and practicality, we feel as if we were in our house, the rooms are very spacious and airy. We checked in with Angela, which is a sympathy , I had to clarify some questions with Mr Edson and he was very attentive. I have been to Porto Seguro other times and there was the best place, the location is great for the beach and for the shops of the region

Our stay was great! Eliton was very helpful and was available for anything we needed. The house is undoubtedly one of the best we have ever been in, all new, super organized and well clean. We liked to cook and the structure of the kitchen surprised us, it had absolutely everything, even items that we didn't even expect to find. On other occasions, we will return without a doubt!

Wonderful and comfortable house, so nice that it almost makes you want to stay alone in the backyard enjoying the day. We just didn't stay because the beach is just ahead, just steps away. Leda and Hugo are very kind and helpful, they made us feel at home. The house is super equipped in terms of kitchen and facilities. Highly recommend!

Very well located place just steps from the beach. The condominium is a pleasant and family environment with a swimming pool at body temperature, wooded and very well maintained. Nildes was very attentive and very accessible throughout the stay. Spacious, airy and very comfortable. I recommend it and would definitely come back.

The apartment is great, in addition to large air-conditioning in all the rooms, it met my expectations and those of my family. The place is nice and nice, the barbecue area is wonderful too, we use a lot and without any problems. A Maria, always very willing, always responded quickly and ready to help. I will definitely come back more often and refer to other people.

Great house with amazing (and large) outdoor pool and garden area. Exactly what it looked liked in the photos. Dona Joana met us on arrival and she was very nice. She was always available whenever we needed something during our stay so shout out to her. Secure parking was great. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable. There was nothing we needed that the house didn't have. The outside space was just as beautiful at night as it was during the day and we spent a lot of time there. The space felt safe, too. As there were just the two of us in the house, it would have been good if when we went to bed we could have put the alarm on for the rest of the house. More for our own peace of mind than anything else. All in all though, an amazing property. We had a wonderful week here and would definitely come back again.
