Vacation rentals in Tagliaborsa

The house was perfect for our visit to the Catania area. All 3 bedrooms were clean, air conditioned, and spacious with private baths. The pictures in the listing show exactly what you can expect. The outside patio and porch areas are beautiful and great for enjoying a morning coffee and evening beverage. Marco worked with us to accommodate an early check-in. He promptly responded to all of our requests and concerns. The house is gated so privacy and security was not a concern.

My wife, two children and I were greeted by Domenico. He was very welcoming, took the time to give us the instructions and was proactive (recommendations, additional information about the accommodation...) throughout the stay so that we had a great experience. The space is spacious and has everything a family needs. Finally, the accommodation is very well placed to radiate in the area and go to Taormina, Etna, Catania or Syracuse. In short, I recommend:-).

Warmly recommended . Confirm what many have written. 5 minute walk to little town has everything for your basic needs. Fabulous cafe on Main Street. Cheese shop that has fresh bursts and mozzarella. House has all the facilities anyone could need on a vacation whether young or old, including a basil plan for salads!! Everything is clean and has been thought of and taken care of. Plenty of space for 9 people. Beautiful gardens and pool. We were sorry we could not take more advantage of pool as weather was not great. The bbq area is unbelievable. Good value if you go with 9 people. Close to Giardini a holiday town and Taormina, which is pretty but full of tourists. Need a car to get around but close to Giardini which has access to all buses and trains. Finally as has been said the owners are helpful and kind and available at all times to help.

This was one of the best experiences that I have had from an Airbnb. Both Antonio and his family made us all feel at home, they went above and beyond all of the amenities and the hospitality was incredible. As a Sicilian myself, it was so nice to feel the warmth of family with Antonella and Antonio. I thank you all for taking care of our family. We even experienced Etna Lava spill. We had a great experience and would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Property has absolutely delightful outside space and the master bedroom is fantastic. The kitchen is very well equipped. The check in instructions could be clearer on the listing, and the address took us to the next road, but Roberta was a delight to deal with and quickly put us right - they could enhance the check in instructions because until they messaged, we weren’t clear quite what we were doing. The second and third bedrooms are fine and comfortable, but not all that big, with a toilet upstairs but the shower for those two downstairs. The pool, outdoor furniture etc are amazing, as are the views. They had a very helpful tour/taxi organiser who they put us in touch with, who sorted out wine tastings, taxis and boat trips for us, all of very good quality and not overly expensive for what you got. Thank you.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. The location is great, right on the sea! We always had breakfast on the balcony and relaxed looking at the sea with a glass of wine in the evening. The place Brucoli has a lot of restaurants and bars, yet quiet. A perfect location to start excursions to Etna, Catania or Syracuse. Giacomo is a great host. The communication was always great. Thanks again for everything. We felt very comfortable at the place and highly recommend it!

We had a good stay, the house was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There are a few things to do in Oliveri but overall it’s a very quiet town (a least in October it was). It was close to the train station, so it was easy to travel from there. Rosa was very attentive and friendly, checked us in gave us a lot of good information.

Marcello was a lovely host, and although we only stayed 2 days, it felt right at home! Their garden is full of fruits, friendly cats and birds! The house had everything someone could want, and there is a fantastic family run pizzeria right next door! From the house you can walk a little and you will find yourself in the castello town where there is lots to see and do. During our stay we decided to hike mount etna which is about an hour drive from the house, and Marcello was helpful in suggesting where to park and start!
