Villa vacation rentals in Tagaytay

The place was great and we had everything we needed to have a good stay! The caretakers were very nice and they had all the things we didn't get to bring :) Staying here was worth the money!!

The house is big and cozy — perfect for a group getaway. However, the place could use better maintenance. Some of the lights near the pool weren't working, so it was a bit dark at night. Water supply was also a bit unstable at times. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, but they did provide katol and Off lotion which helped. On the bright side, the caretakers were very accommodating and kind. They even cleaned up some of the mess we made from the night before right away (sorry po). With a few improvements, this place could be even better.

The place is amazing! The caretakers are shy but friendly. The mezzanine is adorably cute and perfect for kids or groups of friends to use. The village makes you feel like you’re not in the Philippines. The security staff is very friendly, and it’s just a short walking distance to the clubhouse. The WiFi is very strong, making it great for work. It’s also conveniently close to food areas and Mahogany. We just couldn’t use the nipa hut at the back, but the garden area is lovely for meal times. Cleaning materials just need to be separated from the food amenities. Better organization in the kitchen counter drawers would be helpful, and a little touch-up on maintenance would improve the space. However, this won’t affect your stay much, especially for an overnight visit. Thank you, Ms. Kristie, for sharing your place with us. It’s a beautiful house—our home sweet home during our stay. The host was easy to deal with, and our stay was a last-minute booking. Everything went smoothly!

We absolutely loved our stay at Aomori House! The thoughtfully designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors, offered the perfect spaces of intimate and big group activities, depending on our mood. Whether if you need to do some desk work, relaxing, or socializing, every spot was picture-perfect and Zoom-worthy. We love the bonfire area, separate KTV house, spacious walkways, and the well-planned layout of the home. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would—10/5! Highly recommended! 🌟

Diana is a great host. She is very accommodating and replies fast. I had a fantastic stay at R Villas! The place is incredibly relaxing and clean, Kuya Carly who went out of his way to buy the things we need. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the best spots in Tagaytay. The weather was also perfect! One of the highlights was the bonfire, and the free smores were such a sweet touch! The property itself is gorgeous, with a large gazebo that was perfect for spending quality time with friends! We had a blast singing our hearts out with the karaoke and also enjoyed the basketball facilities and videoke. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Ms Rachelle ia very responsive, responds when I have inquiries and brother caretaker is very helpful. For the place-it's great what's in the picture, so in person. Not sure if the description indicated that the common area wasn't air conditioned but overall my family enjoyed it. It was a snake! Thanks again!

Our whole stay was a blast. We really enjoyed our stay. All their personnel are very accomodating and they took care of us and provided everything what we needed. They acted fast on everything that we requested. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories and experience. Looking forward to book again on your property on our next weekend getaway.

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. Had a great time there, nice infinity pool with a very nice view of taal volcano.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

we celebrated new year in this place and we had so much fun.the place was big enought for us.the villas are clean and big.the pool is also nice. my 2 babies enjoyed playing in their garden and pool area.the host was so responsive and kuya mervin the caretaker was so nice,he helped us in our needs....we surely booked this place again soon.

Loved our stay at Bersantai Resort!! The property is so big - can fit up to 30 pax. The facilities are also complete - heated shower, airconditioned rooms, kitchens (indoor and outdoor, a dining pavilion, TV/karaoke, mattresses, kiddie pool, and even a sauna! I was really amazed at how ridiculously affordable and sulit this is, I can’t believe it ❤️ I especially love the Bali-inspired design of the resort. Even if I haven’t been to Bali, it feels like I did because of this place!!!

Pros: - The place is nice and no neighbors around the place so you can get loud without bothering the others. - Place is nice and perfect for reunions. - Even though there's no aircon inside, the room is still cozy at night and can accommodate large groups. - "DALI" is just 5mins walking distance so you can buy necessities if you forgot some. - Free use of gas range and griller so you can cook your own foods. - Lots of socket around the room so you can charge anywhere. Cons: - No wifi in area, and also signal is kind of weak. Would be nice if there's is a free wifi - No heated showers. Also nice to have if you are staying in a place with cold weather - Not the cleanest toilet and shower, but can be improve more. Not really a con, but expect many kinds of insects since there were lots of plants around the area. Also there are cats but you need to be attentive at times or else they will steal your food. Overall place is nice and perfect for chilling with friends and relaxing vacation

Since i was in charge of booking this place for Christmas, i got good compliments because of how spacious the living area is. We had 4 rooms enough for everyone, extra mattresses, pillows and blankets even if we only booked it for 16pax. Will not hesitate to book this place again in the future.

Booked this place last weekend and I only have nice words to say about it! The place is amazing, the staff are nice, the ambience is great and really everything lives up to expectation. We're definitely going back!

The villa is very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. A plus too for it being pet-friendly. Janeth, the caretaker, is easy to reach and very helpful. The village is very private and peaceful. Very near to almost everything. And the swimming pool is just in front of the villa. My twin nephews really enjoyed the cold water. Anyway, overall experience is very good. We really had the chance to relax and unwind even for a short time. We will definitely book this villa again soon..and for a longer weekend perhaps. Thank you to Ms. Charina for being responsive to all my queries. Really love this place!

We had fun! The weather is perfect and the environment is very relaxing. Just a suggestion to improve the wifi connection so all the guests can use it and also replace the rusty swing. We’re looking for the koi pond but it was empty, maybe it’s part of the improvement that the owner talked about. The owner welcomed us which is a huge thumbs up too plus we were able to checked-in ahead of time. We will definitely book again this place to also see the renovations. Thank you!
