The apartment is on the third floor, the entrance is with a smart lock, extremely easy, clean and nice! In addition, David is a super host. He helped us with issues that had nothing to do with the accommodation and always with an incredible attitude! I would always come back! Thanks David!

Excellent place. Just like the photos... My husband and I stayed, and honestly, we were very satisfied. Close to mobility options, including public transportation. Close to the square and on the way to the airport. Definitely recommended.

A very pleasant stay, it was even flexible with check-in time because we arrived earlier. Very good communication with Zoby, she is very attentive and kind. All the amenities described in the listing are, it matches the photos. The location is good, super close to transportation. Everything clean, tidy and functional. The place is nice comfortable clean many things are missing compared to other AirBnB I have visited The host should calculate the days the passengers rent and leave toiletries etc. I finally blame myself for a damage that was in the apartment and I'm sure I don't review well another time

Really one of the best experiences you'll have on Airbnb Peru. We were assisted by Dominic's mother, Mrs. Ana María, who was very kind and, in coordination with Dominic, helped us with the transfer from the airport to the accommodation. The accommodation is really unforgettable, you feel at home and everything is very elegant, there were drawbacks with Netflix on the TVs, however that was not a problem for our enjoyment of the place. Dominic's accommodation was part of the reason my family and I fell in love with Tacna, the heroic city. We will definitely be back!

The host was very friendly, she was always attentive from the moment I arrived, I liked the way she showed me the rooms and I was completely at home, the place is quiet, the shower has hot water, the kitchen is excellent with essential items, the bedroom is clean and very nice and cozy, I love the decoration with the plants, I loved it 🫶

A place and a very nice area, the depa is just as shown in the photos, comfortable and everything very clean and tidy, I really liked it. Only the only detail is that if they go with their own mobility it is a little difficult to leave the car nearby, you have to look for a car with an additional cost.

Excellent location, a quiet place to rest, wonderful night walks, the apartment is in a very nice area, tidy, clean, no noise, I really recommend it. To give you an idea, it is half a block from Avenida Bolognesi. In the apartment, you will find everything you need to feel at home. It is small, but it has everything. This is on a third floor, you have to climb stairs that are spacious (I mention this in case someone wants to go with an elderly person, with mobility issues) We had a nice time. Many thanks Carlos, we hope to return in winter.

I spent 10 months in Wilfredo's apartment and I am very happy for choosing this place. I am a digital nomad working remotely. This time I needed an affordable and yet comfortable place to stay in Tacna for almost a year. The apartment was a very good catch. It is located near the large condominium complex Altozano, but the building is a better one (condominium San Pedro De Latarce). It has a guarded territory with a covered parking lot, consierge (Sr. Benito) always on duty and ready to help. It is not very far from the city center (25 minutes walk, 7 by car). The street is relatively quiet, plus the windows are good (double layered) and don't let any street noise in. Perfect for working and sleeping. The kitchen has all the appliances needed and more. Wilfredo proved to be very hospitable and caring cost. Whether I needed to replace the gas bottle, or to get help when locking myself out - Wilfredo was always online and ready to help. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

Excellent location, very quiet area, it has businesses and a Restobar in front of the house. Excellent communication and good hospitality.
