Great house in a great location. Cant wait to go back next year!

The space is spacious with beautiful mountain views. Ursula is smiling and friendly, she welcomed us very warmly. We had a little hot water problem that she solved very quickly and in return she offered us hot tub sessions.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place. Check in was flexible and easy, as was check out. The house is lovely, in a beautiful location and has everything you would ever want and need for the perfect relaxing stay. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for making it stress free and such a fun stay.

We loved the cottage. It's even better than the photos. Everything is fresh, clean and very stylish. You can see that everything was curated with love and made as if it were for yourself. In addition, the cottage has a large number of dishes — you can prepare everything you need. There is a stove, dishwasher, oven. There is a fire pit on the property where you can prepare food on the fire. It's incredibly quiet and beautiful around. We saw deer in the morning. It's a wonderful place with beautiful walking paths in the area.

We enjoyed our family stay at Joanna's very much. The accommodation is lovely in a quiet neighborhood. Joanna and her family were very helpful and they are lovely people

Cottage as described, clean and cozy! Functional backyard - there is a fire pit and barbecue :) The only downside is the access to the cottage, it is on the hill, which guarantees great views, while the driveway up is steep. Still, I highly recommend it :)

We spent New Year's Eve and friends in this beautiful place. After a year of work, this place is perfect for relaxing. The equipment of the cottage is amazing, there is everything you need. The owners are very friendly and care about the nice stay of their guests. They literally took care of everything. A huge plus of this place is that you can bring a dog that will be very well found there. In winter, you can use the outdoor hot tub, which was ready to use it at the time of our arrival. Clean, tidy, smelly. It's a great place to relax on weekends, but also for a longer stay. There was nothing missing. We are really pleasantly surprised, we will recommend and will definitely be back! ☺️

The cottage was used to organize a bachelorette party. Everything was great - very good kitchen equipment, beautiful location of the cottage, everything was clean☺️. We couldn't have imagined a better bachelorette! Thank you for hosting it in such a fantastic place!

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location.

The cottage is located in an exceptionally beautiful place of Zawoja. We really like the spacious Balia and the well-equipped kitchen. In addition, we were all happy with very comfortable beds that provided a high sleeping comfort. All the amenities of the cottage were functional and well-maintained, and nothing to use and relax. There was nothing missing, as well as contacting hosts who communicated efficiently and gave the necessary instructions if needed. Definitely a place worth the price.

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

Absolutely excellent❤️! The place is even better than the photos. We didn't miss anything at all, the kitchen was fully equipped, all the dishes, the rooms were comfortable, everything was clean. Terrace stunning with magical views of the countryside. Down below the deck, an amazing large room for entertainment, foosball, ping pong table, etc. We made the most of it. If you are looking for a premium accommodation with a very reasonable price in a quiet environment with great views, you are definitely in the right place here. This is a spacious, cozy, clean home for a family vacation. In the large garden, there was room to play hide at the same time, smoke bonfires, a badminton tournament, play with your dog, and swing on the swing. Very helpful and kind hosts take care of the place.

Nice and good accommodation, we used it as a base to Auschwitz and Krakow. Supermarket is relatively close and plenty of eateries. There is a beautiful church within walking distance

The house is authentic, well-equipped. The area is splendid. We spent gorgeous days in Malopolska. Special thanks to Christian and Iwona, who were extremly helpful during our stay.

One pass! The house looks just as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house is very large and has very fun living rooms. To access in snowy season it is advisable to bring chains, I went with friends and we had to push several cars. For the rest, a 10!

We've had an amazing stay at Karolina's place! It was an excellent base for skiing at the nearby Czarny Gron resort (10 minutes drive). The garden was lovely, and despite it being winter we really enjoyed being in the garden and bbq'ing. The rooms are very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you would need including a great coffee machine with coffee! One of the best AirBnb's we've stayed at over the past 8 years.
