Tolle Unterkunft, super gelegen und sehr sauber. Sehr spontane und freundliche Gastgeberin - alles wunderbar!

Wir haben zwei sehr gemütliche Nächte verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super elegant, man erkennt einen unglaublichen guten Geschmack für Farben und Einrichtung. Die Tapeten an den Wänden sind wunderschön, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Piotr war extrem nett, hat die Informationen pünktlich und sehr detailliert geliefert und war sehr flexibel beim Check-out. Das Gebäude ist zwar etwas älter, aber es hat definitiv Charme. Die große Straße vor der Tür hört man gar nicht, da die Wohnung komplett zur Innenseite ausgerichtet ist. Somit kann man auch mit offenem Fenster sehr ruhig schlafen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, und von dort aus haben wir die touristischen Hotspots sowie Restaurants und Cafés sehr schnell zu Fuß erreicht. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter!

Cozy apartment with private parking

Es war sehr schön in dieser Unterkunft übernachten zu dürfen. Die Lage war auch optimal, da man überall bequem zu Fuß hin konnte. Wohnung war auch sauber und die Einrichtung war ideal. Ich würde nur empfehlen, das Fenster die Nacht über geschlossen zu lassen, da es sonst ziemlich laut ist.

We had a wonderful stay at Judytas place ! Everything is very walkable when it comes to groceries, restaurants, parks. Such a quiet and cozy hiding spot ! The view is wonderful

W takich miejscach bezwzględnie warto się zatrzymać na dłużej. Aż żałuję, że byłem tam tylko w związku z praca. Pięknie urządzony i zadbany obiekt. Bezpośrednio przy Zamku Książąt Pomorskich i starówce. Do granic możliwości uproszczone zameldowanie. Bardzo ładny, ciepły apartament z przestronną łazienką. Kuchnia z wyposażeniem w apartamencie i możliwość zamówienia śniadania. Serio chętnie wróciłbym tu na dłuższy pobyt. Jeszcze jedno. Gospodarz. Osobiście na miejscu. Dbający o gości. Dla mnie to nieoceniony walor. Dla mnie jedna z lepszych lokalizacji w jakich nocowałem. Polecam na 200% 🙂🙂🙂

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, zapewnia poczucie prywatności lokatorom (2 zamykane sypialnie), w pełni wyposażona kuchnia oraz niedawno wyremontowana łazienka, a to wszystko w bardzo konkurencyjnej cenie. do tego miejsce przyjazne zwierzakom. serdecznie dziękujemy i polecamy kolejnym gościom

Agnieszkas Wohnung ist nahe der Innenstadt von Szczecin gelegen, was für einen Kurztrip einfach perfekt ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, schön möbliert und sauber. Agnieszka war jederzeit freundlich, flexibel und bei Nachfragen gab es schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nice apartment, everything clean and accurate

Die Lage ist gut, wir hatten ein Auto und haben alles schnell erreichen können. Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Wasser, was sehr schön ist. Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch gut. Leider haben wir auf der Matratze 1-2 Haare gefunden, die nicht von uns waren und das Badezimmer roch sehr unangenehm, wahrscheinlich ist es die Lüftung oder das Putzmittel.

A home away from home. Great location where pretty much everything is within walkable distance. Apartment has everything you need and we had a great stay for two weeks. Both Adrian and Jacek were very quick with their responses if we needed anything, but with their clear instructions at arrival there wasn't much we needed to begin with. The only downside, and this is a personal one, is that the mattress is a bit soft but that's just a personal preference. With my height and weight it's hard to find a fitting mattress to begin with so for most this will be just fine :D

2 minuty od przystanku tramwajowego na brzozowskiego co ułatwia połączenie z całym miastem, 20 sekund od żabki, 5 minut od Biedronki, apteki, blisko restauracje i budki z jedzeniem, szpital i uniwersytet. Pani Pola była zawsze pomocna i cierpliwa. Odpowiadala w ciągu kilku godzin. Bardzo polecam

Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet. Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Backofen. Ceranfeld . Es ist alles sehr edel und sauber. Wir waren auf der Durchreise deswegen nur für eine Nacht. Aber am liebsten wäre ich länger geblieben. Den Pool kann man im Erdgeschoß gegen eine Gebühr auch nutzen. Mit dem Auto kann man in der Tiefgarage kostenlos parken. Ich empfehle die Luxuswihnung gerne weiter. Werde bestimmt auch wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Gruß für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Für 4 Leute eine Perfekte Wohnung für ein Wochenende in Stettin, Sauna und Schwimmbad sind super und meist komplett leer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr Empfehlenswert.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist spektakulär. Das Bett ist bequem, es sind mehr als genug Handtücher vorhanden, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Lage lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Einkaufszentrum alles in Laufweite. Schwimmbad mit Saunen und Dachterrasse runden den Urlaub ideal ab. Auch einen Parkplatz haben wir problemlos vor der Unterkunft gefunden.

Apartment as show in the photos. Big size bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Underground parking. Pool and sauna area exceptional. Definitely recommended, will come back.

Amazing apartment located in the best walkable part of Szczecin. Been here twice now and the Host as well as his place haven’t let me or my partner down!

Nice studio flat with great views across the city. The spa facilities, included in the price, were lovely. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, loungers - and a pile of ice for the brave !

I had a fantastic stay there! The space was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Everything was spotless, including the bathroom, which I really appreciated. The view was stunning, making the stay even more enjoyable. The host was great, and everything was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’d love to come back again!
