Costas has found the perfect balance between accessibility and discretion. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic - if you like diving or snorkeling, you can even spot sea turtles in the bay below the house. It's the little things that make the difference and Costas makes that difference. Coffee, water and drinks are available on arrival and you are even spoiled with homemade food. Louis & Thanos's place was lovely and just like described. They were really proactive in their communication and helpfull in their tips for restaurants and beaches. Thanos was there to greet us and showed us around when we arrived. There were also two beaches just next to the house, one rocky with lot of fish and other with sand. They even provided beach umbrellas and diving masks and kids beach toys. Travelling with a kid and family the set-up with two "separate" apartments with us downstairs with out 3 year old was really handy as then everyone didn't have to wake up at 6 o'clock. We couldn't have expect for a better experience!

Hosts are very helpful in finding the home, giving us instructions over the phone. The house was spotless clean and thoughtful. With amenities it could be a hotel room, maybe even better. From closures and toiletries (soaps, toothbrushes and toothpaste) to breakfast edibles (cakes, orange juice, etc.). Which we've never seen in an Airbnb before. Very quiet area and at the same time close to the center of the village. We definitely recommend it.

Great views, the veranda offers a panoramic view of Ermoupoli (which is also accessible on foot) and we enjoyed all our morning coffees but also in the evenings! The house was clean and you had all the amenities as described. Mr. Aristides was available and helpful every minute. He greeted us even though we arrived early and accompanied us to the house. Even though we visited Syros March, the house was warm thanks to the A/C and the electric blanket extremely proactive. Even though it didn't have enough sunshine the house always had hot water (there is a possibility of a water heater but the solar was more than enough most days) and the water pressure was impeccable. Ideal for long stays as it has a fully functional kitchen, storage areas, large bathroom. The area is quite and we felt safe and with the door open. Syros as an island is beautiful and deserves even the off season months. We highly recommend it!

We have been using AirBnb for many years and Gregoris and Fani are the best hosts we ever met. They were welcoming and helped us in every way during our stay. Their property felt like home right away, everything you’d ever need would be already there, even amazing quality local olive oil! We would like to thank Gregoris for the fresh eggs and figs he religiously left for us, they were amazing. Location wise, this area is very close to possibly the best beach (Poseidonia) at Syros island, sandy all the way (not rocky like others) secluded and not busy even on weekends. It has a decent choice of restaurants that serve great breakfast, lunch or dinner choices, some right on the beach and often much cheaper (and tastier) than their counterparts at Athens. The property is well planned and stocked, enough for a large family, towels, shower gels, shampoos, a washing machine, an oven, microwave, cooking tools, plates, utensils, cleaning products, soaps, and two powerful A/C’s are included

This is the ideal holiday house. The interesting layout blends inside and outside, as well as the various rooms at different levels, to create an intuitive and cozy space, where you wish you had more time to spend in. The house is executed at a high standard with fitting furniture and tasteful decoration. We liked the central, yet mostly peaceful, location in the unspoiled village of Isternia, we slept well and enjoyed every moment there. Looking forward to coming back!

Right from when we arrived in Syros Nontas was great in communication on our time of arrival and was there to greet us. The property is more than the photos show, beautifully designed and comfortable rooms, this modern delightful peaceful apartment made our stay so pleasant. Walking distance to the restaurants, Nontas gave us all the local places to visit and organised our car, we could have stayed 2 more days. Beautiful linen, fantastic showers. Nontas also came to say goodbye.. I hope to return, definitely staying here !

I am not sure that there are adequate words to describe our incredible stay at Irene’s home. Our family of 3 spent 5 amazing weeks in Irene’s beautiful home and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The house is even better than the pictures! And the view is absolutely incredible! It is easier to have a car if you stay here.. that way you can experience all the island has to offer! There are so many beaches, as well as downtown and ano Syros, to explore. Irene herself is such an amazing human ❤️ She made us feel right at home immediately, would bring us homemade food and even had a barbecue with us! She was always available for whatever we needed and had such wonderful recommendations ❤️ We were so sad to leave but will be back next year to stay with Irene again!
