Eleni's place was just as advertised. Very clean and lots of space. She also provided good instructions for getting in, parking, and using the amenities, wifi etc. Would definitely look to stay there again next time we are up that way.

This was our second stay. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Communication was great. The kids enjoyed the connected closets. There is a little bit of noise from upstairs, but not enough to deter a stay.

Great location, close to fresh coffee, food. Had all the basic amenities with a few touches that made one feel at home. The couch bed was a little concave but still comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay.

Larraine and Mark are great hosts. I am in health care and worked at SUNY for a couple months and my stay was so good after a shift. You have everything you need. I did get sick while I was there and Larraine gave me some soup and necessities out of the kindness of her heart. If I ever go back I'll be staying here again.

We had a great stay during our short stay. These hosts have thought of everything to make you feel at home, with a fully stocked home. Check in and communication was a breeze even with snow storm we experienced during our time in Syracuse. We will be returning on our next trip to the area. Highly recommend this 5 star home!

Loved Morgan’s cozy apartment. Cuter than the photos, lots of beautiful details. Was super quiet, a great retreat for me and my ‘Cuse junior who needed a break from campus life. I’ll definitely book with Morgan next visit to Syracuse.

It was a great stay at Brian’s place. Very private and comfortable and was exactly like the listing. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an easy walkable location in downtown Oswego.

This place was beyond beautiful! Very pretty house and the space was huge! Everything felt like I was right at home! Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to downtown Oswego. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very easy to check in and a smooth check out. Absolutely amazing place!

Very quiet and so much better than any hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ve been traveling weekly for 13 years and I like the option when hotels are over priced to stay in a home that is in a nice location.

Rob is a great host who’s always responsive and helpful. He has maintained this apartment spotlessly clean and well organized, providing a home-like cozy environment. I specifically LOVE the rolling chair by the window where I can read and chill at. If whoever’s reading this comment is looking for a place to stay when visiting the finger lakes, Rob’s place is a great option to consider - especially for the early summer months, countless fireflies around the house just added so much more to our staying.

We spent two weeks here during a house renovation project. I had a great stay. It's quiet, private and very cozy in a convenient village setting. I had my dog with me and we enjoyed a number of village walks and village parks. Kitchen is well-equipped if you want to eat in, and it's close to a number of great places to eat if you don't. Rachelle is great at getting back to you. She's a great host. She's thought of the little details; there are loads of games to play, Netflix on the TV, a super comfy couch. It's a delightful place to stay.

Excellent rental and great communications with Stephanie. We loved the back yard, docks, kayaks and fantastic views. Easy walk to some of the restaurants and beach area. Would certainly rent again and hope to return to Sylvan Beach during the summer months when more is open. Thank you :)

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

Place was everything that was advertised thank you for the hospitality and will definitely try to book again next time we are in the area !

Laura and Tom’s place ticked all the boxes—especially the pet friendliness. We love our 2 goldens and they must travel with us, so having a fenced in yard was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a kitchen needs. Beds were comfy and gas fireplace inviting. Plenty of parking in the back of the house. Our favorite part was the Christmas tree set up in the living room…our friends and family visited off and on throughout our week stay and everyone enjoyed our place. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place, only stayed one night but would be great for a longer term stay as well. Very well-equipped for any of your needs while away from home!

This was our 2nd visit. We enjoyed all the amenities in the apartment (TV and Kitchen supplies). The apartment was nice and warm considering it was very cold and snowy outside.

Tammy was very responsive and easy to get in contact all day. Helped us with any issues we were having. Driveway was clear for two vehicles. Almost everything was available inside the home. She offered us a flexible checkout too because of work. Really appreciate it.

Highly recommend! This cozy, and comfortable apartment is ideally located for visiting SU as well as the town itself. Loved the Cafe just steps away and appreciated the convenient parking. Maria is thoughtful, attentive and easy to reach, the perfect host.

I rented Martha's "Classic Stay" apartment for one of our medical professionals who needed accommodations during their two week assignment. I was able to tour the apartment prior to booking and saw firsthand how well-kept and beautifully decorated the space was. Martha was responsive to answering any questions I had. Being able to rely on a host who’s quick to respond and flexible with requests is such a relief, especially when you're coordinating things for someone else. The fact that Martha goes the extra mile to make her guests feel comfortable really speaks to her dedication as a host. I’m sure anyone who stays at one of Martha’s rental properties will surely enjoy the comfort, care, and attention to detail she provides.
