Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sylvan Beach

Absolutely amazing! Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful natural surroundings. Listening to the sounds of the water trickling over the beaver dam while you're sitting at the campfire. Watching the geese fly into and out of the pond. Hiking the trails around the property. The wood stove kept the cabin warm and cozy as the temperature fell below freezing at night. There was plenty to do inside, a dart board and foosball table as well as card games. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin is secluded, only heard one vehicle in the distance while we were there, but close enough to a store if you need anything. I am looking forward to returning as soon as possible. Josh is a great host and a really nice guy. He helped me get a camp fire going, showed me around and made sure I was good to go before leaving. I stayed the first 36 hours by myself, the peace and tranquility was just perfect. My brother and cousin came up for the next two nights and we all had a great time!

This lovely property exceeded our expectations. The location is in a nice neighborhood and convenient to other areas of Syracuse. The decor is very attractive and the furniture is very comfortable. The entire unit was amazingly clean and fresh. We were so impressed by all the paper goods and snacks that were provided. If we could find a vacation rental just like this in other areas, we would be doing more traveling!

We had a wonderful stay at Eddie’s home! He was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making everything seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed, including complimentary 1911 canned drinks, travel-sized toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Peloton bike was a great bonus, especially before our Thanksgiving dinner! The location does require climbing a large hill from Route 20, which we were initially nervous about due to the weather forecast, but the road was well-maintained and it didn’t end up being an issue. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house has stunning views. We can only imagine how beautiful it is in the fall, or how fun the pool would be in warmer months. We’d definitely stay here again, ideally during nicer weather to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities.

I truly enjoyed the entire booking experience with Heather and Lisa. This place was magnificent! I wanted to move in already! Well decorated, well maintained, equipped with every amenity you could imagine. The amazing views and generous luxury experience provided is marvelous here!

My stay at Valley View Cottage was more amazing than I expected! The cottage is so beautiful and has everything you will ever need! They leave lots of goodies and toiletries and a nice bottle of wine! Everything is new and just so comfy and cozy! I stayed with my family and dog for a family wedding in the area, and they loved it as much as I do! I would definitely go back for a getaway when the time comes! The view is spectacular and you feel the peace and tranquility as soon as you get out of the car and breath in the great air! They also make everything easy for you from the beginning and I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Glenn, Lisa and Candace for sharing your amazing home with us!!!

I can’t say enough about how cozy the stay at this home was. I say home because it feels like we were at home. My cousins, husband and I have come up for the last 3 yrs for our annual fishing trip. I have to say this has been by far the best Air BnB. Safe clean comfortable and very acomidating. I would book this place 100 times over. Linda I hope you’ll have us next year. The house was spacious and even though we weren’t there for the lake it was nice to see it right from the front of the house. Beds and living room space were overly comfortable. We are already talking about checking it out in the summer. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Tubbs Country Cabin was great! The space was nicely curated with everything we needed and felt very comfortable. It was extremely quiet and private, resulting in a serene getaway during an otherwise busy Thanksgiving holiday.
