Panagiotis’ house is very clean in a quite neighbourhood and has everything that is necessary for a smooth stay. We recommend it .

The property was great! Extremely clean, functional, and fully equipped for every need. The furniture was particularly comfortable and the apartment had a modern aesthetic. Also, the apartment is in a great location, opposite the bus stop and a short distance from the city center. The host was great, always available and willing to help us. He provided us with clear instructions and very useful suggestions for Thessaloniki. In addition, the apartment had snacks and breakfast ingredients, which made our stay even more pleasant. It was truly an amazing experience!

This apartment was great for my weekend getaway in Thessaloniki. I was very happy with the space and the bedrooms were very comfortable. the place is private since it is the only apartment on the 8th floor. it's a very walkable location since it is down the street from the White Tower. There is parking coming down from Egnatia. I totally recommend it to anyone! Yorgos was also a great help to me and made my stay very welcoming.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a bit over 2 months (october to december) The terrace is excellent. Large and all day sunshine. We used it daily for meals and laundry. Bedroom and living rooms are both spacious and well presented. Kitchen is fully equipped, too many chairs for us but others may find them useful. Bathroom is a bit cramped but functional. Dimitris is an excellent host, very proactive and quick to help out with any needs. He made sure we had enough bedding and towels for our long stay. The location is very convenient. 5 minute walk to the new metro station. 2-3 minute walk to several bakeries, supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants. Airport bus stop is 2-3 minute walk. 5 minutes to the sea side which is a pleasant walk all the way to the city centre.

The room is fantastic! I had everything I needed, and very, very clean and tidy. I had great views of sunrise and sunset and was fantastic to have the coffee on the terrace. Great neighbours, sending my love to Sofia, the food and restaurants fantastic and just walkable distance. The only down is the lift, but this is out their power.

A great stay.. From the first moment we arrived we were impressed. The room was super clean and fully equipped with all the facilities we could need. The location is quiet and the hot tub is perfect! Great hosts and always available to help. The home exceeded our expectations., we'll definitely go for it again!!!

From the moment I stepped into this home, I felt an incredible sense of warmth and comfort. The décor is stunning, with unique, carefully chosen furniture that gives the space a distinct charm. The cozy nook above the bedroom is perfect for relaxing, and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. Every room is bathed in natural light, making the entire place feel bright and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Kalamaria, with everything you need just a few steps away, and the beach within walking distance. Parking was surprisingly easy, which was a huge plus! But what truly made this stay exceptional were the hosts. They were absolutely fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always available to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. I’ve never stayed in a cozier, more thoughtfully designed place. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

The hosts were very kind and helpful and willing to help us with everything we needed, and the dog we had with us. The location is exquisite, a superb village which is nothing like a traditional rural area. The house is perfect, very clean and cosy. We communicated very well with the hosts too. It was great for relaxing with kids.

Very Central Spot to experience the town by foot. Easy check in and gorgeous flat. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone that wants to stay in the heart of thessaloniki for a few days!

The house is very small but nice in a location next to the center with a metro station and quite warm for winter.

A wonderful apartment With an incredible and breathtaking view of the sea and the main square of the city. The sunsets are amazing from the large terrace! It was a pleasure to communicate with Yanis. I will happily stay there when I'm in Thessaloniki!

Nice,small and stylish. Everything was spotless and as soon as you open the door you can smell the freshness in the space! Great outdoor space with nice views where you can enjoy morning coffee!!! Despoina was willing to help with anything about the space but also with many suggestions for drinks and food!Truly a perfect housewife!!!

Cute half-basement apartment. Very clean and nicely decorated, and a lovely little balcony for you to chill. Paid parking about 10 minutes away.
