Vacation rentals with a patio in Sykies

This apartment was great for my weekend getaway in Thessaloniki. I was very happy with the space and the bedrooms were very comfortable. the place is private since it is the only apartment on the 8th floor. it's a very walkable location since it is down the street from the White Tower. There is parking coming down from Egnatia. I totally recommend it to anyone! Yorgos was also a great help to me and made my stay very welcoming.

Very responsive and helpful before and during our visit. We felt at home. Perfect location near the boardwalk and walking distance to city centre. The apartment is very comfortable and modern.

Thanos is a superhost: super friendly, super helpful, super nice. The place itself is great. The surroundings though are not very pleasant, there is a shopping street with Chinese wholesale-only shops selling some clothes and other stuff. On the other hand, it is pretty quiet there. And there are a lot of public and private parking nearby. Trust me, if you're going to Thessaloniki by car having parking is a huge advantage of this place. The only thing I missed was the terrace. I love sitting on the terrace in the sunset time. But Thanos's hospitability covered the lack of a terrace. I would recommend this place for a family stay in Thessaloniki.

Great accommodation and friendly host.

Great place, easily accessible and in a very good area of Thessaloniki near bars and restaurants. The host was very polite and communicative. The understanding was impeccable. In any case it is an apartment that I would recommend and I would definitely close it again on my next visit to Thessaloniki. My wife Tori and I are very happy with our stay at the VIP apartment. The host was very responsive if we ever had questions, the place was clean, and in a great location right in the heart of Kalamaria. The parking garage that’s included was a very big plus, which made having a vehicle stress-free. It felt safe during the day and night too. We are thankful for our time there!

Nana's place is probably the best airbnb we ever stayed at. It's huge, its clean, the balcony is superb and the location is fantastic. Next to a big supermarket and numerous great restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need and Nana also has everything you need for your baby, including a baby bath which is very rare to find on airbnb. Can't recommend this place enough for a great stay in the center of Thessaloniki

The room is fantastic! I had everything I needed, and very, very clean and tidy. I had great views of sunrise and sunset and was fantastic to have the coffee on the terrace. Great neighbours, sending my love to Sofia, the food and restaurants fantastic and just walkable distance. The only down is the lift, but this is out their power.

Staying in this house is ideal. The place is even more beautiful thanit looks in the photos we saw and all the spaces of the house were spotlessly clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful and willing to help us with everything we needed, and the dog we had with us. We thank them very much for the wonderful hospitality and if we are in Thessaloniki again we will definitely prefer them again. Our stay in this particular house can be described as ideal. The space is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos we saw, and all areas of the house were spotlessly clean. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed, for both us and the dog we had with us. We thank them very much for their wonderful hospitality and if we find ourselves in Thessaloniki again, we will definitely choose them again.

The location is exquisite, a superb village which is nothing like a traditional rural area. The house is perfect, very clean and cosy. We communicated very well with the hosts too. It was great for relaxing with kids.

Excellent location, great apartements. Quite close to the promenade full of good restaurants right on the seafront. I would definitely recommend visiting it!

We spent four nights at Katrin's house and enjoyed this holiday very much. The house is very clean and comfortable, with an amazing view to the sea. We had everything we need inside the house, including A/C in each room, which was very useful. Katrin and her parents were very friendly and I am grateful for their hospitality. I will always remember the astonishing sunsets we enjoyed from the beachfront terrace of the house. Everything was great and we recommend this place for an worry-free holiday.

this was a great place. the apartment is beautiful and has two bedrooms, each with a bed that can comfortably fit two adults. we loved the furniture and the location is central. one thing to note, however, is that it is very hard to park a car in the area. If you want to bring a car, I suggest that you should reconsider, or at least make an arrangement with a nearby parking lot.

The house is super clean and comfortable full with lots of amenities and comforts that makes you welcomed and feel like home at once. Even if it's located in a great spot, it is quiet and peaceful near to great cafe's and restaurants. Tassos was great communicator and helpful when needed making my stay even easier. The House was great with all the amenities and amenities. I have stayed for a long time and I was completely satisfied with everything. I would say it again for a future stay. The location was very good and accessible to the center. The host is impeccable in everything and very helpful !!!

Yanis was a great host - responsive and he stepped in when we needed assistance. The apartment is beautiful and provides some great vistas to downtown Thessaloniki, the sea bay and towards Ano Poli on the other side. Will stay again in a heartbeat!

The room and balcony are very nice. The building has some building works meaning it is not a pleasant walk to the room however the room makes up for this. The location within the city is great.

Very beautiful house, clean and very convenient and close to AHEPA hospital where I had to be hospitalized. Mr. Christos responded promptly to our questions and was very helpful in everything we needed.

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

Georgios is a great host: flexible, very responsive and attentive. The apartment is perfect for a short vacation with a couple or a baby. Parking is an undeniable bonus in this city. I would highly recommend.
