Vacation rentals with a balcony in Sydney Harbour

It was easily accessible and made getting into the city easy. The apartment was warm and comfortable and parking was easy enough with our hosts providing detailed instructions. Really really enjoyed our stay

Myself, my wife and 9 year old daughter had a great stay here. We played cricket in the nearby parks before school and after dinner, had lovely walks by the water, and enjoyed many of the cafe and dining options within walking distance. The nearby IGA supermarket was super-handy too. My daughter loved playing the old vinyl records and reading on the top bunk, and being able to do our laundry before we moved to the next location was really appreciated. The apartment is super clean and quiet, in a great street and neighbourhood, and had good cooking facilities and wifi. What more could you want?!!!

unfortunatly we had a problem before our arrival and we had to delay our arrival , but it feels like we would have love to stay longer in the house as it was so beautiful and very "aussie". close to the center of Manly (wharf and beaches) and Robyn has been very helpfull with us. i would recommand her place to stay!!

great place and views! excellent location. it's up a few sets of stairs - so beware if you have heavy bags or limited mobility. Not many blinds on the windows so it is light early. all of this is well worth the location and relaxed feel of the place

We absolutely loved the apartment and the location. Very clean and airy with fabulous views of Freshwater Beach. Nice furnishings and felt very at home. The balcony is a great place to sit and read watching the continuous stream of surfers. Manly is a short walk and lots to offer. The steps down and up both to and from Freshwater and Manly certainly keep you fit ! Would love to come back

You can walk to the beach and nearby coffee shops. Bondi has a great buzz. There is no parking with the unit sadly. The interior space is small, tidy and clean. We had very hot weather, so 2 bedrooms with only fans, stayed hot. The verandah was a delightful spot to sit out on.

We stayed here for 7 nights (2 adults, 2 children) location was absolutely amazing (walkable to the ferry, shops, restaurants, cafes, parks) set up was key for our family of 4 had everything we could of needed for our stay. Lisa's instruction on medical care came in handle which we were greatful for, our 7year needed medical care, medical care was even better then what we get in NZ. Would 100% come back and stay here. thank you 😊

This seventh floor penthouse is extremely comfortable for two couples. Louise is very responsive. The location is excellent, with a nice café on the nearest corner and easy walking to the cruising yacht club for happy hour. Edge cliff center is a few blocks away with grocery stores and train connections. Good bus connections and an easy walk to Double Bay for restaurants or to take the ferry. Fast Internet, has a great patio. Would happily stay here again.

A beautiful air bnb stay in Sydney. Such a peaceful and relaxed space and yet a short walk to everything you need. Bron and her son Dom share their home with grace and respect, it felt like coming home everyday. Would love to stay again ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Lincoln and Dora’s house. The location was amazing! Walking distance to The Rocks, Circular Quay and Sydney Harbour in general. The home was very comfortable, clean and stylish. They have done a beautiful renovation of an historic building (1866). Lincoln and Dora were quick to respond and very polite. Our children loved having their own bedrooms. The bi-fold doors opened right up, connecting the living room to the garden. We loved sitting out there in the evenings. Even though it is central, it is very quiet. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

We loved our stay. Fantastic location in Bondi. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Private and quiet house. Lovely interior details, clean with comfortable beds and sofas.

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable, relaxing outlook and walking distance to beach, lake walks and cafe. Kitchen was well appointed. Everything has been thought of to make our stay as relaxing as possible.

The stay at Halina and Jeff in their beautiful renovated house was wonderful. The private room is comfortable as is the bathroom. The couple is very friendly and Jeff even drank a glass of whisky with me! Can recommend to anyone!

Gillian and John were so warm and welcoming, and were there to greet me when I arrived, after a long flight. I really appreciated the welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits, and they had provided comprehensive guides to local amenities and places of interest further afield, as well as instruction manuals for the appliances. My daughter and I had a beautiful stay at Jenny’s house! The place is so homely and spacious with everything you need. The location is perfect and so quiet despite being so close to the main hub of Newtown. An absolutely delightful place and we will most definitely return. Jenny is a fabulous host and so helpful and kind.

Great place to stay, close to cafes, short walk to trains and CBD. Very quiet inside no outside noise heard from inside. All utensils and cooking equipment you need. Lots of room. Linens and toiletries were beautiful. Would highly recommend

Impeccable accommodation. Both Gary and Sue are friendly. The accommodation is very clean and has a great view from the veranda. I stayed comfortably and well. I miss it already.

This is our third stay at Victoria's and definitely won't be our last. Can't wait to go back

This is a beautiful space in a convenient part of Sydney. The view is astonishing, and we were lucky to visit when the jacarandas were flowering. The neighbourhood is hipster-y; there’s lots of young people and both cheap eats and not-so-cheap eats very nearby. Transit is good-not-perfect (15 minutes walk to the train stations in Redfern and Mac Town, lots of bus lines). The real win with this apartment is the furnishings. This is the only Airbnb I have had with proper sharp knives! The coffee gear is good. The glassware and dishware and flatware are high quality, and the layout and design is efficient and sensible. I don’t want to live in a space this small, but for two weeks, we weren’t uncomfortable, and my partner could connect to do work while I was doing work at USydney. One issue is noise: the apartment overlooks a busy train line that’s loud starting early in the day. We got used to it, but recovering from jet lag was influenced. Hosts excellent and super responsive.

A truly lovely place in walking distance to the beautiful Coogee Beach! The best AirBnb we've stayed in as a family of five - lots of toys for our little ones to play with, and they loved the bunks and cave room. Transportation on buses and the lightrail (only a 10-15 minute walk) was easy to navigate, and Penny was friendly and always quick to respond when we had questions. Sydney is a really great city for adults and kids alike, and we've already recommended Penny's place to several of our friends. Thanks, Penny!
