Vacation rentals with a balcony in Sydney Harbour

Had such a wonderful stay at Dini & Niel's place. The home is gorgeous and exactly like in the photos (even better in real life!). Dini & Niel were super responsive and helpful with any additional information we needed. The home is warm, welcoming, with a well stocked kitchen, and has immaculate pop art decor all through. I'd stay here again.

Lovely top floor apartment, located in a beautiful neighborhood. Well equipped with everything you could need for a family with little ones- Beach toys, umbrellas, cot, high chair, etc. Outdoor balcony was lovely to sit out and have dinner on a warm summers eve. Overall great vibe for a little getaway.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was located near the water, with walking paths. Parking was easy most days. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and we liked the bakery not far away.

Absolutely gorgeous property and a lovely host. We felt really relaxed there and it was so convenient for all the shops and restaurants of Manly as well as the ferry, whilst being in the peaceful suburbs. It was quite warm staying in January without air conditioning but there were good fans in every room so it wasn’t problematic for us. We also managed to make it up and down the hill with a 3 year old and a stroller - definitely a workout but totally doable! Robyn provided everything we would need in the kitchen and for a trip to the beach too - our 3 year old loved the beach toys. Thanks again for a great stay, we’d absolutely stay again.

Prime location, amazing views! The only issue is the shower leaks when you take a shower. Entire bathroom becomes extremely wet and not usable.

Stunning view and everything you would want in a summer vacay stay on the northern beaches. The views, are STUNNING both during the day and night and it's super relaxing and has beautifully appointed interiors. The garage access is right at the door step of the entrance (I managed to squeeze in a 4WD) and being on the top floor meant no noise from the neighbours above your floor. Speaking of neighbours,...they are the friendliest Aussies you'll meet. Thank you Julie for going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and relaxing.

Louise and her husband were phenomenal hosts. Accommodated an early check-in and filled the fridge with treats. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking and then some. The view of Sydney from the balconies was magnificent. The comfortable set-up actually made it hard to leave each day. Easy walk to lots of cafes and restaurants and an awesome park full of dogs. Thanks for giving us such a spectacular stay.

We stayed in Glebe for 10 days at Janice (and Jane's) garden apartment. It was perfect for us. It is within walking distance of everything we needed- light rail, bus, restaurants, and more. The apartment is charming and the garden is beautiful and gives you a feeling of not being in the city. Janice and Jane are wonderful- perfect hosts who were helpful, kind and friendly. We will definitely be returning to this garden apartment on our next visit to Australia! Thanks Janice and Jane!

Awesome stay and good talks. The apartment is super clean, beautiful, well decorated and smells awesome. The neighbourhood is close to CBD but has that residential, calm vibe. Its surrounded by cute houses and nice restaurants away from the typical tourist traps. Highly recommend!

This is such a beautiful stay nestled in the Northern Beaches. Excellent for a weekend away or even a long stay. Felt right at home. Francine is a great host, which made sure we had everything (including various milks for morning coffee, oil, salt etc). Highly recommend for couples!! Can’t wait to come back :)

The balcony has a magnificent view and you are up in the trees with the birds. Very peaceful and private. The bed linen was soft and luxurious, the bathroom spacious and clean. Helina and her husband were lovely hosts. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed our stay at this right at home beach house. Everything was so well placed with artistic surprises at every corner. The hosts are easy to reach and make you feel right at home with complete privacy. I highly recommend and will likely visit again for a beach getaway!

Nothing but high marks on all fronts at Jenny’s place, she’s a pro and went out of her way to assist us with a shipment. Greeted us with a ton of useful information, plus real coffee and milk and a few more treats. Location is SO handy, 5-minute walk to the train station (Macdonaldtown), 2-minute to bus stops on King, very close to local parks, as well as Woolies for groceries and a ton of ethnic restaurants. Loved the rooftop lounge, we were there for almost 3 weeks and went up daily when weather allowed. Apartment is large and appealing, great coffee machine, absolutely everything you could ever need is there in the kitchen. Although the AC did not reach the bedrooms, there were ceiling fans to mitigate the heat. We highly recommend!

Very lovely remodel of an older home. It’s modern, but Laura kept the home’s character and charm intact. It’s in an eastern suburb and the walk into Sydney is beautiful, but it’s mostly uphill. Not a problem if you’re looking for some exercise and we just called Uber if we were getting dressed up and going out to a nice place. Overall, a great stay!

Great place, great location, and great host. Great for a family. They were very responsive and great hosts. Walkable to beach and train. Highly recommend.

Your home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful which was needed after time exploring the rocks and circular quay all easily accessible from your home. Really enjoys our stay, the bed was soft and comfy, the views peaceful and gorgeous and the bathroom clean and had all we could possibly need. Nick's place was secure, very comfortable and clean, in a great location and with great views. The bed gets a special mention - SO comfy with delicious Sheridan sheets!!!

Apartment was everything & more than we expected. Very clean & tidy, perfect location, walking distance to beaches, cafes & restaurants. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Added bonus was the off street parking! Would highly recommend staying at Lisa's place. Will be back for sure!

Harbour View is an outstanding property and we had a lovely stay there. Great location with stunning views across the harbour. A pleasant walk to Mosman bay Wharf where you can get a ferry to Circular Quays where there are many restaurants, the opera house and trams to other paces in Sydney. There is a closer Ferry Wharf at South Mosman, but that was closed for refurbishment while we were there. The apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Fiona, the host, was really helpful. There were a generous selection of goodies when we arrived, including a bottle of Prosecco, which was very welcome after a long journey. One issue to be aware of though is that the parking spot is on level 1 and to reach it you need to go down a spiral road via the car park on level 2. There is limited height in the space provided with the apartment, so would recommend a small to medium sized car. The walk to the wharf is hilly so might not be ideal for everyone but you can use Uber if you prefer.
