You couldn't ask for a better location, one all the more admirable from this lovely flat's cozy balcony looking onto the streets of the Stare Miasto. Super clean and tidy, easy to find, all amenities (even the best glassware - a detail so commonly overlooked!), and within minutes of all attractions. Worth every grosze - I couldn't more strongly recommend this place.

The place is how exactly we wanted. Completely private and fireplace. Damian provided us with free woods to burn.

We had an incredible stay at Tomasz’s cabin at Lake Zbiczno! Our group of six adults and a baby found the cabin to be very spacious with incredibly comfy beds. The peaceful and quiet surroundings were exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin is conveniently located just 3 minutes walk from the lake, where we enjoyed kayaking and biking. The area is a bit hilly, but cycling around the lake took only an hour at an easy pace and was absolutely delightful. One of our favorite features was the Weber grill, which made for some fantastic outdoor meals. The terrace provided shade for most of the afternoons, making it an excellent spot to unwind. Although we had a slight challenge finding the place due to inaccurate GPS directions, we got there easily after asking a local for help. Overall, Tomasz’s cabin exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable retreat by the lake. Thank you, Tomasz, for a wonderful stay!

Nice appartement with all you need. Good instructions on how to enter, but a bit challenging in the dark. Walking distance to the center.

Place is very central with access to public transport and walking distance to many essentials. Communication was good. Place well described. Over-all recommended and good value for money. Sole observation is that if you are a light sleeper, property is in busy area of Warsaw.

I have a positive experience with my stay. The owner is always available and responds quickly if you have any questions. I was satisfied with everything and everything was enough. It was warm. A cool large open loggia. Cookware and cutlery are available. Towels. For me, the most important thing was the availability of my own parking for cars in the underground garage.

We had an amazing stay. Everything worth seeing in the city is 30 minutes away by foot. The stadium is 45 minutes away. The place is as described in the listing. Just an fyi - the floor is a bit noisy and if you are with kids it might be a problem for you. It was not for us. If we come back to Warsaw, it will definitely be at Marta and Paweł's place. They both were communicative and extremely friendly.
