Vacation rentals with a patio in Svay Dankum

Great host and great apartment!! The Condo was very clean and beautiful. If you are able bodied then the lack of elevators will not be an issue, but if you have physical limitations then you may need to reconsider your stay if walking up and down stairs isn’t feasible. I found the host and staff very pleasant. I felt right at home during my stay. I was offered plenty of food and snacks during my stay for no additional cost. The family that operates this business makes their customers feel apart of the family. They were very helpful and even helped me save money by informing me about the best places to shop at. The bathroom is very large and spacious and the bed is large and fluffy. Overall rating 10/10

A great value with a wonderful view on the roof. The area is walkable, but away from the city center. However, tuktuks are all around.

Good place to stay

The place was good. Nice bed and nice pillows. The air conditioner was a bit under powered for the size of the room. You will definitely sweat if you aren’t right under the A.C. The location is cool. There are a few restaurants and independent mobile vendors nearby. There is also a nearby gym called Mero fitness center. It’s easy to miss. If you follow the dusty road that the bungalow is on, you will see security guards standing at the entrance to the hotel. The gym is inside of the hotel. They have daily and monthly options. As of March 2024, $2 for a day pass. $30 for a monthly membership. Grab Tuk Tuks are usually $1.20-$2.00 to just about anywhere in the city. It takes about 7 minutes to get to pub street. If you’re new to Cambodia you’ll notice places don’t have addresses. This place is easy to find even without address markers. You won’t find “Daisy Angkor” in the grab app, but you can find it g-maps. Also the airport is about a 55 minute drive away. Please be prepared.

This is a perfect spot. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended with an extra night. the location is great as its just a short walk to lot of great bars and restaurants. the pool and outside areas are perfect to chill out in the afternoon heat. will definitely stay again when visiting Siem Reap.

We stayed 1 month at Nammuy’s and we liked this private apartment! Check-in was simple, there was keybox with the keys in the lobby. Apple Rose is a new , modern apartment complex in Siem Reap. It also has the best gym in Siem Reap and a swimming pool you can use. Rose Apple Square also has a coworking/living space that just opened. Digital nomads can work in the coworking space. The apartment has high speed internet, around 70MB down and upload. And everything was new! There was enough cooking equipment, linnen and towels for 4 weeks, fresh water on arrival, cleaning tools everything is there. It is just like the photos. They just opened a minimart in the complex for water and simple groceries. For more groceries, take a tuktuk to the supermarket Angkor Market 1. The location of the condo is great, you can walk to Pub Street and Sok San Road is around the corner. Nammuy responded quickly and is a verry good host that will answer questions fast!

A great stay in this apartment. The residence is so nice and clean. The people at the reception are welcoming as are the host who was there on the day of my arrival to show me around the apartment and show me the residence. Very close to night markets (5 minutes walking) I would definitely recommend it!!!!

This is a great spot to hang out at - the location enables you to witness Cambodian suburban life happening as is. From people going to and fr from wok, school children and the suburban hustle of people going about their business. Roland his wife and child are friendly and his wife is an amazing conjurer of treats. Roland is an eclectic Frenchman and plays the good host in their simple inhouse cafe-bar. He is also able to book transport for you. Ask for a chap named Sarou. I would recommend this place for people with children over 10 and for the young at heart. A memorable experience.
