We had a lovely week at Mathieu's! The site is splendid and the nature beautiful! We can't wait to come back!

First the location is perfect. If you like the outdoors, you'll be pampered! Close to Orford, Sutton, Magog and of course Bromont, a host of activities await. As for the cottage, you will live in a time capsule with the wood-burning fireplace, the kitchen of the last century (where everything works perfectly). It is a perfect place to make fondues, entertain with puzzles while watching the fire, and discovering the beautiful Estrie area.

This place is absolutely fabulous. Gather a group of your best friends and enjoy some cozy days in this fabulously appointed and charming chalet. This does not feel like other Air BnBs I've stayed in. There is genuine care in all of the details - from the very well-stocked kitchen to the amply stacked firewood, the myriad board games, the comfortable and spacious bedrooms. This place has the feeling of being well-loved, it's where you go to truly relax and create great memories. My friends and I celebrated my 40th birthday for two nights, and our only disappointment was that we had to leave. You will not regret staying here, book now!

Nathalie's house is simply wonderful! We felt at home! We sleep super well in the comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms and super potent showers. In the kitchen had everything we needed. The room space on the ground floor was perfect for watching television with more privacy. Anyway, we would return for sure to host at Nathalie's home.

The space is cozy and perfect for a nature retreat. The communications were clear and I was able to easily get in touch with Jean-Thomas when I had trouble finding the place (in the middle of a snowstorm I have to say so!). The trails set up around are beautiful and well maintained!

We had an amazing stay at the cozy cottage of Jean Michel and Chantal! It was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas, making us feel right at home. The kids had an absolute blast skiing in Sutton and Bromont, and loved coming back to the cottage to relax. Perfect winter getaway! Highly recommend.

We had a great time at your cottage, it was very nice, and very comfortable (bed and sofas) In addition, there were enough utensils, plates and glasses as well as linens to clean and wipe dishes for groups. There was nothing missing, the ice cream machine was much appreciated as well as all the little touches like board games . Young and old people had a lot of fun with foosball and hockey on the table. Plus, everything is nearby, easy to go to the grocery store or go to the park. It was a really great experience! Anouk and Normand

We really enjoyed our time in this house. The house is stunning , very clean, in a very private area. We liked the kitchen, it had all the things you need, from plates and silverware to spices and more. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the basement. We definitely recommend it !

Perfect place for a group stay for skiing!

Niki is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts that we have encountered on Airbnb! The home was perfect for our large group (family friends with school aged kids). The main living/dining area still has vibes of being a restaurant/inn but was cozy enough and spacious to allow everyone to be together around the fireplace or at the bar. Having a huge kitchen area was great and kids loved the fusbol table! The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated, very clean and comfortable. Lastly- proximity to Mont Sutton and the little downtown makes this place super convenient in terms of location. Overall it was a very unique and fun stay that all of our families enjoyed. This was a truly excellent stay for a large group! We had 10 adults, and we all felt super comfortable. The space was gorgeous, super comfortable, and had lots of ways for everyone to enjoy themselves (pool, TV, board games, sauna, hot tub). The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, and the island made it easy to have multiple people helping with the meal at once. The kitchen is also fully stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans big enough to cook for a large group.

Sara ´ s place was really nice. It was great to have access to the spa, lake, kayak and fire pit. The hiking trails are close by. Sara was really accommodating.

Very nice view of the lake, very comfortable beds and friendly space suitable for our tranquility. Nearby services and interesting villages within 30 minutes. We'll go back!

A great stay in this perfectly equipped chalet, where absolutely nothing was missing for our comfort . Every detail has been studied . The cottage is as described, very clean, and all the amenities provided must perfect the stay , with access to the lake (which we did not take advantage of because temperatures are too cold for us in this season.) Armand and Karina respond promptly and very kindly , very warmly to any questions asked. Really extremely pleasant weekend in a peaceful , beautiful and relaxing place. On our next trip to Quebec, certainly in summer, we will try to come back because this stay was very appreciated by our whole family (5 people) at Armand and Karina's in Venice-en-Québec .

This chalet is a magical place to stay! jean guy is so responsive and pro-active as a host. It is right on the lake so when it freezes, you can walk on it! We loved the hot tub in the cold and there were sleds and snoeshoes that we didn't get to use but are easily accessible. This house is near Strom spa and a cute downtown center in Magog. 10/10 recommend and will hopefully be back!!

The house worked very well for our family - conveniently located for skiing at Owl’s Head and Mt Orford as well as other outings, kitchen is excellent, views of the lake are beautiful, location is absolutely quiet and peaceful.

I truly appreciated the minimalist design of the house: everything was thoughtfully arranged and optimized, with no wasted space, which is impressive for a modestly sized place. The appliances were both functional and charming, adding a practical and pleasant touch to everyday life. The location itself is exceptional: situated right in front of a lake, with very few neighbors nearby, it offers absolute tranquility and stunning views. A special mention goes to the outdoor spa, an absolute highlight that made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Lastly, the instructions were clear and detailed, whether for the fireplace, the spa, or the house in general. Everything was simple and seamless, which greatly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge in a peaceful and well-designed environment.

the cottage a Patrick was absolutely perfect. On arrival, a nice welcome note with clear and accurate rules. Absolute cleanliness with gifts from hosts on arrival. A peaceful and very very well maintained place. a must for the whole family.
