Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sutter County

Wow! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home and yard to stay and entertain in Yuba City. We have typically stayed with family when visiting, but we have found our new go to vacation home when visiting there. Our kids loved the pool, play set, and other outdoor activities. There was plenty of outdoor seating to host our entire family. Everyone was so impressed with the home. Leslie was responsive to every question or concern we had within minutes of each one. It was great to meet her in person when she came by to blow up additional pool floats for us and our extended family. Thank you again! And we look forward to seeing you soon.

Kelsey's home was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. She was helpful and kind and the room was great. The keurig was also nice to have. This is a great place and I plan to stay again and recommend this place to anyone!

Visted for a work event in Sacramento and Yuba City.... this house was at a great location! Only 5 minute drive from downtown Yuba City and 45 minute easy and beautiful drive to Sacramento. In a residential area that feels like home, very quiet and peacful. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and welcoming. We will be staying again in the future!

Im a travel physical therapist and stayed at ricky’s place for 3 months, ricky is very accommodating and very responsive! Highly recommend this place if you are traveling for work or visiting yuba city. Neighborhood is very safe as they watch each other’s house. Parking is no issue at all. Will definitely stay again at his place for work or vacation. Thanks ricky for making my stay a bit more wholesome!

Very warm, cosy and clean house. Great location and good transport links. Neighbourhood very friendly and welcoming and Ilya makes the effort to make sure all of your questions are answered and you’re as comfortable as you can be. Great AirBnB.

amazing home, lots of amenities for all your needs. hosts were kind and responsive; they allowed earlier check-in than what was listed which was kind of them. not listed in the listing, but there was a property manager available who introduced themselves and mentioned that we could reach out to them if we needed any assistance which made us feel even better than before. overall a 12/10 stay, I would definitely book again

Lorri is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and kind. We had an issue getting into the gate. She had it fixed within seconds. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Cute spot. It was the perfect rest stop for our road trip.
