Vacation rentals with a pool in Sutherland Shire Council

Bundeena Art Base is excellent value for money. Hilde is an excellent host who responds promptly to any issues and communicates well. The house contains everything needed plus more- Hilde has literally thought of everything including a thoughtful bottle of milk and a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival! The pool is fantastic and very well maintained. Hilde sent a cleaner in half way through our stay too. Bundeena is a lovely little town with a handful of stores and restaurants (with variable opening hours); a bit isolated but we had hired a car and the ferry to Cronulla is only 20 minutes so not an issue. The only very minor issue we had was with the oven-maybe some instructions on how to work it or an upgrade would be beneficial. But this was a very trivial matter in an otherwise sensational holiday. Would highly recommend a stay here without hesitation.

This really is a stunning apartment with a gobsmacking view. Wonderful to have direct access down to the pool and to be within walking distance of the supermarket, restaurants and shops. Having 2 car spaces was a huge bonus as parking can be challenging so close to the beach. We parked the car and then walked everywhere. I took my shopping bag on wheels and felt like a local. We ate out but the kitchen is good enough for hosting - plenty of platters and space. Bring your own pantry items. Try the re-vamped Cronulla RSL and bring home fish and chips from the place under the Cecil Building. Set your alarm for sunrise and be blinded by the light hitting the space....and look on in admiration at those already in the pool. My mother is 94 so we had to watch her on the couple of stairs down to the living room. Otherwise it was ideal for our elder - she was super happy just being there. Print and or study the very thorough arrival instructions in advance. We loved it!

Rebecca's attention to detail was amazing - so thoughtfully clean and prepared with little gifts of choccies and extra coffee pods. But in every area there were thoughtful inclusions of what might be needed e.g., things we forgot and were so grateful for were toothbrushes/ hair nets/ body wash and there was so much more. Rebecca was so helpful when we locked ourselves out and fixed the problem with ease. The unit was so beautifully decorated it felt like a luxury stay and we wanted to take care of it. Thank you so much for the lovely stay - so accessible to trains made our stay so easy! We will definitely be back! L

A fantastic little place in Bundeena! Amanda and Kieran were perfect hosts - attentive but not intrusive, really helpful and always quick to reply to messages. The room was perfect - very clean and comfortable and a fantastic shower! The small fridge and microwave were also really handy. The space was private, with its own entrance, not overlooked, and a delightful outside decking area for relaxing and listening to the wildlife. It was a super base for exploring the local area, which is a fanatic spot - the Royal National Park, lots of beautiful beaches and coastline on the doorstep, and the Cronulla ferry a 10 minute walk away. I wish I could have stayed longer! Thanks so much for a great stay.

Fantastic host and property. Location amazing. Would highly recommend to all looking for a getaway just outside of Sydney City. House is on the doorstep of the beautiful Royal National Park.

We had a wonderful stay at Judy's beautiful house (four of us). The house is clean, exquisitely decorated, and its equipped with all the necessities for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends, especially given the lovely pool (and the outstanding beds). Judy was incredibly helpful and prompt in her responses, facilitating our last-minute booking and allowing us to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We had a perfect night at the Granny Flat ! This is such a lovely place to stay. Gayle and Trevor have though about everything for us to have a great time : coffee, tee, towels, all the amenities and beyond where there ! Thanks again Gayle for dropping us to our van. We had an absolutely lovely stay, we used the accommodation to get over our jet lag traveling from the UK. Rod was there to meet us as we arrived late at night, and we were made to feel at home right away. The facilities and accommodation are spotless. We’d return again in a heartbeat. Beautiful property. Highly recommend.
