Alice was such a great host, she answered every question I had even if they were obvious. Room was beautiful and felt like home for me. Alice is kind and her place is great. I would love to book this room again!

Mon's place is a cozy haven for solo travelers or couples. It's tucked away from tourist areas in a modern neighborhood, offering a peaceful and clean residential setting with international schools nearby. The morning sunlight and breeze through the large windows are pure bliss. The space is fully equipped for long-term stays, allowing you to experience local life truly. The fridge is spacious and stocked with bottled water, and the building's pool is fantastic—long and deep enough for a great swim. Mon is super responsive, quick, and kind, making her a wonderful host. It's so a pleasant stay. I want to come back in my next trip to Chiangami and recommend you all who is seeking for a quiet and peaceful sleep and rest in Chiangmai.

The landlord is a very good Thai brother, can speak Chinese and English, communication is very smooth, great

We’ve used Airbnb for many years and this place is one of our favorites ever!! We originally wanted to rent a house in Chiang Rai after staying in the Nimman area but those plans fell through and we found this fantastic property in the outskirts of City Center and what a treat it was. Nice, peaceful and quiet. A beautiful home with lots of space and a private pool! The location is further out of town and having a car is beneficial. Using grab or taxi service will be needed but we like to do our own excursions at our own time so this was the perfect place to be. The team at Japandi pool villa was very accommodating for our last minute reservation and had the house cleaned as we arrived. Host and cohosts were proactive and sent every detail beforehand so there was no worry or confusion. The beds were on the firm side but dont let that deter you from booking this place. First time in Chiang Mai and we can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place. Thanks for having us!!

The host sent the check-in guide a day in advance, the check-in was smooth, the response was timely, and the communication was smooth. The villa is very clean, the view is very good, the view of the second-floor balcony is also very good, it is not too comfortable to sit on the balcony and blow the breeze every evening to see the sunset! I came with the whole family this time, and the family loved it.It's also easy to hail a taxi, ordering takeaway, and will come back next summer!

Anya is very responsive and friendly host. The house was cozy and matched the pictures shown on the listing. The amenities are also perfect for our short trip in Thailand. The location is very good, near to the city center. There are restaurants, food stalls and temples nearby too. There is no parking space, but Anya recommended a good place to park our rental car. It's within walking distance and free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house, Anya~

Great location to stay in, cheap local restaurants and street food. Two noisy bars sandwich this place, but after one night it became background noise. Nice private location. Host responds in a timely fashion. Thanks!

Great host and great location

The location is not bad, less than 10 minutes walk is Nimman 1, lots of restaurants and 7-11 downstairs, also lutos supermarket

location : So good! easy to go to nimman and Maya department store! Room : clean and really feel like home, have plate, bowl and utensil as well. we order foods from Grab and can enjoy it in the room. everything is good as detailed she posted. owner : response really quick. as soon as I asked her something she always reply really fast and helpful overall : really recommend!

Review for Airbnb Stay The apartment is stunningly beautiful and exactly like the photos. The host thoughtfully provided zero-calorie cola, water, coffee, and chocolate, which was such a nice touch. Everything was very clean, and there’s even a wireless phone charger available. The bed is incredibly large and comfortable, and the TV is huge, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was always quick to respond to our questions, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is super convenient — Central Festival mall and Big C Extra are right across the street, with a 7-11 and McDonald’s just next door. Highly recommend this place!

This Airbnb is beautifully located, within easy walking distance of Maya Mall and a host of restaurants. The apartment is nicely decored and furnished with a modern flair. Lots of hot water in the shower. Pool and fitness room are well maintained. The bedroom features a very firm mattress, lots of windows plus a quiet air con. A great place to stay with a responsive host.
