Vacation rentals with breakfast in Surry Hills

Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

We loved our shift stay at Linda’s place. She let us check in early (very grateful after a bit long haul flight with sick kids) and even check out late. The house is a quiet seaside location. Just the short break we needed after a 5wk European vacation. We could see the 9pm new yr fireworks from balcony. But sadly we’re too jet lagged to stay awake until midnight. We’d love to stay again next time we r in Sydney, Thanks so much Linda!!

It was a great stay at this AirBnB. The area is beautiful and quiet. It's close to the bay, which was nice for a walk. They offered a small breakfast and and cleaned dirty dish. There was also milk, juice and champagne in the fridge plus chocolates. Much appreciated. We loved sitting out in the garden. Tomas was prompt and polite. Thank you for an nice stay at your place.

We really enjoyed our stay in this welcoming, comfy and well-appointed house. The view from the terrace towards the city is amazing. It is located in a charming neighbourhood only a short distance from ferries, buses and shops. If that weren’t enough Giacomo is an ideal host - considerate, friendly and responds quickly to anything you might need.

Perfect location and lovely place in easy walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shops. Professional hosts. Highly recommend.

Jo was super kind and helpful and put start was wonderful. The location on spot road was tricky but Jo helped explain how to navigate it, so it was manageable. The place was slightly smaller than we expected but Jo was okay with us making the space our own to make it work. All in all it was a lovely stay.

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️

It is a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and a very good size. The hosts are very nice. Only one thing you have to be aware the rooms haven't got air conditioners since I was there in the summer the rooms are a little bit warm but not too bad.

It was easily accessible and made getting into the city easy. The apartment was warm and comfortable and parking was easy enough with our hosts providing detailed instructions. Really really enjoyed our stay

We stayed for three weeks over Christmas and this really was the ideal ‘home away from home’. With two young kids, features such as the ‘wet-room’ bathroom with separate shower and bath and black-out blinds made this an even more comfortable stay!

We loved our stay here! The location is *so good* we could walk everywhere we wanted to visit and it’s also so close to Kings Cross which made our tourist days so easy. The area is really cool and we had no trouble finding amazing food every night for dinner. The space itself was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with tons of necessities. Glen met us on arrival and was so responsive and helpful the entire trip. I highly recommend staying here.

A fabulous location for exploring Sydney, the rooftop pool was glorious and the view of the bridge and opera house was just amazing. Ollie is very quick to respond, his apartment is homely, and the building is quirky!

Tina's place was the perfect spot for my stay. The location is a short walk from Kings Cross station and there's bus directly outside the building. Tina had left guide leaflets and lots of really useful amenities. The room was clean and tidy and as described. One thing was that during my stay there was a little construction work taking place in the area which could be heard. It isn't an issue if you're up and about before 9am. and this of course isn't Tina's fault.

Everything about my stay at this lovely apartment was wonderful! Thekla's communication was first class and made every step of the process easy, from booking, to check-in and everything in between. The space was immaculately clean and tidy with absolutely everything you'd need to enjoy your stay (including a warm loaf of delicious bread upon arrival) In the middle of anything you could want, public transport, shops, beach food, shops, the list goes on. Thanks Nives and Perry for your kind hospitality. The bread and fruit and supplies on arrival were much appreciated. The apartment was just what our family needed and very functional. The location is very convenient with secure parking underneath and walk through access for Coles and cafes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone considering a stay in Leichhardt.

Lovely stay at the apartment. Great location with bus stops right outside to the mall, train station and beach. Very easy. Acros the road from a supermarket and plenty of food places around as well

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda was helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome. My daughter and I felt very at home, we were very happy. The cottage was perfectly situated for exploring Manly and further afield, and buses run regularly from Manly wharf if you don’t feel like slogging back up the hill.

I am so glad I found Min's place in Frenchs Forest, a lovely host. I felt right at home. Dog lover beware: Minky is super cute. Hope to stay in this quiet and easy home another time! Thank you so much Min

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

The room is very big and beautiful, like the Italian Versace style, with a big bathtub, TV and coffee supply. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a beautiful garden. and very good price during new year time Of course, the most important thing is our two lovely friends, Luna and Max, and our very kind landlord Harlod, who picked us up at the station and took us to the supermarket to buy things, and waited patiently. We cooked together and spent the first day of the new year. I'm glad that Harold liked the food we cooked. When we return to Sydney again, we will definitely stay at his place again

What a delightful stay. We had a wedding in the East, yet this location was simply perfect. Close to public transportation and easy fast Ubers into the east. Great parking and a lovely bakery around the corner (Goose Bakery for great coffee and croissants). Skye was wonderful and the place was a delight to stay. Private, quiet, homely. Augie is also adorable 🐕

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Cox Cottage. Annette was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the cottage, providing helpful information and its history, including local restaurants on arrival. We found it very quiet and enjoyed walking to the lake or having a drink on the verandah in the afternoons. I particularly enjoyed watching the little wrens in the garden each morning. During our stay we found the cottage to be very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of four and two friends. There were plenty of towels, linen etc on hand. They also very kindly provided breakfast essentials for our first night. As we had driven from Queensland, this was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend their wonderful cottage to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I am already missing this place. Robyn and Roger were truly wonderful! They supported me during my stay, especially when I had to go through things regarding my new life here. The breakfast service gave me warmth every morning. It was very nice to know the area and I will definitely visit again soon:) Thank you!
