Vacation rentals with breakfast in Surry Hills

Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

Great stay here in Malabar with a spectacular view. This is really the highlight of the accomodation, looking out at the cliff and ocean while the sun comes up. Then you can walk down to the beach in 5 mins for a dip with very few people around. The house itself worked well for my family, the beds were comfy and having 2 toilets was really necessary for the 3 bedroom layout. Our only complaint was the main bathroom has poor water drainage for the shower and the floor wouldn't dry. We would have liked a mop or something to be able to clean it properly throughout our stay. Other than that single issue, our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. We would recommend Linda and her accomodation in Malabar.

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable, relaxing outlook and walking distance to beach, lake walks and cafe. Kitchen was well appointed. Everything has been thought of to make our stay as relaxing as possible.

It was comfy and nice to stay in local house. The area was quiet and peaceful. They offered many details and cleaned dirty dish, even laundry service. Lovely family. Their kids are young and active but it didn’t bother us at all. Paper instruction was helpful as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Joanna’s place. It was very comfortable and we felt right at home. There is a small deck and lounge chairs to sit on looking out to the garden which was lovely. Joanna’s place had everything we needed for our five night stay, there are what looked like some great cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We would recommend Joanna’s lovely semi detached home in Drummoyne.

What a fantastic house to stay in for our family holiday! This accommodation is in walkable distance from the centre of Newtown, many public transport services and is surrounded by great parking! This is a great stay for families as there’s so much around to do and there is more than enough room throughout the house. Phou was an amazing host & we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Great communication whenever we needed to get in touch. Super responsive & quick! Highly recommended!! Will definitely be looking out for this house when we come back to Sydney next!! ❤️

Benjamin was really informative and friendly, the place was really well located, 2 mins from the beach and lake. Lots of nice cafes around. The apartment had everything you would need and the welcome treats were very generous. Would highly recommend.

Caroline and Paul are super helpful and responsive hosts. We had a wonderful time at their apartment in Manly. The location is close to the ferry and the beach. We used a paid public car park for our car but didn't really need the car since their location is close to everything. The apartment was very clean and tidy, looks newly renovated. They have a folder of suggestions for things to do as well. They offered us a later check out which made my day! Thank you Caroline and Paul.

We had such a wonderful stay at Simon's place! It’s beautifully appointed and nestled on a peaceful street in Coogee, just a short walk from some fantastic restaurants and Coogee Beach. The bathroom and kitchen are super modern, creating a great atmosphere to unwind. We absolutely recommend this lovely apartment, and we can’t wait to stay here again!

It is a very nice place and comfy to stay very quite and very accessible to restaurants and easy access for bus transport.

Really enjoyed our time - location was perfect - apartment was clean and tidy. The starter pack (fresh fruit etc) provided by Nives and Perry was a nice touch. So nice to have a cuppa on arrival and not have to rush out the buy milk and bread. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Linda was helpful and responsive and made us feel very welcome. My daughter and I felt very at home, we were very happy. The cottage was perfectly situated for exploring Manly and further afield, and buses run regularly from Manly wharf if you don’t feel like slogging back up the hill.

Min's place was tidy, clean, private and I slept like a log. A very comfortable bed and large room with desk, which was helpful to site and eat. Check-in and check-out times were v flexible and Min was a delightful and friendly host. Im just sorry I had to leave very early and missed out on the breakfast that everyone is talking about! A great stay all round.

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Where do I start with my review? Harry is an amazing host and has always stepped up to help us dropping at the nearest station. We had the wonderful opportunity to taste rare blue cod because of Harry. We never felt outside home during our stay. Max and Luna are two absolute sweethearts to spend time with. The bonus was feeding the cockatoos and king parrots specifically Joseph the cockatoo which my husband enjoyed immensely. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves north shore side of Sydney. Each day will be worthwhile and you won’t regret it.

I am already missing this place. Robyn and Roger were truly wonderful! They supported me during my stay, especially when I had to go through things regarding my new life here.
